いつも、時代を振り返る機会の多い古美術スタッフのブログなのですが、本日は少し未来に目を向けてつぶやいてみますね。

先日、ノーベル物理学賞の受賞者に、プリンストン大学の上級研究員でアメリカ国籍を取得している真鍋淑郎さん（90）が選ばれましたね。誠におめでとうございます。

真鍋先生は1958年に東京大学で博士号を取得し、米気象局（現・海洋大気局）の招きを受けて渡米。それは、今から60年くらい前でしょうか。普及し始めたコンピューターを使って気象を予測する研究に取り組む研究をされており、独自のモデルを用いた計算（この計算式などのセンスが天才とTVで申しておりました。）により、地表から高度数十キロメートルまで現実とそっくりの大気の温度分布を再現することに成功したとのことです。

さらに、大気中のCO2の量が2倍になると地上の気温が2.3度上がると試算し、それらを67年に発表。CO2が長期的な気候変動に重要な役割を果たしていることを示し、世界中で温暖化研究が進むきっかけとなったというのですから、今我々が毎日のように耳にする、CO2削減、脱酸素などのキーワードはここから始まっているのですね。しかしその当時、CO2と気温上昇の関係など気に留めた人がいたでしょうか。

また、69年には地球規模の大気の流れを模擬するモデルに、海洋から出る熱や水蒸気などの影響を加味した「大気・海洋結合モデル」を開発しており、同モデルを発展させ、CO2増の気候への影響を89年に英科学誌ネイチャーに発表。専門家が科学的な知見から温暖化を評価する国連の気候変動に関する政府間パネル（IPCC）の第1次報告書でも成果が引用されており、真鍋先生の研究の影響力が伺えしれます。誰も当時やっていなかった大気のモデルと海洋のモデルをくっつけたシミュレーションを作り、研究を進めたとのことのことですから、真鍋先生の目には地球、大気、海、陸などは、どのようにみえていたのでしょうか。

さらに、今回のノーベル賞、気候の研究分野がノーベル物理学賞の対象とされたのは今回が初めてとのこと。からそれらの観点からも、その意味を私たちは考えさせられますね。その背景として、気候変動問題に今世界の人々が対応しないと温暖化に対処できる最後のチャンスを逃してしまいかねないという危機感や、この受賞を機に、多くの人に温暖化問題の大事さを再認識してもらいたいという警鐘とも捉えなければ、というメッセージなのでしょうか。

また、論文の詳しい内容等は、私には難しくてわかりかねますが、真鍋先生がこれらの研究を始めたのは、60年以上前。そして、当時、二酸化炭素が気候に与える影響の研究を始めたのは30年前。様々な基礎研究の成果が世に出るのにはそのくらい大変な時間が要するとのことで、学者の方々の研究成果の費やしてきた年月にはいつも驚くばかりです。

真鍋先生のように60年前の研究がようやっと世に知れ渡るのものだとして、先のことなどわからないとも言いますが、今現在の様々な研究は、数十年先の未来まですすんでいるのは確か。我々一般人の知りえない未来も、研究者の方にはうっすら見えているのでしょう。少し見えてきた未来の図をどなかた賢い方にレクチャーしていただき、少しばかり夢を馳せてみたいものですね。

The other day, Mr. Syukuro Manabe (90), a senior researcher at Princeton University who has acquired American nationality, was selected as the recipient of the Nobel Prize in Physics. Congratulations.

Dr. Manabe received his PhD from the University of Tokyo in 1958 and traveled to the United States at the invitation of the National Weather Service (now the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration). Is it about 60 years ago? I am doing research to predict the weather using a computer that has begun to spread, and by calculation using an original model (the sense of this calculation formula etc. was said on TV as a genius), the surface of the earth It is said that it succeeded in reproducing the temperature distribution of the atmosphere that is similar to the reality from the altitude to several tens of kilometers.

Furthermore, it is estimated that the temperature on the ground will rise by 2.3 degrees when the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere doubles, and they were announced in 1967. It shows that CO2 plays an important role in long-term climate change, and it has triggered the progress of global warming research all over the world, so we hear about CO2 reduction and oxygen scavenging on a daily basis. In 1969, we developed an “atmosphere-ocean coupled model” that takes into account the effects of heat and water vapor emitted from the ocean in addition to a model that simulates the flow of the atmosphere on a global scale. Published the increasing impact on the climate in the English scientific journal Nature in 1989. The results are also cited in the first report of the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), in which experts evaluate global warming from scientific knowledge, and the influence of Professor Manabe’s research can be seen. It is said that he proceeded with research by creating a simulation that combines an atmospheric model and an ocean model that no one was doing at that time, so in the eyes of Professor Manabe, the earth looked like the atmosphere, the sea, the land, etc. Is it?

Furthermore, the fact that this is the first time that the Nobel Prize and the field of climate research have been the subject of the Nobel Prize in Physics makes us think about its meaning. The background to this is the sense of crisis that people around the world may miss the last chance to deal with global warming if they do not respond to the climate change problem, and with this award, many people are concerned about the problem of global warming. It can also be seen as a warning that we want people to reaffirm that.

The details of the treatise are difficult for me to understand, but Dr. Manabe started these studies more than 60 years ago. At that time, it was 30 years ago that I started researching the effects of carbon dioxide on climate. It is always amazing to see the research results of Nobel Prize-winning scholars that it takes such a long time for the results of various basic researches to come out to the world.

I say I don’t know what the future holds, but do researchers still have a faint view of the future in various fields decades ahead? I would like someone who is wise to give a lecture on the future figure that has come to light.

みなさま、こんにちは。スタッフｍです。

今日も午前中にチラシのポスティングに行ってきましたが、まだまだ昼間の名古屋は３０度くらいあります（汗）

今日はスタッフYさんと手分けして配り歩いて参りました。

予定枚数を終わる頃には、ちょっとだけ意識が朦朧として、なかなかの汗です。

このように昼間はやはりまだ暑いのですが、時々軒先で金木犀の香りがすると、もう秋なのね…とつい立ち止まって匂いに浸ってしまいます。

私の友人にも、引っ越す前は金木犀の香りがしない街だったけど、次は金木犀が香る街がいいなと探し、今の街に越してきたわ、という子がいました。

その子は秋になるのが楽しみになったと言っていました。

金木犀も引っ越しの必須条件に入るくらい重要なポイントなんだなぁと驚きましたが、こうやって街を歩いてみるようになると納得します。

普段の移動は車ばかりの私には気づけないポイントだったかもしれません。

知らない街で、どこかの目的地に行くということなく歩いてみると（あ、ポスティングという目的はありますが）

普段とは違ったことが見えてくるような気がします。

家々にはそれぞれ匂いがあって、ポストの周りにお花が植えられていると、目にも鼻にも嬉しくなるということ。

特に、新聞屋さんや郵便局の方などにとってポスト周りを綺麗に保つことは、直接言葉は交わさないけれども、配達する方に対する心遣いをいただいているようで嬉しいよなぁ、とポストインする側になって初めて気づきました。

花が植えられていなくても、いい匂いのするお宅もあります。

きっとそういうお宅は、お家の中もいい匂いなのかな、とついつい素敵であろう暮らしを想像してしまいます。

また、学校の近くですと、給食室からミートソースのような美味しそうな匂いが漂ってきます。

なぜか、その日のメニューがミートソースでなくても給食室の近くはいつもそんな香りがするのが不思議です。

でも、その匂いに、お昼前のポスティングですと、かなりお腹が鳴ります(笑)。

幼稚園や保育園の傍を通ると、子ども達の元気いっぱいの声がたくさん聞こえてきます。

もう、体全体を使って喋っているであろう子どもたちの声は、全力で生きるってこういうことだよ、と教えてくれているような気さえします。

負けじと、そこに声掛けする先生の声も響き渡ります。

平日と休日でも街の様子は変わってきます。

休日は子供さんの声や、テレビ、掃除機の音など生活音がどこのお宅からも聞こえきて活気があり、どちらかというと人間主体の街。

でも、平日はみんなどこにいってしまったの？というくらい、ひっそりとしています。

そんな中、蝶や蜂たちが元気で、誰にも邪魔をされずにひらひらと優雅に飛んでいる姿をよく目にします。

平日の街は人間以外のものが主体のようです。

今回は街の匂いや音について、歩きながら感じたことを取り留めもなく書いてみました。

One of my friends said that before I moved, it was a city that didn’t smell like osmanthus fragrant, but next time I was looking for a city that scented osmanthus fragrant and moved to the current city.

The child said he was looking forward to the fall.

I was surprised that Kanagi 犀 is also an important point to be included in the prerequisites for moving, but I am convinced that I will walk around the city like this.

The usual movement may have been a point that I didn’t notice because I was only a car.

I feel like I can see something different than usual.

Each house has its own scent, and when flowers are planted around the posts, it makes your eyes and nose happy.

Especially for newspaper shops and post offices, keeping the area around the mailbox clean does not directly exchange words, but it seems that they are kind to the delivery person, so I am happy to post in. I noticed it for the first time.

Some homes smell good even if the flowers are not planted.

I’m sure that such a house has a nice smell inside the house, and I imagine a life that would be wonderful.

Also, near the school, a delicious smell like meat sauce drifts from the school lunch room.

For some reason, it is strange that even if the menu of the day is not meat sauce, it always smells like that near the lunch room.

However, the smell makes me very hungry when I post before noon (laughs).

As you pass by the kindergarten and nursery school, you can hear a lot of children’s energetic voices.

I even feel that the voices of children who are probably speaking with their entire bodies are telling us that living with all their might is like this.

When you lose, the voice of the teacher who speaks to you also echoes.

The appearance of the city changes on weekdays and holidays.

On holidays, children’s voices, TV, vacuum cleaners, and other living sounds can be heard from every house, making it a lively city.

But where did everyone go on weekdays? It’s so quiet.

Meanwhile, I often see butterflies and bees flying gracefully without being disturbed by anyone.

It seems that the city on weekdays is mainly non-human.

みなさま、10月に入りましたね。

こんにちは、スタッフYです。

緊急事態は解除され、新総裁は変わり、嵐の翔くん相葉ちゃんは結婚報告があり、コーヒの値段は上がり、これほど慌ただしい月の替わりは、かつてなかったような気がしてなりません。しかも、さきほど自転車をこいでおりますと、どこからともなく金木犀の香りがほんのり漂っており、季節がさっさと変わっているではないですか。

ですだ、やっと移動もできるようになりましたので、気をつけながらですが、しばらく尋ねることのできなかった家族の様子をうかがいに、都内へ行って参りました。都内も本当に久しぶりでしたね。

少々時間がありましたので、以前からずっと気になっていた美術館へどうしでも行きたくなり急遽訪問いたしました。都内の美術館へ訪れるなど本当に久しぶりで何といいましょうか、感動すら覚えましたよ。

そんな私の事情はさて置いておいて、本日はこちらの美術館を是非ともご紹介したくて、出来るだけ写真を素敵に撮ろうと頑張ってはみましたが…。

I was finally able to move around, so I was careful, but I went to Tokyo to see what my family was doing that I couldn’t ask for a while. It’s been a long time since I was in Tokyo.

I had a little time, so I hurriedly visited the museum, which I had always been interested in, because I wanted to go there. It’s been a while since I visited an art museum in Tokyo, and I was impressed with what I should say.

Aside from my circumstances, I wanted to introduce this museum today, so I tried my best to take pictures as nicely as possible.

皆さま、こんにちは。

１０月になりましたね。

月が変わるごとに、もう〇月か～みたいな反応をしてしまいます。

６月になると、わぁ！もう１年の半分だ！と思ったり…。

１０月は１桁だった数字が２桁に変わるから余計意識してしまうと友人が言っていました。なるほどなぁ～と思いましたね。

そして１０月になって変わったなと感じるのは気温ですね。

最近の夜は少し肌寒いです。

服装にも迷ってしまい、そろそろ衣替えをしなくては…と思っています。

この寒さが台風が近いからなのか、すでに肌寒い季節がやってきたからなのか分からないところです。

ところで、先週から夏休みが終わり後期の授業が始まりました。

わたしの大学は実習があるので、リモートでは不可能で大学に通っていますが、友人は夏休みは明けたけど、まだ一度も大学に行っていないようです。前期と同様にリモート授業が続いているようです。夏休みが終わっても家に居ると不思議な気持ちになりそうですね。

わたしの大学でも全部対面というわけではなく、先生によって課題提出型だったり動画視聴＋感想提出だったりしています。

リモート授業に対する学生の不安が多い中、実際に受けてみて個人的にいいなと思ったところがありまして…

普段声が小さくてはきはき話さない先生が何を言っているのか分からないことがありましたが、リモートになることで自分で自由に音量調節をすることが出来るのでそこは本当にいいなと思いました。

ですが、多くの人は今の現状に不安や不満を感じストレスが多いと思います。

さらに、夏休み明けには心に負担を感じる人が多い時でもあります。

ですから今日は元気になる方法を少しだけ紹介しようと思います。

「科学的に元気になる方法集めました」（堀田秀吾）という本の内容を紹介していきますね。

沈んだ気分を一気に上げるには…

楽しい動きをすると、楽しくなってくる！

です。

研究結果に「身体の中でも、より主導権が強いのが頭部より下ー自分の意志で動かしやすい手足になる」というものがあるそうです。

スポーツ選手がガッツポーズをするのは、意図的にしろ無意識にしろ、そうすることによって「よいテンションを上げる」「勢いづける」という意味合いもありそうです。

ガッツポーズ以外のも、全力で飛び跳ねる、変なダンス、「キーーーン」と言いながら走るなど不思議なものまであります。

その不思議な動きによって気持ちが愉快になっていくそうです。

確かに音楽フェスでは、音楽に合わせて飛び跳ねたりしていますし、実際楽しそうな表情をしている人ばかりです。

そして、背筋を伸ばすことも元気になる方法です。

欧米人と日本人では、背筋がピン！と伸びて堂々と歩いている人の数がだいぶ違うと思います。

背筋をピン！と伸ばすことで、ストレスホルモンが減少し、気持ちも積極的になるそうです。実際欧米人は日本人に比べ、積極的な人が多いです。

「背筋を伸ばして！」と言われることがありますが、あれは単なるおまじないなどではなく、物理的に脳や身体に大きな影響を与えています。

また、不安も元気を削ぐ原因ですね。

「漠然とした不安」が消えない時は「不安の原因」を特定し、「やるべきこと」を明確にすることでおさまるそうです。

人間は放っておいても勝手に不安になる習性があるそうです。とはいえ、その不安を放置してしまうのも良くありません。かの有名な文豪芥川龍之介さんも遺書に「何か僕の将来に対する唯ぼんやりとした不安である」と言葉を残しています。

「ぼんやりとした不安」は「原因がわかっていない漠然とした不安」、これはどんどん元気を奪っていってしまいます。

「将来に不安がある」と言っても、仕事の話なのか、お金の話なのか、パートナーがいない不安なのか、それとも複数の理由なのか、そこをはっきりさせ自覚することでやることも明確になってきます。知らなかったことを知るだけでも不安は減ります。そして、「自分でできること」「自分でできないこと」「時間のかかること」「すぐにできること」と、区分けをして考えてみたりすると、不安の解決方法が見えてくるかもしれません。

By the way, the summer vacation ended last week and the second half of the class started.

Since my university has practical training, I can’t go to university remotely, but my friend has finished summer vacation, but it seems that he has never been to university. Even at my university, not all of them are face-to-face, and some teachers submit assignments or watch videos + submit impressions.

While there were many students’ anxieties about remote lessons, there was something I personally liked when I actually took it …

I usually have a low voice and don’t speak, but sometimes I didn’t understand what the teacher was saying, but I thought it was really good because I could freely adjust the volume by being remote. ..

However, I think that many people feel anxious and dissatisfied with the current situation and are stressful.

In addition, there are many people who feel a burden on their hearts after the summer vacation.

So today I’m going to show you a few ways to get well.

Anxiety is also a cause of diminished energy.

When “vague anxiety” does not disappear, it seems that it will be settled by identifying the “cause of anxiety” and clarifying “what to do”.

It seems that humans have a habit of becoming anxious even if they are left alone. However, it is not good to leave that anxiety alone. The famous literary master Ryunosuke Akutagawa also wrote in his suicide note, “Something is a vague anxiety about my future.”

“Vague anxiety” is “vague anxiety for which the cause is unknown”, which is becoming more and more debilitating.

Even if you say “I’m worried about the future”, it’s clear that I’m talking about work, money, worries about not having a partner, or multiple reasons, and I’ll do it by clarifying and being aware of it. Will be. Just knowing what you didn’t know will reduce your anxiety. Then, if you think about what you can do by yourself, what you can’t do by yourself, what you can’t do by yourself, what you can do quickly, and what you can do right away, you may find a solution to your anxiety.

みなさま、こんにちは。やりたいこと、好きなことに何でも挑戦して生きているスタッフｍです。

何回か前にこちらに書きました、趣味でゴスペルチームを作った私のその後を今日は書かせていただきます。

前回も書きましたが、全国に住む仲間とゴスペルの練習に使用するzoomは、とても便利でありながら、どうしても時差が生じるため、正しい指示がだせません。

それは、本当に遅れているのか、時差のために遅れているのかわからないから。

そして、音がダイレクトに聞こえるわけではないので、誰が音がとれていて、誰がとれていないのかもさっぱりわかりません。

はじめはその難点に苦戦していました。

しかし、ある日思いついたんです。

その課題を解消するために、私は参加者の方々に宿題をだしました。自分のパートを歌った声を録音して送ってください、と。

これなら、一人一人の進捗状況が把握できます。

また、音が曖昧な場所や、歌いにくそうな部分は、こちらが歌ったものを録音して送ります。

それをお手本として聞いてもらえたら、その方の練習の助けになると思いますし、アドバイスも音声や文字で送るのでフォローアップできるのではないかと思ったからです。

皆で歌うことの醍醐味であるグルーブ感は、最後の最後の発表の舞台まで大事にとっておき、それまではひたすら個人のスキルを上げていくしかないなぁ、と

でも、ゴスペルの一番の魅力は、心を解放して歌うことだと思うんですよ。

だから、zoom練習では、声はミュートで聞こえないけれど、表情は見られるので、最高の笑顔で歌ってください！と毎回言っています。

意識して作った笑顔というよりかは、歌っている時は誰にも邪魔されない開放感を感じて、心の底からの笑顔を出して歌っていこう、と伝えています。

歌声もさることながら、人は見た目が9割と言いますもんね。

だから、心底楽しそうな笑顔で歌うことが何より大事なのではないか、と思っているのです。

（真剣に合唱などをやっている方からしたら、全然違うわ！と怒られてしまうかもしれませんね。）

でも、今回の私の目的はゴスペルを通して参加者さんの心を解放することが一番の目的なので、それでいいと思っています。

そして、今回これで終わりではなく、次への足掛かりになればいいなとも思うのです。

それが、ゴスペルであっても、そうでなくても…。

I don’t know if it’s really late or because of the time difference.

At first, I was struggling with that difficulty.

But one day I came up with it.

To solve that problem, I gave the participants homework. Please record and send the voice that sang your part.

With this, you can grasp the progress of each person.

Also, in places where the sound is ambiguous or where it seems difficult to sing, we will record and send what you sang.

I think that if you listen to it as a model, it will help that person’s practice, and I think that I can follow up because I will send advice by voice and letters.

みなさま、こんにちは。スタッフYです。

9月も終わろうとしていることにまあまあ驚いているのですが、今月は体感的に本当に早かった気が致します。

このところ自分の中で時間軸がどうもおかしくて季節が移ろっていくのを追いかけていると、いつのまにか一ヵ月ぐらいたっていましたね。私の周りの方は、同じような事を言う方が多かったのですが、皆さまのこの九月は、いかがでしたでしょうか。

さて、いつものように車を走らせて近場ドライブをしておりましたら、そういえばここ名古屋に来て一度も訪れたことがないスポットがあることに気づきました。皆さまもご自分の地域で、近くて近い名所と言われるスポットに実は訪れたことないな…というパターンおありではないでしょうか。

わたしの中の「近くて近い名所と言われるスポット」がまさに〝香嵐渓〟でして。

同乗の友人に「一度も行ったことないので、少し立寄っていいか？」と、申したところ、「ええっつ⁈行ったことないの？」と、真面目に驚かれてしまいました。

これには理由があるのですが、そのためにまずは〝香嵐渓〟をご存じないと思われる他県の皆様にご説明を致しましょう。

香嵐渓は、1634年(寛永11年)頃に香積寺第11世住職三栄和尚がスギやモミジを手植えしたのが始まりとされております。大正末期から昭和初期には住民のボランティアでモミジの大植樹が施され、イロハモミジ、オオモミジなど11種のカエデが約4000本あると言われております。昭和5年に「香積寺の香」と、山中に発する山気すなわち「嵐気」から、『香嵐渓』の名がつけられましたとのこと。

赤や黄色に色づく景色は壮観でありまして、11月には山全体の約4000本のモミジが一斉に色づき、巴川の川面を美しく彩どるとのこと。シーズン中になりますとライトアップもされ、4000本のモミジが幻想的な世界を映し出し、昼間とは違った雰囲気を楽しむことが出来ます。と、噂ではこういうことのようです。

となりますと、トップシーズンの香嵐渓は近づけそうもないくらいの車の大渋滞。また、この状況下以前のTVでは、たくさんのモミジ狩りのごった返す人びとの映像が流れたりもし、すっかり諦めてモードにになっておりました。とまぁ、この近くて近いこの名所には一度も訪れず。

ですが、今回初めての〝香嵐渓〟は、そのイメージを覆すものでした。

駐車場から通りをぬけ、川沿いにつきあたると香嵐渓のシンボルとも言える待月橋（たいげつきょう）が。大きな岩に当たり白いしぶきを上げている清流の様と、赤い待月橋、そしてたぶんシーズンになると色とりどりのカエデがまずはお出迎えしてくれます。この橋が命名されたのは昭和28年（1953年）。その後3回の掛け替えを経た後、平成19年（2007年）に新たな橋になり、撮影スポットして人気のある場所です。確かに。

橋を渡り進んでいくと、まさにカエデのトンネルが。シーズン中には、たくさんの人が色とりどりのカエデを仰ぎ見、目を輝かせ、そぞろ歩く姿が浮かんできますが、今は誰も居ません。本当に静か。隣に流れる清流の音の中、あおいカエデの葉がそよぐトンネルを前に進みます。

進んだところが少し広くなり、目の前に「上州足助屋敷」が。建物も本物の茅葺屋根の母屋、土蔵などであり、生きた民俗資料館といったところでしょうか。民具を実際に使いながら、中山間部の農家の暮らし（明治～昭和30年頃までを想定）を再現し、鍛冶屋、五平餅焼き、わら細工などの体験ができる施設となっております。また、隣には香積寺が。

体験こそしておりませんが、　あまりにも清々しかったので、予定していなかったのですが併設の清流沿いのテラスで自家焙煎珈琲をいただいて参りました。

すぐそばに流れる清流の音の中で、久しぶりに会った親しい友人たちと愛知県近隣育ちの方なら必ずある「香嵐渓」での思い出を聞かせてもらいました。

私は昔から引っ越しが多かったせいか、みなで共通の地元名所なるもののネタを持ち合わせていないのですが、名所近辺の移り変わりや昔の家族や友人で訪れた話、現ファミリーと訪れた良き思い出を聞くと、なぜかこちらまで思い出の中に立ち会ったようでキュンキュン致します。

幸せな思い出話のおすそ分け、さやさやとそよぐあおいカエデの葉、焙煎された珈琲の香り、それらすべてを包む清々しい清流の音、…、五感がだんだんフルに満たされていくのを実感。

そんな穏やかな空間に話はずむわけですが、気づくとまわりは誰もいなくなっているではありまでんか笑。ですがせっかくですので、少しだけゆっくりさせていただましょうか。

豊かな時間とはこういうものなのでしょうね。

By the way, when I was driving a car and driving nearby as usual, I realized that there was a spot I had never visited here in Nagoya. I think there is a pattern that you have never actually visited a spot that is said to be a close and near famous place in your area.

At “Korankei Gorge”.

Korankei is said to have started around 1634 (Kanei 11) when the 11th chief priest of Kojakuji Temple, Kazuhisa Sanei, planted sugi and maples by hand. From the end of the Taisho era to the beginning of the Showa era, large maple trees were planted by residents’ volunteers, and it is said that there are about 4000 maples of 11 species such as Japanese maple and Acer amoenum. It is said that the name “Korankei” was given in 1945 from “Kojakuji incense” and “Arashi”, which is the mountain spirit that emanates in the mountains.

The scenery that turns red and yellow is spectacular, and in November, about 4000 maples in the entire mountain will be colored all at once, beautifully coloring the surface of the Tomoe River. When it comes to that, Korankei Gorge in the top season is a heavy traffic jam that I can hardly approach as far as I know. Also, on TV before this situation, a lot of images of crowded people hunting maples were played, so I gave up completely and was in the mode. Well, I have never visited this tourist attraction near here.

However, the first “Korankei Gorge” this time overturned that image.

If you go through the street from the parking lot and hit the river, you will see Taigetsu Bridge, which can be said to be the symbol of Korankei Gorge. The clear stream that hits the big rocks and splashes white, the red Taigetsu Bridge, and maybe the colorful maples will welcome you in the season. This bridge was named in 1953. After three changes, it became a new bridge in 2007 and is a popular shooting spot. surely.

みなさま、こんにちは。スタッフｍです。

１ヵ月ほど前に、早朝にzoomで行う「朝ヨガ体験」をした、というお話を書かせていただきました。

それから早いもので、もう１ヶ月が経ったのですね…。

今月も申し込みをし、今週また朝ヨガに挑戦しています！

まずは、先月のヨガの後日談から。

やはり、朝ヨガをしている時は決まった時間に起き、zoomといはいえ誰かと繋がるので気が張っていました。

だから、きっちり起きて体を動かし、１日を有意義に過ごしてはいました。

でも、朝ヨガがなくなると、やはり少しは気が緩みました。

朝ヨガと同時にプチ断食も行っていましたから、体調がすこぶるよくなっていて、食欲も収まっていたのがわかりました。

でも、やはり１カ月というのは、月が地球の周りを１周し、満ち欠けが終わるくらいの期間です。

だからか、自分のバイオリズムが変わっていくのがわかりました。

それまでは自分の体調に波があるのはなんとなくわかっていましたが、気にして過ごしていないので覚えていません。

でも、朝ヨガをやってみたことで、自分の体調により目が行くようになり、変化に敏感になってきた気がします。

私の場合は主に食欲と眠気に関する気づきが多いのですが…。(笑)

朝ヨガをやった１週間から３週間くらいは食欲が落ち着いていて暴飲暴食することもなく穏やかに過ごしていました。

でも、最後の１週間はなんだか疲れやすかったように思います。

食欲も以前のように戻り、どちらかというと甘いものが欲しくなるので、余計に眠いし疲れやすい、という悪循環だったように思います。

また、甘いものを取り始めると、飲み物の変化も起こりました。

それまでは水が中心で、ほとんどコーヒーを飲みませんでしたが、甘いものを食べ始めると、それまで一切飲みたくなかったコーヒーが欲しくなってきたのです。

でも、以前は１日に３杯くらい飲んでいたのが、今は甘いものを食べたときのみ１杯で終わる感じです。

もっというと、午後以降にコーヒーを飲むと、夜眠りにくい感じもしてきたんです。

いろんな意味で敏感になってきたので、今までは何とも思わず過ぎていたことにも反応するようになったのでしょうね。

先月から１カ月の間に、このような気づきや変化がありました。

さて、今月はどのように感じるのでしょうか。

今月は、これから寒くなっていく時期で、乾燥によって呼吸器が疲れやすくなってくるので、そこに目をむけ、鍛えるヨガを中心に教えてくださるようです。

始めの日に呼吸に目を向けることをしたら、片方の鼻が通っていないことに気付きました。

違和感もなく元気だと思っていたのに、とても驚きました。

自分の体って、わかっているようで、何も分かっていなんだなぁ、とつくづく思った次第です。

この１週間の変化が楽しみです。

That’s why I was able to get up and move my body and spend the day meaningfully.

But when I ran out of yoga in the morning, I felt a little relaxed.

I was doing a small fast at the same time as yoga in the morning, so I found that I was feeling very well and my appetite had subsided.

However, one month is the period when the moon goes around the earth once and the fullness ends.

That’s why I found that my biorhythm was changing.

Until then, I somehow knew that there were waves in my physical condition, but I don’t remember because I didn’t care about it.

However, by doing yoga in the morning, I feel that my physical condition has made me more eye-catching and more sensitive to changes.

In my case, I mainly notice about appetite and drowsiness. (smile)

For about 1 to 3 weeks when I did yoga in the morning, my appetite was calm and I spent calmly without binge eating.

But I think it was easy to get tired during the last week.

My appetite has returned to what it used to be, and I want something sweeter, so I think it was a vicious cycle of being more sleepy and tired.

Also, when I started taking sweets, the drinks changed.

Until then, I used to focus on water and seldom drink coffee, but when I started eating sweets, I wanted coffee that I didn’t want to drink at all.

But I used to drink about 3 cups a day, but now I feel like I only eat 1 cup when I eat sweets.

In other words, when I drank coffee after the afternoon, I felt that it was hard to sleep at night.

I’ve become more sensitive in many ways, so I think I’ve become more responsive to things that I hadn’t thought of before.

There have been such notices and changes between last month and the month.

So how do you feel this month?

This month is the time when it will be getting colder, and the respiratory system will become tired easily due to dryness, so it seems that he will focus on yoga to train and look at it.

When I turned my eyes to breathing on the first day, I noticed that one nose wasn’t working.

I thought I was fine without any discomfort, but I was very surprised.

I thought that I knew my body and I didn’t know anything about it.

I’m looking forward to the changes over the past week.

奥様よりお聞きすると、新しくお家を建てるにあたって、李朝の家具をずっと探しているとのことでした。

インスタグラムで風光舎のことをお知りになり、今日がタイミングだと思っていらしてくださいました。

以前から気になっていた李朝のサイドボードの実物をご覧になると、すぐにご購入のご決断をされました。

実はこのサイドボード、色合いが落ち着いていて、李朝家具の中では割とシンプルな作りです。

何かを飾る棚としても絶妙な大きさで、日本の住空間にもしっくりくるものだと思われます。

また、昭和初期のもので１００年近く経っているにも関わらず、傷もほとんど無く、とても綺麗なんです。

よくぞ今までこんなにいい状態で残っていてくれました、と感謝したくなるような佇まい。

さらに、その上に飾られていた掛軸も気に入ってくださり、合わせてのご購入。

トータルでお選びいただけるのは、新居に入る前の醍醐味ですよね。（羨ましい限りです！）

新しいお家ができるまで、お子さんたちにもこの家具に愛着をもってもらおうと、本日お持ち帰りになられました。

１００年近く前に異国で作られた家具を、現代の私たちが大事に使い継いでいくという素晴らしい習慣。

沢山の人を見てきたであろう家具は、その時々で大事にされてきたからこそ、奇跡的に現代に残っているのだと思います。

大量消費、大量生産の家具ではやはり、こうはいきません。きっと壊れたら使い捨てになってしまうでしょう。

でもこういった、いわゆるアンティークの家具は、一点もので、壊れても直してずっと手元に置いておきたくなります。

こうやって物を大事にする姿を親御さんが見せることで、お子さんたちにもその心が引き継がれていくんだと、なんだんかほっこりしたスタッフｍでした。

It’s an exquisite size as a shelf to display something, and it seems to fit well in a Japanese living space.

Also, although it is from the early Showa period and it has been nearly 100 years old, it is very beautiful with almost no scratches.

Well, it looks like I want to thank him for staying in such a good condition.

In addition, he liked the hanging scroll that was displayed on it, so I bought it together.

I took it home today so that my children would love this piece of furniture until they had a new home.

皆さま、こんにちは。

本日は動物のお話をしていこうと思います。

最近見た映画？になるんでしょうか？

「ワイルド・メトロポリス‐躍動する動物たち‐」のシーズン１を見ました。

５０分程度のものなので映画に比べると短くドラマ感覚で見ることが出来ます。

内容はニューヨークなどの都市に適応し暮らしている動物たちの紹介です。

自然界にはなかったものを上手に利用し都市生活に順応している動物たちの新たな生態に迫る！という感じで色々な場所の色々な動物たちの紹介が続きます。

２０１８年に公開されたものなので、今現在はどうなっているのかは分かりませんが、面白かったので少しだけ話していきたいと思います。

まず映像が始まってすぐにカワウソの都市生活が紹介されました。

シンガポールの都市で暮らすカワウソの家族たちの都市内での引っ越しのお話です。シンガポールは川などの水域が多いので陸と水のどちらも必要とするカワウソにとっては暮らしやすいかもしれませんし、引っ越しの際も川を利用して新しい住処を探します。

川があるのでそこで魚などの餌を確保するようです。ちなみにカワウソは自分の体重の４分の１の量のご飯を一日に摂取するそうで、まだ小さい子供のカワウソは魚を取ることは難しいので、親や年上の兄弟の取ったものを貰って食べます。

もちろん都市なので他の動物たちに遭遇することもあります。

散歩している犬に遭遇した時はカワウソ４匹ほどで威嚇し犬を追い払っていました。

都市と言われれば…ニューヨークは欠かせないですね。

そんなニューヨークでは蟻が都市に適応しています。

ニューヨークに住む蟻の数はおよそニューヨーク市民の２００倍だそうです。

まぁ蟻は小さいのでそれくらいいいても不思議ではないですね。

そしてニューヨークの蟻はそこで年間約６万個のホットドッグを食べているそうです。（地面に落ちているものなどです）元々ホットドッグは蟻に適した食べ物ではありませんが、順応していった結果ですね…。

また、映像を見ていて都市と言っていいのか？と思ったのですがアマゾンの川に暮らすカワイルカがいるそうです。これは都市に暮らすというより、人と暮らすカワイルカといった感じですね。

ここに住む人たちは、網漁をする時にボートの上から魚をチラつかせてそれをカワイルカに与えます。カワイルカが来ることによってそれに怯えた魚は網側に来るそうです。ある意味チームプレイですね。

そして、そこに住む人々はそのイルカに感謝もしているので採れた魚の半分はカワイルカに与えるそうです。カワイルカは手軽に食料を手に入れることができ、人々もカワイルカのおかげでより多くの魚を採ることができます。

そのカワイルカはそこに住む子供たちと川の中で遊んでいたり、主従関係のない友達のような関係に見えました。

タイにあるロッブリーという地域では、猿が街中に普通に暮らしていました。

日本では街に猿が１匹でも現れるとニュースになりますが…。

日本でいう奈良県に鹿がいっぱいいて鹿せんべいが売っているような感じですね。

その地域では、寺院に多くの食べ物をお供えするのですが、それらを猿が食べているという状況でした。

その寺院の見た目も動物園の猿山のような作りで、猿の数も相まって見た目は動物園でした。もちろん観光地にもなっていたようです。

そんなタイのロッブリーが現在どのような状況なのか気になったので、調べてみると２０２０年の記事が出てきました。

コロナの影響で観光客が減り、凶暴化した猿たちが手に負えない状態のようです。事態を収束するために住人たちが餌を与えるようにしたそうですが、その結果猿の繁殖力が強くなり数が増加しました。住居に網をかけたり、猿の侵入を防いでいるそうです。

猿は自由に生活し、人間はまるで檻の中にいます。

みなさん、こんにちは。スタッフｍです。

風光舎の道を挟んだはす向かいにはガソリンスタンドがあります。そこでよく目にするのが、洗車している場面です。ガソリンスタンドのスタッフさんたちがテキパキと働いている姿がとても清々しいなぁ、と思って見ています。今日もなんとはなしにそちらを見ていると、白い車ばかりが立て続けに３台洗車しているのが目に入ってきました。「白い車ばかりだなぁ。白は汚れが目立つから、頻繁に洗車しないといけないんだろうな…。」なんてことを考えていると、今度は道を走る車の色が気になり始めました。風光舎の目の前には、片側２車線、計４車線の交通量の多い道路がありますが、試しに５分間、車の色の調査をしてみました。すると、片側２車線の道路を走る車の色の割合は、白色が４６％、続いて黒色が３０％、その次に多かったのがシルバーで１０％、そのほかは青色、赤色、茶色、黄色などのカラフルな色の車が約７％だということがわかりました。日本で人気の車の色といえば、このように白色、黒色、シルバーだと思いますが、世界的に見るとどんな色が人気を集めているのか、私の中の興味の塊がうずうずしてきました。

というのも、私は以前、大学生の頃にアメリカの片田舎に短期留学したことがあるのですが、その時にも、走っている車の色について興味を持ったことがあったのです。それは、日本とアメリカでは、走る車の色が全然違うとカルチャーショックを受けたからです。アメリカでは、日本であれほどよく見かけた白い車が極端に少なくて、シルバーやベージュなどあまり主張のない色が多かったのです。どうしてか気になったのでホストマザーに尋ねると、「白い車はアメリカでは霊柩車として使われるので、あまり自家用車としては乗らないわ。」とのこと。個人的な見解でしょうが、なろほどなぁ、と納得しました。その後で、カナダに留学にいった友人にも車の色ってどんなだった？と尋ねてみました。すると、「気にして見ていないからはっきりとは分からないけど、カナダでは自然と調和するような色が多かった気がする。緑とかベージュとかシルバーのような色。」との回答。たまたま私が行った場所や友人が行った場所が、田舎だったこともあるでしょうが、白や黒などのはっきりした色ではなく、シルバーやベージュなどが多かったようなのです。

２０年以上昔のことを思い出し、では今インターネットで調べてみると、世界の事情がわかるかも！と思い早速調べてみました。本当に便利な世の中ですね。(笑)　すると、毎年「世界自動車人気色調査報告書」を発表しているアクサルタコーティングシステムズ合同会社というのものを発見しました。そこに載っていた、エリアや国ごとの人気の車の色（ボディーカラーというみたいです）を紹介します。

２０２０年に行われた最新の調査で、世界全体の人気ボディーカラートップ３は１位が白（３８％）、２位が黒（１９％）、３位がグレー（１５％）という結果が発表されています。どの国や地域ごとのデータを見ても白の占める割合は高く、とくに中国では新車の５７％が白という結果でした。世界的な人気色である白、黒、シルバー、グレーはいずれも傷や汚れが目立ちにくく、飽きにくく、中古車の下取り価格も高い定番色だからでしょうかね。
