WBCが終わったと思いきや、明日からはサッカーが始まるようですね。

 

 

スポーツ好きの皆様は大忙しです。

 

 

そんなことを考えながら、先ほど飴の袋を開けたら、１つと半分が入っておりました。

 

ラッキーと思いつつも、もしかしたら半分しか入っていない飴の袋があるのかもしれません。

 

今日のブログは何を書こうかと悩んでおりましたが、何を書いたところで、日本人の頭の中はWBCでいっぱいだと思われます。

 

私のようなにわかもおりますので、大谷翔平選手について調べてみました。

 

 

 

ファンの方からしたら、何をいまさら当たり前のことを、と思うかもしれませんが、Ｎのためにお付き合いください。

 

大谷 翔平は日本のプロ野球選手で右投左打。

MLBのロサンゼルス・エンゼルス所属でございます。

 

投手としても打者としても活躍する「二刀流」の選手として広く知られております。

 

 

2012年のNPBドラフト1位で北海道日本ハムファイターズから指名され、2013年の入団以降、投手と打者を両立する「二刀流」の選手として試合に出場。

 

2014年には11勝、10本塁打で日本プロ野球（NPB）史上初となる「2桁勝利・2桁本塁打」を達成いたしました。

 

2016年には、NPB史上初となる投手と指名打者の両部門でベストナインのダブル受賞に加え、リーグMVPに選出されました。

ここまでは有名でニュースなどでも取り上げられていると思いますので、今日はプライベートについて調べてみました。

 

 

高校時代の好きな教科は歴史で、「特に幕末が好きですね。日本が近代的に変わっていくための新しい取り組みが多くて、歴史的に見ても大きく変わる時代。革命や維新というものに惹かれるんです」と語っているそうです。

 

 

日本ハム時代には外出をほとんどせず、「二刀流をやろうとしていることを考えたら、我慢しなくてはいけないことがいっぱいある」という方針から、外出する際は監督の栗山英樹に許可を得なければならなりませんでしたが、本人は「制限されてもされなくても変わらないと思う。何したいとか特に無いですし、いいのかなと思います」と話していました。

 

収入の内、1か月に自由に使える金額は、日本ハム時代から2018年時点にわたって両親からお小遣いとして渡される10万円のみで、それもほとんど使わずに貯蓄していたそうです。

好物はクレープで、ファイターズ時代にはコンビニエンスストアで生チョコクレープをよく購入していたそうです。

 

本人は洋菓子が大好物と語っていますが、栄養管理のため比較的油分の少ない和菓子を食べるようにしているとか。

 

渡米後もこしあんクレープを好んでいたそうです。
