本日は朝から雨が降り続く名古屋ですが、みなさまの地域はいかがでしょうか。

そんな中、遠方より素敵なご夫婦が風光舎名古屋店にご来店くださいました。

 

 

 

奥様よりお聞きすると、新しくお家を建てるにあたって、李朝の家具をずっと探しているとのことでした。

インスタグラムで風光舎のことをお知りになり、今日がタイミングだと思っていらしてくださいました。

以前から気になっていた李朝のサイドボードの実物をご覧になると、すぐにご購入のご決断をされました。

実はこのサイドボード、色合いが落ち着いていて、李朝家具の中では割とシンプルな作りです。

何かを飾る棚としても絶妙な大きさで、日本の住空間にもしっくりくるものだと思われます。

また、昭和初期のもので１００年近く経っているにも関わらず、傷もほとんど無く、とても綺麗なんです。

よくぞ今までこんなにいい状態で残っていてくれました、と感謝したくなるような佇まい。

さらに、その上に飾られていた掛軸も気に入ってくださり、合わせてのご購入。

トータルでお選びいただけるのは、新居に入る前の醍醐味ですよね。（羨ましい限りです！）

 

 

 

新しいお家ができるまで、お子さんたちにもこの家具に愛着をもってもらおうと、本日お持ち帰りになられました。

１００年近く前に異国で作られた家具を、現代の私たちが大事に使い継いでいくという素晴らしい習慣。

沢山の人を見てきたであろう家具は、その時々で大事にされてきたからこそ、奇跡的に現代に残っているのだと思います。

大量消費、大量生産の家具ではやはり、こうはいきません。きっと壊れたら使い捨てになってしまうでしょう。

でもこういった、いわゆるアンティークの家具は、一点もので、壊れても直してずっと手元に置いておきたくなります。

こうやって物を大事にする姿を親御さんが見せることで、お子さんたちにもその心が引き継がれていくんだと、なんだんかほっこりしたスタッフｍでした。

I learned about Fukosha on Instagram and thought that today was the right time.

When I saw the actual sideboard of the Joseon Dynasty, which I had been interested in for a long time, I immediately decided to purchase it.

Actually, this sideboard has a calm color, and it is relatively simple in the Joseon furniture.

It’s an exquisite size as a shelf to display something, and it seems to fit well in a Japanese living space.

Also, although it is from the early Showa period and it has been nearly 100 years old, it is very beautiful with almost no scratches.

Well, it looks like I want to thank him for staying in such a good condition.

In addition, he liked the hanging scroll that was displayed on it, so I bought it together.

The total choice is the real thrill of being in your new home, isn’t it? (As far as I envy!)

 

I took it home today so that my children would love this piece of furniture until they had a new home.

It is a wonderful custom that we, today, take good care of furniture made in a foreign country nearly 100 years ago.

I think that furniture that has seen many people miraculously remains in the present age because it has been cherished from time to time.

This is not the case with mass-consumed and mass-produced furniture. If it breaks, it will be disposable.

But these so-called antique furniture are one-of-a-kind, and even if they break, you’ll want to fix them and keep them handy.

The staff m was kind of relaxed, saying that by showing the parents how to take good care of things in this way, their hearts will be passed on to their children.
