このところの晴天続き、このお天気を有効に使わねばとそわそわしていらっしゃる方も多いもではないでしょうか。何かしたりお出かけしたくなるシーズンでありますが皆さま、このお天気いかがお過ごしでしょうか。

私の先日の休日は、洗濯大会。地味でしたね…でも超有効利用でありました。

 

【　忠信浄錫　錫　茶托　】

 

そんな晴天続きの中、先日友人と会うことになり、外もいいのですが久しぶりに自宅へ招こうと思い立ちました。この自宅茶話会、テーブルも良いのですが、疲れたらソファに移動できたりして嫌いではないのでたまにするのですが、そんな超おもてなしができるわけではありませんので、どこかの帰りにアポなしで立ち寄るくらいの「ふら～っと来て。」が、いつも誘い文句でありますが。

 

そんなラフな茶話会ですが、このところコーヒー派でしたので、たまには暖かい日本茶にしてみようと思いまして。普段使いの湯呑でも気楽でよかったのですが、今日は形から入ろうと何故だか思いつき、蓋つきのお客様用茶碗と茶托を引っ張り出してきました。

 

自宅で茶托なんて使うのはいつぶりなのか…などと思いつつ茶托を並べます。我が家の茶托は、どこで購入したかも忘れた木製のなんてことない茶托なのですが、この、なんてことない茶托にゆっくりお茶を注いだお茶碗を茶托にのせた途端、お客様とお茶へのリスペクトが断然湧いてきますね。

茶托にのせるのとのせないのでは全然違ってくるなと改めて思うのですが、気の知れた友人でしたので、そんなお客様ごっこに（正真正銘お客さまでありますが笑）付き合ってもらった感じでもありました。お付き合いありがとう笑。

 

何故こんなお客様ごっこに転じたかと申しますとですね…。先日から、店舗にございます錫製の茶托が気になってまして。

 

そもそもお茶を飲む習慣は平安時代には既にあったのですが、茶托は江戸時代中期に清から杯と杯台が輸入されるようになり、杯と杯台の代わりに、茶碗と茶托が使われるようになったのが始まり。

輸入された杯台が錫製だったため、錫製の茶托が最上とされるようになり、また、錫製の茶托は煎茶、玉露などの高級茶を入れる小さめの茶碗を使用する際に使われる茶托ですので、自ずと高級感が増してきます。

 

こちらの錫製の茶托は、「金利老店　錫製茶托」（清時代）

 

 

 

 

煎茶道では年代を経て黒ずんでいる物の方が価値が高いとされているのですが、こちらの錫製の茶托もまあまあ黒ずんでおりますね。また、その茶托に描かれた中国の当時の様子でしょうかその描かれた画が一つ一つ違っており、これを眺めることが何より楽しいのですが。そんな細かな画を除きながら楽しくお茶をいただけるという、包み込んだ手の中で繰り広げられる世界観がたまらないなと、一人茶托を眺めながらまたいつもの変な妄想に発展しており、当時の中国の方が、「そうだよね」なんて思ってくれたら、きっとこの茶托の楽しい画について一時間くらい話ができる自信がるのだが…。なんて妄想はさらなる発展を遂げていくのでした。

 

 

 

 

 

お客様へやお茶へのリスペクトと共に楽しさも添えてくれる錫の茶托、そんなわけで本日も晴天の中、のぞき込んで眺めております。

With the recent fine weather, many of you may be anxious to make the most of it. It is the season when we want to do something or go out, so how are you all doing?

My recent holiday was a laundry convention. It was a simple one…. But it was a very effective use of the day.

 

In the midst of such fine weather, I decided to meet with a friend the other day, and although it would have been nice to go outside, I decided to invite her to my home for the first time in a while. I sometimes have a tea party at my home because I don’t mind having a table, but if I get tired, I can move to the sofa, but I can’t offer such a super hospitality, so I always invite people to drop by without an appointment on their way home from somewhere. That’s my usual invitation to stop by without an appointment.

 

I have been a coffee drinker for a while now, but I decided to try a cup of warm Japanese tea once in a while. I was happy to use an ordinary teacup, but for some reason I decided to start from the beginning and pulled out a teacup with a lid for guests and a saucer.

 

I put the teacups and saucers together and wondered how long it had been since I had used saucers at home. The saucers in my house are wooden, nondescript wooden saucers that I forgot where I bought them, but as soon as I put the tea cups with tea poured slowly on the saucers, I feel a great respect for the guests and the tea.

I think once again that it makes a huge difference whether you put the teacup on the saucer or not. Thank you for your company.

 

The reason why I turned to this kind of customer game is because…. The other day, I was wondering about the tin saucers that we have in our store.

 

The custom of drinking tea already existed in the Heian period (794-1185), but the use of saucers began in the middle of the Edo period (1603-1868) when cups and cup stands were imported from the Qing dynasty (1644-1912), and instead of cups and cup stands, tea bowls and saucers came to be used.

Since the imported cup stand was made of tin, tin saucers came to be regarded as the best, and since tin saucers are used for smaller tea bowls that hold high-grade teas such as sencha and gyokuro, they naturally have a more luxurious feel.

 

This tin saucer is from a “Ryo-ten tin saucer” (Qing dynasty).

 

In the Sencha tea ceremony, it is considered more valuable to have a tin saucer that has darkened with age, and this tin saucer has darkened to a fair degree. The tin tea saucers here are also quite dark. The paintings on the saucers are different from each other, probably due to the conditions in China at that time, and it is most enjoyable to look at them. I was thinking that I would love the worldview that unfolds in my wrapped hands while enjoying a cup of tea while looking at such detailed pictures, and as I looked at the saucer alone, I developed my usual weird fantasy. I am confident that I could talk about this delightful painting of a saucer for an hour or so if the Chinese people of that time thought, “Yes, that’s right”. My fantasy continued to grow.

 

I am looking at the tin saucer today in the clear weather.

皆さま、こんにちは。スタッフNでございます。

 

先日の朝、カーテンを開けると猫が窓際から飛び出してきて、びっくり致しました。

 

何をしているのかと思いましたら、どうやら網戸を破いて中に引き入れる遊びをしていたようです。

 

網戸がほぼボロボロでなくなっていたので、いつからその遊びをしていたのか謎でございます。

 

毎朝寒さで目が覚め、ここ最近は体調が悪く、何故かと思っていましたが、窓が閉まらなくなっていたようです。

 

早めに気づいたことと、猫が網戸が全部無くなって猫が脱走しなかったことが幸いでございます。

さて、本日１０月２２日は３年ぶりの開催となった、時代祭でございます。

 

時代祭は、毎年10月22日（雨天順延）に行われる平安神宮の大祭で、京都が日本の首都として千有余年にわたって培ってきた伝統工芸技術の粋を、動く歴史風俗絵巻として内外に披露することを主眼としております。

 

このため各時代行列に使用する衣裳や祭具の一つ一つが、厳密な時代考証をもとに作製された”本物”であるところにその特徴があります。

 

維新勤王隊の奏する笛や太鼓の音色を先頭に、約2,000名・約２キロにわたる行列は順次、明治維新時代から平安京の造営された延暦時代にさかのぼり、歴史と伝統の都・京都三大祭の一つとして、京都の秋を代表する祭となっています。

 

様々な衣装がございますが、Nが注目したのは維新勤王隊列。

 

青と黒の着物、かっこいいですね。

 

歴史好きの方も自分の好きな歴史上の人物の衣装を見に行くのも楽しそうでございます。

 

それにしてもこの配役どのようにして決めるのでしょうか、気になります。

 

自治体の方だとは思いますが、やはり坂本龍馬などは人気なのでしょうね。

 

自分がやるならどれがいいかなんて考えながらブログを書いておりました。

歩くのが大変そうなので、担がれる方がい良さそうですが、目立つのが苦手なのでその他大勢にまぎれたいと思います。

 

皆さまはどの衣装を着てみたいですか？

 

ライブカメラでも時代祭の様子を見ることができるので、Nもブログを書きながら拝見しておりました。

 

お馬さんが言うことをきかずうろちょろしていたり、道路の向こう側には現代の車が走っているのに、こちら側を歩いている人は昔の恰好をしていて、なんとも不思議な光景でございました。

 

京都はこのような歴史のイベントがたくさんあってうらやましいです。

調べてみましたら、蒲郡市で三谷祭【無観客・縮小開催】(みやまつり)2022年10月22日, 2022年10月23日が行われておりました。

2022年は規模を縮小し、無観客での開催とのことです。

 

天下の奇祭と呼ばれる三谷祭は、「山車（やま）」と呼ばれる美しく巨大な車を「氏子（うじこ）」の大勢の男性が力強く曳き回し、八剱神社と若宮神社の間を練り歩く珍しい祭でございます。

 

見どころは、二日目に三谷温泉前海岸で行われる「海中渡御（かいちゅうとぎょ）」。絢爛豪華な4台の山車が号砲とともに次々と海の中へ入っていく場面はとてもエキサイティングだそうです。

 

男衆約200人が大きな掛け声や水しぶきとともに海を進んでいく、迫力ある光景が見られます。

なんと、愛知県にも面白いお祭りがございましたね。

Today, October 22nd, is the Jidai Matsuri, which was held for the first time in three years.

 

The Festival of the Ages is a grand festival held at Heian Jingu Shrine on October 22 every year (postponed in case of rain). Kyoto, as the capital of Japan, showcases the best of traditional craft techniques cultivated over more than 1,000 years in moving picture scrolls of history and customs. The main focus is to

 

For this reason, each of the costumes and ritual implements used in each historical procession is unique in that it is the “real thing” created based on strict historical research.

The Jidai Matsuri Gyoretsu is operated by the citizens’ organization “Heian Kosha” (11 companies in total), which consists of the whole city of Kyoto.

 

Initially, there were 6 lines and 500 people, but now there are 20 processions covering 8 periods: the Meiji Restoration, Edo, Azuchi-Momoyama, Muromachi, Yoshino, Kamakura, Fujiwara, and Enryaku periods. In addition to being in charge of each line, the women’s procession of the Edo period, the medieval period, and the Heian period women’s procession are served in rotation by the local women’s federation in Kyoto and the five geisha districts, with a total of about 2,000 people. It has become a large procession to participate.

 

In addition, the 12,000 pieces of furnishings, costumes, and ceremonial implements have been meticulously researched and recreated using the best of the traditional craft techniques that Kyoto has cultivated as the capital for 1,000 years. A picture scroll of a living era unfolds.

I looked it up and found out that the Mitani Festival [no spectators/reduced event] (Miya Matsuri) was held on October 22, 2022 and October 23, 2022 in Gamagori City.

The Mitani Festival, known as one of the strangest festivals in the world, is a rare festival in which a large number of male shrine parishioners (ujiko) powerfully pull beautiful giant floats called yama between Yatsugu Shrine and Wakamiya Shrine. Thank you.

近頃は朝晩急激に冷え込み、日中は暖かく、わたくし寒暖差に体力を奪われております…。

また衣替えの際のお洋服の管理やお布団の管理に慌てていらっしゃる方も多いのではないしょうか。体調管理くれぐれもお気を付けくださいませ。

 

さて、先日店主より可愛くて”レトロ”な雰囲気を感じさせるお皿を見せてもらいました。

 

 

サイズは直径約１０．７ｃｍ、高さ約３ｃｍ鮮やかな朱色と淡い黒が個性的かつどこか優しさを感じる器です。

最近、”レトロ”が巷で話題になっていますよね。この器をみたとき真っ先に”レトロ”という言葉がぴったりだなと感じました。

 

若者を中心に巻き起こっている「レトロブーム」。

レトロに関連した言葉で「エモい」という言葉がありますが、このエモいとは「エモーショナル（感情的）」を語源として誕生したスラングで、若者の間で「ロジカルに説明できないが満たされる」「なんかいい」という意味で広く親しまれています。

 

私なんかは基本的にどんな場面でも良い雰囲気だったりすると「エモい」と乱用してしまうのですが、レトロから溢れるノスタルジー、初めて接するのに懐かしいという感情の場合、使用するとなお良いそうですよ！

 

若者の間で根強いトレンドとして続くレトロブームは「昭和レトロ」「平成レトロ」「輸入レトロ」３つに分類されるそうです。

 

「昭和レトロ」は、使い捨てカメラ、レコード、カセット、順喫茶、シティポップなど独特なフォントや色褪せたようなカラー、わかりやすいレイアウトなどが特徴なのだそう。

たとえば、OSAMUGOODSやHELLOKITTYも昭和レトロとして分類され、コメダのクリームソーダなどもエモいと言われているそうです。

次に「平成レトロ」は１９９０～２０００年代の平成初頭に流行したアイテムやカルチャーのことを指し、「デコ」やルーズソックスは平成レトロの象徴だとか。ルーズソックスがレトロと呼ばれるなんてとても新鮮です。

 

そして最後に「輸入レトロ」、こちらはＹ２Ｋファッション（Year２０００）などが代表的だそうです。またビーズアクセサリも一時期流行って、私もコロナ自粛期間中、ビーズでマスクチェーンなど作りましたね。

 

「流行は繰り返される」という言葉の通り、昔世を風靡したアイテムやカルチャーが令和の今懐かしさと共にまた思い出されているのは興味深いですよね。

 

その時代背景を知っている人から、まだ生まれていなかった人にまでなつかしさを感じさせる「レトロブーム」これからも長く続いていきそうです。

The “Retro Boom” is taking place mainly among young people. There is a word related to retro, “emoi”, which is a slang that was born from the etymology of “emotional”. It is widely popular in the sense that it is good.

 

Basically, I tend to overuse it as “emo” when it’s in a good mood in any situation.

“Showa Retro” is characterized by unique fonts, faded colors, and easy-to-understand layouts such as disposable cameras, records, cassettes, jun cafes, and city pop.

 

The retro boom that continues as a deep-rooted trend among young people is said to be classified into three categories: “Showa Retro”, “Heisei Retro”, and “Import Retro”. “Showa Retro” is characterized by unique fonts, faded colors, and easy-to-understand layouts such as disposable cameras, records, cassettes, jun cafes, and city pop. For example, OSAMUGOODS and HELLOKITTY are also classified as Showa retro, and Komeda’s cream soda is said to be emo.

Next, “Heisei retro” refers to items and culture that were popular in the 1990s and early 2000s, and “deco” and loose socks are symbols of Heisei retro. It is very fresh that loose socks are called retro.

＃レトロ＃美術＃アンティーク

みなさまこんにちは、スタッフＹでございます。

 

全国的にも秋晴れが続き良い季節になりましたね。いかがお過ごしでしょうか。

食欲か芸術家かスポーツかなんでもよいのですが、この気候の良い時期を大切に使わなければと先日友人４人と行って参りましたよ。

 

特別展　日中国交正常化50周年記念「兵馬俑と古代中国～秦漢文明の遺産～」

 

 

 

 

もう、ご覧になられてた方もおいででしょうか。いつもならこういった特別展は名古屋飛ばしをしてしまいがちなのですが、今回名古屋にて開催なんて珍しいんです。

先日は早速朝いちから行って参りましたが、これがなめてました。平日にもかかわらず、開館待ちの列がもうできておりましてこれは焦りましたしたが何とかチケットを購入して、早速中の方へ。

今回の展示、なんと第一部を除きフラッシュなしの写真はokということで、皆さまにも少しはお伝えできたらと思っております。本日は、お写真多めですよ。

 

その前に、兵馬俑といえば秦の始皇帝のお墓の話から触れておきましょう。

兵馬俑、お墓の中から発掘されたと思われがちですが、実はそのお墓の東側1.5kmに位置する陪葬墓から1974年に農民の井戸掘削の際発見されたという世紀の大発見であります。最近も大量の金銀銅俑が出土しており、まだこれからも発掘は続くのでしょうか。スケールの大きい王はお墓もスケールが桁違いのようでちなみにこの始皇帝のお墓はなんと、エジプトのクフ王のお墓ピラミッドよりもはるかに大きいようですので、想像してみてくださいね笑。また、今回展示された兵馬俑が発掘された兵馬俑坑は3つあり、坑内には陶俑陶馬8000 点、青銅器が4 万余点が見つかったとのですから、そのスケール感にもう笑うしかないですね。

 

ですが秦は、約550 年続いた群雄割拠の春秋戦国時代を終結させ紀元前221 年に史上初めて中国大陸に統一王朝を打ち立てたにもかかわらず、わずか十数年で滅亡しまいます。そんな短命な秦時代の彼の墓に眠る兵馬俑(へいばよう)が、今なお我々にその絶大な国力を伝えているのですから、その当時の勢いたるはすごかったことも想像できます。

 

そんな秦始皇帝陵の兵馬俑から日本初公開も登場しております。

「戦服将軍俑」統一秦 秦始皇帝陵博物院 ＊一級文物

 

 

戦車に乗り、歩兵や騎兵の小部隊を統率した高位の武官の俑を「将軍俑」と言うようですが、約8000体の埋蔵が推定されている秦始皇帝陵の兵馬俑群の中でも、将軍俑は現在まで11体しか確認されていないとのこと。本品も、日本初公開となる貴重な1体でして、やはり位の高い方は戦闘の指揮をされるので実際には戦わないのでしょうか、甲冑などは身に着けておりません。ですが、その堂々たる佇まいに「絶対偉い人だな」と、誰もがわかると思います。

それにしても落ち着いて考えてみますと、これらすべて紀元前に作られたもの。かつて訪れたエジプト展の文明にも驚きましたが、中国の当時作られたもののリアルさや細工の細かさなどその文明の高さに触れますと、当時日本は？とすぐに思ってしまして。たしか文字や装飾の華美なものも技術もなく、農業もやっとの時代だったような…この当時の文明の格差に色々混乱しますね。

 

 

こちらは、漢王朝の身長５０cmほどの兵馬俑

 

 

その後紀元前202 年、漢(かん)の劉邦(りゅうほう)が西楚の項羽(こうう)を破って中国再統一を果たした漢王朝が、秦の国家制度を引継ぎ、秦の時代は終わり漢の黄金時代が。

兵馬俑も様子を変えていきます。知らなかったのですが、秦の始皇帝の時代以前の兵馬俑もなぜか小さく、また漢代では再び小さくなったようでして。秦の始皇帝の兵馬俑だけが何故か等身大のあの大きさのようであります。

 

それはなぜなのか気になってきますね。

一説によると、始皇帝の曽祖父の時代にマケドニアのアレクサンダー大王が西北インドまで遠征をし、等身大のリアルな彫刻をするギリシャ文化も伝わったとのこと。それが中国に伝わったかどうかはわかりませんが、ギリシャ神話の装飾を描いたものもお墓から出土されているようですから、ギリシャの文化にもふれることがあったのでしょうか。

当時は、生前からお墓を作ってる時代ですので、たぶん本人の意思でしょうし、そういったものを取り入れたい気持ちと絶大な権力者の強い遺志が加わり、あの圧巻の兵馬俑が完成したのでしょう。ですが、その後漢王朝を樹立した劉邦は、地方出身だったようで楚の文化を愛好したようでして、また小さな兵馬俑の時代に戻ったのではとのことです。

 

中国3000年の中でしたら秦の始皇帝の時代は一瞬のことだったでしょうが、あの一瞬の時代のことが現代にもこうやって兵馬俑の存在によって当時のすさまじい勢いをも伝わってきます。きっとすべてにおいて想像もつかない勢いとスケールのあった秦だったことだけはしっかりと伝わってまいります。

そんなことに思いを馳せながら展示物に集中していたのですが、ふと我に返りますと会場内は平日にも関わらず周りにはすごい人でした。お時間興味のございます方は、ちょっと人が多いですが是非どうぞ。

Special exhibition: “Terracotta Warriors and Ancient China: Legacy of Qin-Han Civilization,” commemorating the 50th anniversary of the normalization of diplomatic relations between Japan and China.

I wonder if some of you have already seen it. Normally, I tend to skip Nagoya for special exhibitions like this, but it is rare that this exhibition is held in Nagoya.

The other day, I went to the exhibition first thing in the morning, but I had it all wrong. I was impatient, but I managed to buy a ticket and went inside.

I was very happy to learn that, with the exception of the first part of the exhibition, photos without flash are not allowed. I’ll show you more photos today.

 

Before that, let’s talk about the terracotta army and the tomb of Qin Shi Huangdi, the first emperor of China.

The terracotta army is often thought to have been excavated from inside the tomb, but in fact, it was discovered in 1974 when a farmer drilled a well in a burial tomb located 1.5 km east of the tomb, which is the great discovery of the century. The tomb of a king of such a large scale also seems to be of an extraordinary scale, and a large amount of gold, silver, and bronze yong have recently been unearthed, so it seems that excavation will continue in the future. Incidentally, the tomb of the First Emperor is much larger than the pyramid of King Khufu in Egypt. There are three terracotta mines where the terracotta warriors and horses exhibited this time were excavated, and 8,000 pieces of pottery and horses and more than 40,000 pieces of bronze vessels were found in the mines, so we can only laugh at the scale of the excavations.

However, despite the fact that the Qin Dynasty was the first to establish a unified dynasty on the Chinese continent in 221 B.C., ending the 550-year-long Spring and Autumn Warring States Period, the Qin Dynasty fell in just a dozen years. The terracotta warriors and horses that lie in the tomb of the short-lived Qin dynasty still tell us of the great power of the country, so we can imagine how powerful they were at that time.

The terracotta warriors of high-ranking military officers who rode on chariots and led small units of infantry and cavalry are called “generals.” Of the estimated 8,000 terracotta warriors buried in the terracotta army of Qin Shi Huangdi, only 11 have been confirmed to date. This is one of the most valuable pieces, which is being exhibited for the first time in Japan. However, the imposing appearance of the figure makes everyone understand that he is definitely a great man.

 

His belongings and what he wears indicate his rank and what role he played in the battle. The expressions on their faces are so realistic that they look as if they are about to start moving and talking.

 

When I think about it calmly, all of them were made in the B.C. period. I was amazed at the civilization of Egypt when I visited there, but when I see the high level of civilization in China, such as the realism and fineness of workmanship of the objects made in those days, I immediately wonder what Japan was like in those days. I immediately think, “What was Japan like back then? It was a time when there were no letters, no ornate decorations, no technology, and barely any agriculture… This disparity in civilization confuses me in many ways.

In 202 B.C., Liu Bang of the Han Dynasty defeated Huang Yu of the Western Chu Dynasty to reunify China, and the Han Dynasty took over the state system of the Qin Dynasty, ending the Qin dynasty and ushering in the Han golden age. I didn’t know that the terracotta warriors before the reign of Qin Shi Huangdi were small, but in the Han Dynasty they became small again, and only the terracotta warriors of Qin Shi Huangdi seem to be life-size for some reason.

 

It makes you wonder why.

According to one theory, Alexander the Great of Macedonia, the great-grandfather of Qin Shi Huangdi, led an expedition to northwestern India during his time, and Greek culture, which produced life-size realistic sculptures, was introduced. Therefore, it is likely that he had some contact with Greek culture. In those days, tombs were being built even before his death, so it was probably his own will, and I wonder if his desire to incorporate such things, combined with the strong will of an immensely powerful person, made him do so. However, Liu Bang, who later established the Han Dynasty, was from a rural area and seemed to have loved the culture of Chuxi, so he may have returned to the era of small terracotta warriors.

 

In the 3,000 years of China’s history, the reign of Qin Shi Huang may have been a brief period of time, but the terracotta warriors are still here today, conveying the tremendous momentum of that era. The terracotta warriors are a reminder that the Qin Dynasty was a time of unimaginable power and scale in every way.

近頃は秋の遠足の季節でしょうか、観光バスや小さな子供たちの列などを発見して、私も少しウキウキした気持ちになりました。

 

学生時代の思い出として一つお話させていただきますと、私走ることが大の苦手でして…

大体夏休み明けると体育祭の時期だと思うのですが、夏休みの途中から毎日お腹が痛くなってしまい、本当に憂鬱だったことを思い出しますね。

どうにか体調が悪くならないだろうか、体育祭の当日は天気が悪くならないだろうかと常に考えながら過ごしていたことを今思い出して、今となっては少し笑えてしまいます。

 

 

走ることが苦手と書きましたが、特に短距離走は苦手で、長距離走はわりとすきでした。

学生時代、駅伝大会では上位のタイムで完走し、終わったあとの「バナナ」と「おしるこ」はとっても体に沁みました。

 

そういえば、冬の寒い時期に走ると口の中が血の味がすることってお分かりいただけますか？！

駅伝大会の練習中～本番までの間、走り終わるとよく血の味がしていて、友人とその話題で盛り上がっていました。

なぜ走ったあとは血の味がするのか、少し調べてみたところ多くの方が経験していたようですね。

 

 

「血の味＝金属的な味」

結論から申し上げますと、赤血球が破壊しているからだそうです。

体を酷使し、限界を超えると赤血球に負担がかかり、ヘム（鉄）が放出されるため、金属のような味がするそうです。赤血球は非常に負荷の高い運動をすると簡単に喉に漏れ出てしまうようで、一時的なものであれば気にする必要はないのだとか。

 

運動をしたとき（ランニング等）に起こりうる現象として、いくつかあったのですが。

外で走っていると風邪をひいたわけではないのに鼻水が出ることもありますよね。これは「運動誘発性鼻炎」と呼ばれ、外で有酸素運動をする人によく見られる症状だそうです。鼻腔が刺激され、粘液が分泌し鼻水がでるのだそうです。

そしておもしろいことに、一部の意見では、大気汚染、特に自動車の排気ガスに含まれる二酸化炭素が、鼻水の主な原因になると考えられていて、室内のランニングマシーンで運動すると、鼻水が出ないというということが起きるそうです。本当かどうか、今度実証してみたいと思います（笑）

 

 

最後にもうひとつ。

走り始めて少し経つと足が猛烈にかゆくなることありませんか？

単なる皮膚の乾燥であったり、毛細血管や動脈が急増に拡大し、近くの神経を刺激することによる体温上昇の自然な反応であったりする場合がほとんどだそうですが、私はひどい時など蕁麻疹が出てしまったりすることもしばしば。

これは「運動誘発性蕁麻疹」と呼ばれ、実際にアレルギー反応が出てしまい、かゆみや顔面紅潮、蕁麻疹などを引き起こしてしまうそうです。

私の場合はすぐに治まるので問題ないと思われますが、これからの季節運動される方は、夏と違って体温調節以外にも自身の体調の変化なども気にしながら体を動かすと良さそうです。

適度な運動で心身ともに健康でいましょう！

I wrote that I was not good at running, but I was particularly bad at short-distance running, and I rather liked long-distance running. When I was a student, I finished the race in a high-ranking time in a long-distance relay race.

 

Come to think of it, did you know that when you run in the cold of winter, your mouth tastes like blood? ! From practice to the actual Ekiden race, I often tasted blood when I finished running, and my friends and I had a lot of fun talking about it. I did a little research on why it tastes like blood after running, and it seems that many people have experienced it.

 

“Taste of blood = metallic taste”

From the conclusion, it seems that the red blood cells are destroyed. 先日、滋賀県の知人に会いに行って参りました。

 

 

彦根城やひこにゃんに会いに行ったことはあるのですが、琵琶湖を超えての観光は初めてかもしれません。

 

おしゃれカフェにも行ってみようと思ったのですが、なぜか休みのところが多く、なかなかたどり着けず、滋賀をぐるぐるしておりました。

 

名古屋だとどこかのカフェにはたどり着くので、うっかりしておりました。

 

新幹線で京都に降り立ってから折り返しの長旅でございました。

 

新幹線からずっと霧が続き、降り立った時は、霧の中に町があるようでした。

 

洗濯物が乾かないのが悩みらしく、名古屋の蒸し暑さも悩みどころですが、また違った悩みがあるのだなと感じました。

 

本当は琵琶湖バレイで雲海を見たかったのですが、雨のため断念。

 

 

今回は近江神宮に行って参りました。

 

 

 

近江神宮（おうみじんぐう）は、滋賀県大津市神宮町にある神社で、皇紀2600年を記念して同年に相当する1940年（昭和15年）に創祀されました。

 

天智天皇6年（667年）に同天皇が当地に近江大津宮を営み、飛鳥から遷都した由緒に因み、紀元2600年の佳節にあたる1940年（昭和15年）の11月7日、天智天皇を祭神として創祀され、官幣大社に列せられました。

太平洋戦争後、神道指令が発令された1945年（昭和20年）12月15日、戦後復興を祭神（天智天皇）に祈願した昭和天皇の勅旨により、同神宮は勅祭社に治定されました。1948年（昭和23年）に神社本庁の別表神社に加列されております。

 

例祭は大津宮に遷都された記念日の4月20日に勅使が参向して行われます。

 

 

このほか主な祭典として、6月10日（時の記念日）の漏刻祭、7月7日（年により5日）の燃水祭、11月7日の御鎮座記念祭、12月1日（年により12月2日）の初穂講大祭、1月前半の日曜日のかるた祭（かるた開きの儀）などが行われます。

 

また、日本古式弓馬術協会による武田流鎌倉派流鏑馬神事が11月3日に行われていたが、2015年（平成27年）から6月第1日曜日に変更されました。

 

日本で初めて水時計（漏刻）を設置した天智天皇を祀る神社として、1941年（昭和16年）の時の記念日（6月10日）に第1回漏刻祭が開催され例年行事となりました。

 

境内には各地の時計業者が寄進した日時計や漏刻（レプリカ）などが設けてあり、時計館宝物館と近江時計眼鏡宝飾専門学校が境内に併設されております。

また、『小倉百人一首』の第1首目の歌を詠んだ天智天皇にちなみ、競技かるたのチャンピオンを決める名人位・クイーン位決定戦が毎年1月に行われております。

 

このほかにも高松宮記念杯歌かるた大会・高校選手権大会などが開催されているように、百人一首・競技かるたとのかかわりが深いです。

 

競技かるたを題材にした漫画・テレビアニメ・映画『ちはやふる』の舞台にもなりました。

 

Nはかるたも百人一首も詳しくないのですが、ちはやふるを見て、近江神宮に行ってみたいとずっと思っておりました。

 

天智天皇の百人一首の歌の歌碑も設置され、柿本人麻呂・高市黒人の万葉歌碑、弘文天皇（大友皇子）の御製漢詩碑、芭蕉句碑、保田與重郎の歌碑など多くの歌碑・句碑が作られております。

 

厄除け、安産、学業、産業守護など生活全般にかかわる多彩なご利益が満ちたパワースポットとしても知られております。

神座殿中庭に掲げられている「かるた額パネル」は、パネルに入れられた百人一首かるたの読み札を100枚掲示しております。

 

時間があるときに、百人一首覚えてみたいと思います。

It seems that the laundry is not dry, and the humid heat of Nagoya is a problem, but I felt that there was another problem.

 

Actually, I wanted to see the sea of ​​clouds at Biwako Valley, but I gave up because of the rain.

 

 

 

This time I went to Omi Jingu Shrine.

 

 

 

Omi Jingu is a Shinto shrine located in Jingu-cho, Otsu City, Shiga Prefecture, which was founded in 1940 (Showa 15) to commemorate the 2600th anniversary of the Imperial era.

 

In the 6th year of Emperor Tenchi (667), the same emperor established Omi Otsunomiya in this area and moved the capital from Asuka. It was founded as an enshrined deity and listed as a Kanpei Taisha shrine.

After the Pacific War, on December 15, 1945, when the Shinto Directive was issued, Emperor Showa prayed to the enshrined deity (Emperor Tenchi) for post-war reconstruction, and the shrine was designated as an imperial shrine. rice field. In 1948 (Showa 23), it was added to the Beppyo Shrine of the main shrine office.

 

The annual festival is held on April 20, the anniversary of the relocation of the capital to Otsu-miya, with the imperial messenger visiting.

In addition, in honor of Emperor Tenchi, who composed the first poem of “Ogura Hyakunin Isshu”, a competition is held in January every year to determine the champions of competitive karuta.

 

In addition to this, the Takamatsunomiya Memorial Cup Uta Karuta Tournament and the High School Championship Tournament are held, and are closely related to Hyakunin Isshu and competitive karuta.

 

It was also the setting for the manga, TV anime, and movie Chihayafuru, which is based on competitive karuta.

 

I don’t know much about Nha Karuta or Hyakunin Isshu, but after seeing Chihayafuru, I’ve always wanted to go to Omi Jingu.

 

A monument to the poems of Emperor Tenji’s Hyakunin Isshu was also set up, and many monuments and haiku monuments were created, such as a monument to Kakinomoto no Hitomaro and Takaichi Kuroto’s Manyo poems, a monument to Emperor Kobun (Prince Otomo)’s Chinese poetry, a monument to Basho’s poetry, and a monument to Yojuro Yasuda’s poetry. 皆さま、こんにちは。スタッフMです。

 

 

突然ですが、「カントリーロード　この道ずっとゆけばあの街につづいてる気がする　カントリーロード」皆さま一度は聴いたことがあるのではないでしょうか。

 

私はアニメーション映画「耳をすませば」の主題歌としてよく知っているのですが、原曲は１９７１年ジョン・デンバー「Take Me Home, Country Roads」、ビルボードで全米２位を記録した大ヒット曲です。

 

何故急にこのお話をさせていただいたかと言いますと、昨日実写版「耳をすませば」が公開されたということで本当は公開初日に見にいきたかったのですが…なんといってもジブリ作品大好きなスタッフM、その中でも「耳をすませば」は好きな作品ランキング上位に入るほど大好きなのです。

そういえば、小学生の頃クリスマスプレゼント何が良い？と聞かれたとき、耳をすませばの本が欲しいとお願いしたくらいでした。

 

「耳をすませば」といえば、ジブリのアニメーション映画のイメージが強かったのですが、１９８９年少女まんが雑誌「りぼん」で連載されたのがはじめで１９９５年にアニメーション映画が公開されました。

小学生のとき初めてアニメーション映画みて「天沢聖司」に憧れて、当時図書室に通ったことを覚えています。

小学生からすると、中学生はとっても大人。夢に向かって頑張り続ける姿や中学生の甘酸っぱい青春時代の物語など、すべてが胸キュンだったことを思い出します。

 

今回実写版は、まんが・アニメーション映画でも描かれていたストーリーはもちろん、完全オリジナルの１０年後の物語も加わって大人になった「天沢聖司」と「月島雫」に会えるようなので本当に楽しみです。

 

実は作品内に出てくるアンティークショップ「地球屋」もとっても憧れで、この世界のどこかにないだろうかとずっと考え探しているのですが、ついにあの憧れの「地球屋」が今話題のジブリパーク内にできたということで、これは行くしかないですよね。地球屋といえば、「バロン」はなくてはならないもの。バロンの瞳の中覗いてみたいです…

（きっと猫好きスタッフNも気になっているはず。いや、アンティークショップとなるとスタッフYも気になっている気がします）

ただジブリパークの入場チケットの抽選に落ち続けているので、まだ当分行けなさそうですが、もし行けることになったらブログ３回に分けて熱く語りたいと思います。

It’s a bit sudden, but I’m sure you’ve all heard the song “Country Road. If you keep going down this road, you’ll feel like you’re continuing to that town. Country Road.”

 

I know it well as the theme song of the animated movie “Whisper of the Heart”, but the original song is John Denver’s “Take Me Home, Country Roads” in 1971, a big hit that recorded 2nd place in the US on Billboard. It’s a song.

 

The reason why I suddenly brought up this story is that the live-action version of “Whisper of the Heart” was released yesterday, and I really wanted to go see it on the first day of its release, but… after all, it’s a Ghibli work. I love Staff M, and among them, “Mimi wo Sumaseba” is one of my favorite works. When I think about it, what’s a good Christmas present when I was in elementary school? When I was asked, I just asked for a book on Whispers.

 

Speaking of “Whisper of the Heart”, I had a strong image of Ghibli’s animation movie, but it was first serialized in the girl’s manga magazine “Ribon” in 1989, and the animation movie was released in 1995. When I was in elementary school, I saw an animated movie for the first time and admired “Seiji Amasawa”, and I remember going to the library at that time. From elementary school students, middle school students are very adults. It reminds me that everything, such as the image of continuing to work hard toward a dream and the story of the sweet and sour youth of junior high school students, was heart-throbbing.

This time, the live-action version will include not only the story depicted in the manga and animation movies, but also a completely original story 10 years in the future.

 

Actually, I really admire the antique shop “Earth Shop” that appears in the work, and I’ve been looking for it somewhere in this world. Since it was made inside, there is no choice but to go. Speaking of earth shop, “Baron” is indispensable. I want to peek into Baron’s eyes…

(I’m sure the cat-loving staff N is also interested in this. No, when it comes to antique shops, I think staff Y is also interested.)

 

However, I keep failing in the Ghibli Park admission ticket lottery, so it seems I won’t be able to go for the time being, but if I do, I’d like to talk about it passionately in three blog posts.
