ハロウィンも終わり、１１月に入り世の中は少しずつクリスマス仕様に。

１年のイベントの中でクリスマスが一番好きという方も多いと思います。私もその一人です！

 

名古屋駅で見られる大きなクリスマスツリーや、栄のイルミネーション。栄・三越のクリスマス仕様に変わったショーウィンドウは思わず立ち止まって見てしまうほど…。

 

ちなみに今年一番はじめにホリデーを感じた瞬間がスターバックスのドリンクカップでした。

毎年１１月１日から世界中のスターバックスでホリデー仕様の通称”Red Cup”でドリンクが提供され、スターバックス大好きスタッフMは年末の風物詩と感じてしまうほど、毎年楽しみにしているのです。

そして”Red Cup”は数種類のデザインがあり、訪れるたびに違う楽しみを味わうことができるという点も嬉しく思っております。

 

年ごとに趣向を凝らしたデザインがあしらわれていて、ただの赤いカップではなく、それぞれのデザインに込められたストーリーがあるというのもおもしろいですよね。

 

 

ちなみにホリデーシーズンといえば…

昨日のブログでスタッフＮが”紅茶派”と言っていましたが、私は断然”コーヒー派”です。１日に１回必ずコーヒーを飲まないと気が済まないほど…。

そんな私も小さい頃から好きというわけではなく、コーヒーデビューはわりと遅めの社会人からでした。それまではコーヒーが苦手でして。

 

学生時代とあるカフェでバイトをしていたとき、シフトに入る前に必ず本日のコーヒーがどんな味なのか、お客様にどのように伝えたらより魅力的に味を伝えることができるか、などを考えながら試飲をしなければいけなかったのです。

今考えたら、こんなにおいしいコーヒーを当時は少し苦手だったので半ば引き気味で試飲していたことがもったいなくてしょうがないです。

 

少し話が逸れてしまいましたが、スターバックスのホリデーシーズンといえば、コーヒー好きの私ですが、コーヒーではなく別のドリンクを毎回頼んでしまうほど…大好きなメニューがあります。

 

 

「ジンジャーブレッドラテ」

公式の説明を引用させていただきますと、「ジンジャーブレッドクッキーをイメージした、スパイシーなラテ」とありまして、チャイなどスパイス系がお好きな方は絶対好きな味だと思います。

私、ラテがあまり好きではなく、もともと牛乳が苦手ですので、いつもソイミルクに変更するのですが、これまたマイルドで優しい味わいになってとっても美味しいです。

あと、おすすめは上にトッピングされているナツメグパウダーを多めにするのが好きですね。（笑）

 

スターバックスのドリンクについてかなり語ってしまい、私の頭の中はもう「ジンジャーブレッドラテ」でいっぱいになってしまったので、帰りは覚王山のスターバックスでも寄ってまた飲みたいと思います。

 

覚王山の駅からすぐのスターバックスでドリンク買って、お散歩しながら風光舎に寄ろうかなという方、大歓迎ですよ。いつでもお待ちしております。

Halloween is over, and as we enter November, the world is slowly turning to Christmas. I think there are many people who like Christmas the most among the events of the year. I am also one of them!The big Christmas tree that can be seen at Nagoya Station and the Sakae illuminations. Sakae and Mitsukoshi’s Christmas-themed shop windows make you stop and look at them.

 

By the way, the first time I felt like I was on holiday this year was a Starbucks drink cup. From November 1st every year, Starbucks around the world serve drinks in the so-called “Red Cup” for the holidays. Also, “Red Cup” has several designs, and I am happy that you can enjoy a different experience every time you visit.Each year has a unique design, and it’s interesting that each design has a story behind it, rather than just a red cup.

 

Speaking of the holiday season… In yesterday’s blog, Staff N said that he is a “tea fan”, but I am definitely a “coffee fan”. I can’t help but drink coffee once a day… I didn’t like coffee since I was little, but my coffee debut was relatively late as a member of society. Until then, I didn’t like coffee.

 

When I was working part-time at a cafe when I was a student, before starting my shift, I always thought about what the coffee tasted like today, and how I could convey the taste to the customers in a more attractive way. I had to try it while I was there. When I think about it now, I was a little hesitant to taste such delicious coffee at the time, so it was a waste of time trying to taste it.

 

This is a bit off topic, but when it comes to Starbucks during the holiday season, I am a coffee lover, but there is a menu that I love so much that I order a different drink every time instead of coffee.

 

“Gingerbread Latte” To quote the official description, it says “spicy latte with the image of a gingerbread cookie”, and I think that those who like chai and other spices will definitely like it. I don’t really like lattes, and I don’t really like milk, so I always switch to soy milk. Also, I like to add a lot of nutmeg powder that is topped on top.

 

I talked a lot about Starbucks drinks, and my head is already full of “gingerbread latte”, so I would like to stop by Starbucks in Kakuozan and drink again.
