先日、家にて仕事をしていましたが、なんだか行き詰まってきました。

そこで、暑さの盛りの午後2時、涼を取りに喫茶店にでも行こうと思い、中学生の息子を誘うと

「この年で親とお茶してるなんて恥ずかしいでしょ？」

と笑って断られまして、しょうがなく一人で出かけることにしました。

 

近所のスターバックスでフラペチーノでも飲もうかしら…と思ったのですが、なんだか違う気もしてふと車を走らせてみると

名城公園にもスターバックスがあったなぁと思い出しました。

気分転換にもってこいのドライブをしながら、駐車場を探していました。

すると、見つけた時には行き過ぎていまして、やむなく名城公園や名古屋城の一角の周りを一周するはめに。

でも、それが思いがけず良かったんですよ。

 

名城公園プールを左手に曲がると、堀川沿いにでます。

そこを道なりに少し走ると、いきなり名古屋城の外堀の真横に出るのです。

突然目の前に広がった外堀ですが、水面がなんとも目に心地よくて…。

外気温は３５度もあるのですが、そんなことすら忘れさせてくれるような涼やかさを感じました。

車もほとんど走っていない道だったので、思わず止まってじっと眺めていたい衝動にかられましたが、

冷たいコーヒーを飲むために喉をからからにしてドライブしてきた私の体は、YESとは言ってくれませんでした。(笑)

とりあえず、「うわー、きもちいい！」と車内で一人叫びながら車を進めると、

先ほどの駐車場に今度はすんなりと入ることが出来ました。

 

そしてお望み通り、冷えた店内で、これまたキンキンに冷えたフラペチーノを飲むのですが、室内にいると、やはり携帯を見たり、

なにか考え事をしたりと、家とは変わらないことに気づきました。

だったら、一旦頭をリセットするためにも、外に出て歩いてみようと思ったんです。

外に出ると、暑いのですが、なぜか気持ちいいのです。

なんでかなと考えてみると、やはり目の前に植物があるからだと思いました。

名城公園フラワープラザという建物があるのですが、そこの花壇に色とりどりの花が咲いているんです。

赤、ピンク、紫、黄色、オレンジ…。大きい花から小さい花まで咲き乱れています。

もう少し公園の中に入ると、芝生の中に花の丘が作られていたり、木々が立ち並んで、たくさんの木陰をつくってくれていたり。

 

 

もう、身体も心も喜んでいるのがわかりました。

建物の中から外にでて、自然の中に身を置くと、こんなにも気持ちがよくなるんだと改めて感じました。

普段は外に出てスーパーに買い物に行くのも億劫なのに、木々の中だともっともっとと歩きたくなるのが不思議です。

それに、家に居ても、公園にいても暑いことに変わりはないのですが、なぜか、自然の中だと暑さも許せる。

街中に住んでいると、大きな公園にでも行かない限り、目の前に広がる木々や自然を堪能することが難しいです。

そして、頭は常に何かを考えていて、休まる時がありません。

だから、こうやって強制的に考えることをストップさせるためにも、これからも自然に触れる時間をあえて作ろうと思いました。

 

 

気持ち良くあるいていると、気持ちの良いことがあるもんですね。

お花の管理をしているおじさまに「きれいですね。こんなにお花があったら、手入れが大変でしょうね。」

と声をかけると、おじさまは笑っていました。そして、「この花、今日で終わりで、

何時間かするとしぼんでしまうから切って捨ててしまうんだけど、あげようか？」と。

タイタンピカスというその花は南国を思わせるような大きな赤い花で、私の手のひらを広げた状態よりも大きな花です。

見事に咲いているお花をいただき、気分は一気にハワイです。

 

 

その花をもって気分よく帰路につこうと思いましたが、やはりもう一度、先ほどの外堀を眺めて帰りたいと思いました。

そこで、またもや名古屋城の周りを一周ドライブすることに。

やはり、何度通っても気持ちがいいんです。

そして、今度は車を停められそうな場所を見つけ、車外にでて外堀の景色を堪能することにしました。

名古屋城の屋根の上では先日まで地上に降りていたシャチホコが屋根の上に固定される工事の真最中です。

それを遠目に見ながら、流れを感じない、どちらかといったら長江のような大河を連想させる外堀をしばらく眺めました。

こんなにも気持ちがいいのは、場所もきっといいからだろうな、なんてことも考えながら一人にやけていましたので、

きっと散歩されていたおじいさんにはおかしな人に映ったでしょうね。

 

 

さすがに、じりじりと暑さも感じ始めたので、その日は本当の帰路につきました。

これから、何か行き詰ったら、いい気分転換のスポットを見つけたな、という喜びを胸にいっぱい感じながら…。

Hello, this is Staff m.

I was working at home the other day, but I’m getting stuck.

So, at 2:00 pm when it was hot, I decided to go to a coffee shop to get some cool, and invited my junior high school son.

“Isn’t it embarrassing to have a cup of tea with your parents this year?”

I laughed and refused, so I decided to go out alone.

I wondered if I could drink Frappuccino at the nearby Starbucks, but I felt something different and suddenly I ran the car.

I remembered that there was Starbucks in Meijo Park as well.

I was looking for a parking lot while driving for a change.

Then, when I found it, I went too far and had to go around a corner of Meijo Park and Nagoya Castle.

But that was unexpectedly good.

Turn left at Meijo Park Pool and you will reach the Hori River.

If you drive along the road for a while, you will suddenly come out right next to the Sotobori of Nagoya Castle.

Sotobori suddenly spread out in front of me, but the water surface was so comfortable to my eyes …

The outside temperature is as high as 35 degrees Celsius, but I felt the coolness that made me forget even that.

There were almost no cars running on the road, so I had the urge to stop and stare at it.

My body, driving with my throat empty to drink cold coffee, didn’t say yes. (Lol)

For the time being, when I proceeded with the car while yelling “Wow, it feels good!”

I was able to enter the parking lot earlier this time.

And as you wish, in the cold store, I drink chilled Frappuccino again, but when I’m indoors, I still look at my cell phone,

After thinking about something, I realized that it was no different from a house.

Then, I decided to go out and walk to reset my head.

It’s hot when I go out, but it feels good for some reason.

When I wondered why, I thought it was because there was a plant in front of me.

There is a building called Meijo Park Flower Plaza, and colorful flowers are in bloom on the flowerbed there.

Red, pink, purple, yellow, orange … It is in full bloom from large flowers to small flowers.

When I entered the park a little further, there were flower hills in the lawn, and trees lined up to create a lot of shade.

 

I found that my body and mind were happy.

I felt once again that going out of the building and putting myself in nature makes me feel so good.

It’s a hassle to go out and go shopping at the supermarket, but it’s strange that you want to walk even more in the trees.

Besides, it’s still hot whether I’m at home or in the park, but for some reason I can tolerate the heat in nature.

If you live in the city, it is difficult to enjoy the trees and nature in front of you unless you go to a big park.

And my head is always thinking about something and I have no time to rest.

Therefore, in order to stop thinking forcibly in this way, I decided to continue to make time to come into contact with nature.

When you feel good, there are things that make you feel good.

The uncle who manages the flowers said, “It’s beautiful. If there were so many flowers, it would be difficult to maintain.”

The uncle was laughing. And, “This flower is over today,

It will deflate after a few hours, so I cut it and throw it away. Shall I give it? “When.

The flower called Titanpicus is a large red flower reminiscent of a tropical country, which is larger than my palm open.

With the beautifully blooming flowers, I feel like Hawaii at once.

 

I thought I would go home with the flowers, but I wanted to look at the Sotobori again and go home.

So, I decided to drive around Nagoya Castle again.

After all, it feels good no matter how many times I go.

Then, this time, I found a place where I could park my car and decided to go outside the car and enjoy the scenery of Sotobori.

On the roof of Nagoya Castle, the prominent moth that had been on the ground until the other day is in the middle of construction to be fixed on the roof.

Looking at it from a distance, I looked at Sotobori for a while, which was reminiscent of a large river like the Yangtze River, without feeling the flow.

The reason why it feels so good is that the place is surely good, so I was able to do it alone while thinking about it.

I’m sure the old man who was taking a walk looked like a strange person.

 

As expected, I started to feel the heat, so I was on my way home that day.

From now on, if I get stuck, I feel the joy of finding a good spot to change my mood.
