みなさま、こんにちは。

みまさまはどちらでしょうか？

夏になると、気分がノリノリで動きたくなるタイプか、

どことなく全身の倦怠感を感じるタイプか。

 

 

私はそのどちらでもないし、その中間くらいかな、と最近まで気づかずにおりましたが、よくよく考えてみると、

なんとなく身体の不調というものを感じていました。

しかも、その変化を感じ始めたのは５～６年前からだったような気もします。

具体的には、座り仕事が多いので夕方になると浮腫みがひどくなる。

暑い外から、エアコンの効いた部屋へ入ると皮膚が途端に冷たくなり、

そのままでいると肩が凝って最終的には頭痛がする。

夏なのにお腹を触ると冷たく、エアコンの効いた部屋ではアイスカフェオレが飲めない（お腹を下してしまうから）、

だとか・・・。

浮腫みも肩こりも一年中悩んでいたことなので、夏だけの問題ではないと思っていましたし、きっと治らないだろうと諦めていました。

そんな時、ハーブやアロマの勉強を始めた友人が、

「自分に合ったハーブティーを飲むと、身体が楽になるのよ。」

と教えてくれたことが気になり、なんとなくハーブティー売り場を覗いてみました。

 

 

そのお店では、自分の不調にあわせてハーブをブレンドしてくれるようで、試しにお願いしてみました。

チェックリストで不調を感じる箇所にチェックをし、味の好みなども伝えます。(変に甘いのも、酸っぱいのもダメな私です。）

すると、ハーブソムリエのような店員さんが５種類くらいを選んで配合して、試飲させてくれました。

味も思っていたよりは飲みやすく、身体が内側からぽかぽかする感じです。

気にいったというよりは、むしろハーブティーで不調が治って身体が楽になるのならば、

という義務感にかられながら購入して帰りました。

 

 

家に帰ってハーブティーについて調べてみると、こう書いてありました。

「ハーブティーというのはハーブをはじめとしたさまざまな植物を煮詰めていき、そのエキスを楽しむ飲み物のことで、植物のエキスが抽出されるので、その豊かな香りを楽しむことができます。

ハーブティーは自然由来の成分ということもあり、古くから病気の治療や消毒などの民間療法に使用されてきました。カフェインを含まないことから、不眠をはじめとしたさまざまな症状にも効果が期待できます。

主に、自律神経を整える、不眠改善、便秘、冷え性、肌荒れ改善、消化促進、抗酸化作用、抗菌、抗真菌作用、免疫力を高める、殺菌、抗ウイルス作用、花粉症の症状を和らげる、疲労回復などの効果があります。」

 

なるほど～。

夏になると冷たい水かコーヒーばかりを飲んでいた私は、胃腸の冷えについてもノータッチでした。カフェインを寝る前に飲んでも疲れていてすぐに眠れるからと、睡眠の質についてもあまり考えていなかったのですが、実は安眠からは遠のき、朝もなぜかだるくてすっきりしないまま目覚めていたんですね。

なんとまあ、自分本位で身体のことを考えずに生きてきたことでしょう．．．。（泣）

それが、なんだかわからない不調の原因だったのですね。

 

しかし、ハーブティーを飲み始めることから、身体は少しずつ変わっていくはずです！

朝、熱湯で煮だしたハーブティー１リットルを作っておき、それを常温で１日かけて飲む生活が何日か続いています。

すると、忘れた日は夕方の浮腫みがひどいことに気づきました。

つまり、飲んでいる日はそこまで気にならなくなったということですよね。

まだまだ始めたばかりで、まずは身体の毒だしの段階だとは思いますが、「なんとなく不調」から、

「気づいたら元気だった」に変化していけるよう信じて、毎日こつこつ飲み続けてみようと思います。

あわよくば、浮腫みが治って痩せられたら．．．とか夢は膨らみますが。(笑)

If left untouched, the shoulders will become stiff and eventually a headache will occur.

Even though it’s summer, it’s cold to the touch, and I can’t drink ice cafe au lait in an air-conditioned room (because I’m hungry).

Or …

I had been suffering from swelling and stiff shoulders all year round, so I thought it wasn’t just a summer problem, and I gave up thinking that it wouldn’t heal.

At that time, a friend who started studying herbs and aromas

“Drinking the herbal tea that suits you will make you feel better.”

I was worried that he told me that, so I somehow took a peek at the herbal tea department.

 

The shop seems to blend herbs according to my upset, so I asked him to give it a try.

Check the checklist where you feel unwell and tell us your taste preferences. (I don’t like strangely sweet or sour.)

Then, a clerk like an herb sommelier selected about 5 types, mixed them, and let me taste them.

The taste is easier to drink than I expected, and the body feels warm from the inside.

Rather than like it, if herbal tea cures your illness and makes you feel better

I bought it and went home with a sense of duty.

 

When I went home and looked up herbal tea, it said:

I drank only cold water or coffee in the summer, and I didn’t even touch the coldness of the gastrointestinal tract. I didn’t really think about the quality of sleep because I was tired and could sleep immediately even if I drank caffeine before going to bed, but in fact, I was far from a good night’s sleep, and for some reason I woke up in the morning without feeling tired and refreshed. Right.

That was the cause of the upset that I didn’t understand.

 

However, as you start drinking herbal tea, your body should change little by little!

In the morning, I make 1 liter of herbal tea boiled in boiling water and drink it at room temperature for a day for several days.

Then, on the day I forgot, I noticed that the swelling in the evening was terrible.

In other words, it doesn’t bother me that much on the day I’m drinking.

It’s just the beginning, and I think it’s the stage of poisoning the body, but from “somehow upset”,

I believe that I can change to “I was fine when I noticed it”, and I will continue to drink steadily every day.

Hopefully, if the swelling is healed and you lose weight. .. .. Or dreams will swell. (Lol)
