春爛漫。４月のはじまりです。

その言葉通り、光あふれんばかりに春の花たちが咲き乱れています。

”爛漫”には、冬を乗り越えた花たちが一斉に咲くという意味もあります。

人間もなんとなく気分が曇りがちになる冬を越し、気持ちが晴れやかになりますよね。

天候や気温は、体調や気分を左右するなぁとつくづく実感します。

本日はちょっと身体を動かすと若干汗ばむぐらいの陽気なので、街ゆく方の装いも軽やかで…

（例年より早く、リネン類も春仕様にチェンジしたスタッフ I 。）

お昼間の日差しはまさしく太陽が輝き出ているさま_といったかんじです。

 

日本では本日より年度始めとなりますが、皆さま今日から新たな変化などはおありでしょうか。

先ずは学生さん、進学・進級おめでとうございます。

まだまだ制限はありますが、新たなステージ_無事に入学式を迎えられること何よりです。

そして本日、企業の入社式を迎えられた新入社員の方々も多いことと思います。

昨年は対面式による開催を見送るところがほとんどでしたでしょうか。

その形はオンライン併用へと様変わりしましたね。

今年は徐々に対面式も復活の兆しがあることと思います。

多くの方がこの状況下、様々な対策をして新たに進んでいるのですね。

この時期、環境の変化に順応しながら新たなチャレンジをしていく方たちを見ると、こちらまで刺激をもらい意欲的になれます。

個人的に、冬眠していた気持ちや体がパーッと解き放たれるようでこの季節は好きです。

 

ちなみにエイプリルフールは、あんなにわくわくしていた子ども時代はどこへやら、この年齢になっては自分の発した言葉のその後の責任を取る方が大変なので、すっかり興味がなくなってしまいました笑。

良いのやらわるいのやら…

First of all, congratulations to the students for advancing to higher education.

There are still restrictions, but it is best to have a new stage_safe entrance ceremony.

And I think that there are many new employees who have reached the entrance ceremony of the company today.

Did most of you forgo the face-to-face event last year?

That form has changed to online combination.

I think there are signs of a revival of face-to-face meetings this year.

Many people are taking various measures under this circumstance and are making new progress.

At this time, seeing people taking on new challenges while adapting to changes in the environment makes me motivated and motivated.

Personally, I like this season because it seems that my hibernating feelings and body are released.

 

By the way, April Fool’s Day, which was so exciting when I was a kid, has become completely uninteresting at this age because it’s harder to take responsibility for what I say.
