先日、ついに趣味のゴスペルチームがライブに出演いたしました。

今日は、その様子を書かせていただきます。

 

 

神奈川県の某所にて、先日、あるライブがありまして、そこに私たちのゴスペルチームも参加させていただきました。

もともと、そのライブに出演することが目的で練習してきた私たちは、１カ月という短期間に全力を注いで歌ってきました。

それまでzoomでしか練習できなかったのですが、やっと前日リハーサルと当日のリハーサルで本当の意味の声を合わせて歌う「合唱」をすることができました。

 

 

前日リハーサルの一発目。

みんな、やっと会えたね、という気持ちで歌ったからか、鳥肌が立つほど感動しました。

今までバラバラで練習してきたのに、こんなにもまとまるのか、と驚きましたし、３層のハーモニーが心地よくて、これまでのたくさんの練習時間が報われたと思う瞬間でした。

それでも、細かく見ていくと課題がまだまだありました。

そこで、リハーサルの１時間でそれを何度も合わせながら、改善していきました。

 

 

 

そしていよいよ本番。

それまでの出演者さんたちのわくわく感や会場の雰囲気の温かさから、緊張感よりも楽しみたい感覚の方が強くなりました。

それは私だけでなく、ゴスペルメンバーも一緒だったと思います。

ピアノ伴奏が始まると、自然と体が動き、顔も笑顔になっていき、普段以上の声も出てきます。

そしてソロが盛り上がると、コーラスも盛り上がり、相乗効果で舞台全体がヒートアップしてきます。

すると、聴いてくれる方たちにもその熱が伝わり、手拍子で一体感が生まれます。

会場全体が一つになる感覚でした。

 

 

自分自身のことを言うと、本番が一番楽しく、いい意味で何も考えずに歌えました。

それまでは、コーラスの音やリズムが合っているか、ソロの入り方など、色々なことに意識を注いでいたので、自分のことは後回しでした。

でも、本番ではメンバーの各自の力を信じ、私は私のことに集中しました。

そして、音を外したらどうしよう、なんて好からぬことは考えず、とにかく楽しく歌うことだけをイメージして歌いました。

それが功を奏したのか、本当に楽しくて、一瞬で終わってしまったな、という感覚でした。

 

 

舞台が終わった後は心地よい疲労感と、やりきった爽快感でいっぱいでした。

参加してくれたメンバーからは「来年もやりたい！」という声がたくさん届き、また観客で見ていてくれた方からは「次は参加したい」という声もチラホラ聞こえてきました。

私の中でも課題が見つかったので、それを克服しつつ、来年にむけて楽しく動き出そうと思います。

The other day, my hobby gospel team finally performed live.

Today, I will write about the situation.

 

There was a live concert the other day at a certain place in Kanagawa prefecture, and our gospel team also participated in it.

Originally, we practiced for the purpose of appearing in the live, and we sang with all our might in a short period of one month.

Until then, I could only practice at zoom, but at last I was able to sing a “chorus” with the true voice in the rehearsal the day before and the rehearsal on the day.

I was so impressed that I got goosebumps, probably because everyone sang with the feeling that I could finally meet them.

I was surprised at how well it was organized even though I had practiced separately until now, and it was a moment when I thought that the harmony of the three layers was comfortable and the many practice times so far were rewarded.

Still, when I looked closely, there were still issues.

So, I improved it by adjusting it many times in one hour of rehearsal.

 

And finally the production.

Due to the excitement of the performers and the warmth of the atmosphere at the venue, the feeling of wanting to enjoy became stronger than the feeling of tension.

I think it was with me as well as the gospel members.

When the piano accompaniment begins, the body moves naturally, the face smiles, and more voice than usual comes out.

And when the solo gets excited, the chorus also gets excited, and the whole stage heats up due to the synergistic effect.

Then, the heat is transmitted to the listeners, and a sense of unity is created by clapping their hands.

It was a feeling that the entire venue became one.

 

As for myself, the performance was the most fun and I could sing without thinking in a good way.

Until then, I was conscious of various things such as whether the chorus sounds and rhythms matched, how to enter the solo, etc., so I was put off.

But in production, I believed in the power of each member and I focused on me.

And I didn’t think what to do if I removed the sound, I just imagined singing happily.

I felt that it worked, it was really fun, and it ended in an instant.

 

After the stage was over, I was filled with a feeling of comfortable fatigue and a feeling of exhilaration.

Many members who participated said “I want to do it again next year!”, And some people who watched it in the audience said “I want to participate next time”.

I found a problem in myself, so I will overcome it and start moving happily toward next year.
