忘れるたびに傘を買い足して、家に傘が４本あるスタッフNでございます。

 

今日はあいにくの雨でしたが、最近購入したうさぎの傘がさせるので個人的には嬉しい日でありました。

 

今日３月２６日は、金運に良い一粒万倍日、天赦日、寅の日が重なる日でございます。この３つの縁起の良い日が重なるのは、なんと一年でも1回、とても貴重なんだそうです。

お財布なんかを買い替えるのにもぴったりでございますね。

帰ってから何を買おうか、今からわくわくしております。(いつも悩みすぎて日付をまたいで結局買いそびれます)

 

さて、先日名古屋港水族館に行ってまいりました。

 

 

 

私はアザラシとベルーガが大好きなのですが、残念ながらあざらしはブリーディングローンでおりませんでした。

（※ブリーディングローンとは、繁殖を目的とした動物の賃借のことです。動物園、水族館の間で動物を移動させることによって、繁殖に寄与することを目的としています。）

 

代わりにウミガメの写真を載せておきますね。

 

名古屋港水族館は、愛知県にお住いの方なら行かれたことがある方が多いと思います。

 

では、その名古屋港水族館の前に南極観測船ふじが展示されているのはご存じでしょうか？

 

 

全長100mのオレンジ色の名古屋港水族館の前にいつもある船と言えばわかる方は多いと思います。

ふじは1965年（昭和40年）から18年間活躍した2代目の南極観測船で、本格的な砕氷艦としては日本で最初の船です。
現在では、ガーデンふ頭に船まるごとが展示されています。

公開されている船内には、操縦室や医務室、乗組員たちのプライベートな空間であった居室など、
当時の姿がそのまま残されているため、南極への旅を擬似体験することができます。
ヘリコプター格納庫を改装してつくられた展示室「南極の博物館」では、南極の美しさ、これまでの南極観測の歴史や成果などを知ることができます。

氷が厚くて割れないときは、200ｍくらい後退した後に最大馬力で前進し、氷に体当たりしながら氷に乗り上げ、艦の自重で氷を砕く「チャージング」航法で進むそうです（現在はラミング航法と呼ばれています）。

体当たりと重さで氷を割って進むなんてすごいですよね。

今回は外側から拝見するだけでしたが、入場料を払えば中も見学できるそうです。

ネットでは、リアルなマネキンが怖すぎると有名なようです。

 

 

 

一緒に行った連れが「南極船だ、かっこいい！！」と興奮していたので、私もブログで使えるかもと写真を撮ってみました。

 

そして今日３月２６日はなんと、南極にあすか基地が開設された日だそうです。（たまたま写真を撮ったら南極繋がりで驚きです）

 

あすか基地は、第26次越冬隊によりあすか観測拠点（あすかかんそくきょてん）として開設されました。「あすか」という名は、第26次越冬隊の隊長を務めた福西浩の提案により名付けられたそうです。飛鳥文化が新しい時代を切り開いたことや、基地の背後の山地が大和三山に似ていることから選ばれました。昭和基地からの距離は270kmで、雪上車(時速7-8Km)で途中観測をしながらの移動で片道1週間かかります。

昭和61年（1986年）出発の28次隊から平成2年（1990年）出発の32次隊までが越冬しましたが、平成4年（1992年）1月に閉鎖されました。その後は無人となっており、気象観測のみを行っています。棚氷帯にあり、5-20m/s前後の常時安定した風力に恵まれるために、風力発電機による管理機器の運営がなされているそうです。基地周辺には閉鎖後にも雪上車、スノーモビル、橇などが放置されていましたが、これらを順次昭和基地に持ち帰るクリーン作戦が実施されました。

平成16年（2004年）4月1日には、あすか基地に改称されました。

 

 

第1次南極観測越冬隊のそり犬として活躍した後、第2次隊のときに南極に取り残されながらも１年間生き延びて翌年の第3次隊に救出されたことで有名となった「タロ」と「ジロ」の銅像も建てられております。

動物好きの私はどちらかというと、船より犬に見とれておりました。

南極には、きっと私の好きなあざらしもたくさんいるでしょうね。

Did you know that the Antarctic Museum and Former Ship Fuji is on display in front of the Nagoya Port Aquarium?

昨日は久しぶりに気温も上がり暖かく、天気も良かったので公園へ散歩に出かけました。

 

公園の桜の蕾もピンクに色づき始め、日当たりのよいところは１輪、２輪咲き始めていました。

来週あたりには満開を迎えそうです！

 

 

桜とは関係ないお話になってしまいますが、そのお散歩の途中とても可愛らしいものを見つけました。

 

 

これを見つけた瞬間、とても愛おしく優しい気持ちになりました。

 

「ミモザです。ごじゆうに、おもちかえりください」

 

このメッセージとともに、約１０本のミモザがバケツに入って置いてありました。

きっと、幼い子が一生懸命書いてくれたメッセージですよね。

 

とても美しく咲くミモザにも心奪われましたが、そのメッセージにも幸せをお裾分けしてもらった気持ちになりました。

 

こちらのお家のミモザはとても立派で、背の高い木に細かく鮮やかなお花がポンポンと咲き、枝全体が黄色い雲か綿菓子のようにふんわり見えました。

 

ミモザの花言葉は、国や地域によって違いますが、イタリアでは「感謝」だそうです。

女性に感謝を伝えるための花であるところからついたそうです。

 

最初はすみれの花が候補に挙げられていましたが、高価なすみれに対し、ミモザはイタリアに自生する身近な花で、これならば貧富の差に関係なく誰でも身近な女性に感謝の意を表すことができる、とミモザに決まったそうです。

 

イタリアでは日常のちょっとした時にも花を贈る習慣が根付いていて、街のいたるところに花屋があります。

特に３月８日の女性に感謝を伝えるイタリアの記念日「Festa della Donna(＝女性の日)」別名「ミモザの日」には街中の花屋にミモザがあふれ、街を歩く人々の手にはミモザが。

夫から妻へ、息子から母へだけではなく、同僚の女性に、常連のお客様に、更には女性同士でもミモザを贈り合います。

もらったミモザは、胸につけたり壁に吊るしたりして大切に飾ります。

 

 

きっとこのお家の方はこのような花言葉まで意識して配っていたわけではないかもしれません。

ただここ最近、暗いニュースが溢れている中でこのような小さな優しさや、幸せが私にとってはとても身に沁みたのです。

 

私が経験したこの小さな幸せが、このブログを読んでくださる皆さまにも届くといいな～と思い、つづりました。こんな風に小さな幸せがもっと増えますように。

 

 

ちなみに余談ですが、ミモザは水落しやすい花＝乾燥しやすい花なので、茎を麻紐やラフィアできつく縛り吊るすだけで一週間から１０日程度できれいなドライフラワーになります。

花の先端を下に向けて天井から吊るすようにし、新鮮な状態でドライフラワーにすれば、色鮮やかに綺麗に仕上がるそうです。

私ももう少しお花を楽しんだら、ドライフラワーにして大切に残しておきたいと思います。

今日は昨日に比べてとてつもなく寒いですね。

朝方寒さで目が覚めてしまい、またヒーター生活はじめました…

やっとヒーターともサヨナラできると思ったのですが…

 

皆さま、昨日は春分の日＋カウントダウンの日でした。

春分の日はよくご存知だとは思いますが、カウントダウンの日はご存知ですか？

 

私も父から聞いて初めて知ったのですが、令和４年３月２１日・・・４３２１

なのでカウントダウンの日と呼ばれているそうです。

 

そうなると、去年の令和３年２月１日もカウントダウンの日になりますよね、去年もあったのでしょうか。。。

 

 

最近は『○○の日』というプチ記念日が」多いような気がします。

先月の２月２２日は２０２２年２月２２日と”２”が並ぶので、スーパーにゃんデーと呼ばれていました。

もちろん、私も愛猫家なので、ほどほどにおやつをあげてしまいましたが。

 

このように毎月何かしら○○の日があり、何故か気にしてしまうのです。

○○の日って何か特別感があって、悪い気もしないですし、むしろ変化があって私は好きかもしれません～。

 

 

ちなみに来月の○○の日を調べてみたのですが、驚くことに毎日何かしら記念日がありました。

個人的に気になったのは、４月２２日の『よい夫婦の日』です。

１１月２２日の、いい夫婦の日はわかりますが、４月２２日の「よい夫婦の日」というのは少し無理やり感がある気がします。

 

それでもせっかく記念日があるのですから、こういう記念日を口実に皆さまもパートナーの方に何かお願いをしてみるのはどうでしょう！

 

皆さまも一度、今日が何の日なのか調べてみるのも楽しいですよ。

 

ちなみに、今日は…放送記念日。

このところの陽気で、桜をはじめモクレンやユキヤナギなどなど花々が街を彩りはじめましたね。いやぁ賑やか。ドライブ好きのわたくしも、このところどこへ行くにもドライブを楽しませていいただいております。次のお休みのドライブ計画を立てることがもっぱら楽しくてしかたありませんね。

 

そういえば、先日弊店にございます　石渡風古作「幼女」の掛軸をご紹介いた際に、画をくまなく観察しておりましたら幼女の足元に「土筆」があることを発見。弊店のブログやSNSをチェックしてくださっている皆さまはお分かりだったでしょうか。

 

「土筆」

 

 

画の中ではみつけることができましたが、そういえば最後に土筆をみかけたのはいつだったのでしょうか…。

 

私にも幼少期がございまして当時は河岸の広っぱに行き、夢中になって草をかき分け、土筆を取ったものです。背の伸びた土筆を我先に取ったと自慢したり、袋いっぱいになった土筆を友達と嬉しそうに持ち帰った夕暮れを思い出しました。トンと見なくなった土筆、見かけなくなって久しいですね。

 

そんな河岸で摘み取った土筆は、はかまといわれる部分を丁寧にとり、炒めて卵とじにしたり、煮びたしにしたりとまあ質素なおばんさいになるのですが、なにせ自ら摘み取った土筆を小さな子供がはかまを取って、美味しくいただきましたので、今でも味やその時の記憶が大変色濃く残っております。いやぁ、懐かしい。

 

それにしても土筆、よくよく観察いたしますとちょっと変わったフォルム。まさに「土から出てきた筆」でして、独特であります。

 

ご存じの通り、春になると地面から顔を出すスギナという植物の胞子茎（胞子穂）でありまして、トクサ科トクサ属のシダ植物。春先3～4月頃、まだグリーンが少ない野原や河原の斜面などに顔を出します。スギナとつくし（土筆）は地下茎で繋がっていて、スギナは光合成をする役割、つくし（土筆）は胞子を飛ばす役割と、それぞれの役割を分担し担当。

 

土筆が顔を出すころ、スギナも勢いよく伸び始めますので、土筆を探すのもスギナをかき分けながらのたたかいとなるのですが、そういえば子供の背丈ですとけっこう足をとられながらのたたかいだったような記憶が。

 

先ほども述べましたとおり、つくし（土筆）は筆を逆さに地面に挿したような形状でして、ベージュに近い色に、節には焼け焦げたような茶色の袴（ハカマ）がくっついております。春に地下茎から伸びてきて、胞子を飛ばすと枯れていきます。

 

そうそう、当時摘み取っていたのはまだ傘の開いていないしゅっとした土筆でしたので、まだ胞子が飛ぶ前のもののような記憶が。そして、スギナはつくし（土筆）より少し遅れて出てきて、夏が終わる頃まで旺盛に生育し繁茂するのですが、その後秋には枯れ、翌春また土筆から顔をだし、遅れてスギナが勢いよく成長していくというルーティーン。

 

そんなスギナはシダ植物ですのでもちろん花は咲きませんが、つくし（土筆）はスギナの花のような存在。ただただ胞子を飛ばすだけのお役目ですので、花のように虫たちを惹きつける美しい花弁も香りも蜜も必要ありませんので、なるほどあのような必要最低限の装備と見た目になるのでしょうね。なるほど独特なフォルムになるはずだ。

 

そんな地味で独特なフォルムであるにもかかわらず「つくし（土筆）」は春の季語とされているのは、皆さま周知の事実。

桜のような派手な花弁も持ち合わせもせずに、あの地味で独特なフォルムでもって「春」と認証されるのですから、なんとも印象に残る個性派でありますね。

 

このところなかなかあうことができない「土筆」。

そんなことをつぶやいておりましたら、ものすごく土筆の卵とじが食べたくなってきましたね。

今度あえたのなら、はかまをとり、卵とじを作りながら、昔の思い出を全部引っ張り出して美味しくいただきたいものです。

I also had a childhood, and at that time I went to the wide area of ​​the riverbank, and I was absorbed in cutting through the grass and taking a horsetail. I was proud to have taken the tall horsetail, and remembered the evening when I happily brought back the full bag of horsetail with my friends. It’s been a long time since I haven’t seen a horsetail that I haven’t seen.

 

The horsetail picked on such a riverbank is a simple horsetail that is made by carefully removing the part called the horsetail, damaging it to make it into an egg, or making it boiled. Because of this, the taste and memories of that time still remain very strong. Well, it’s nostalgic.

 

If you look closely at such a horsetail, it has a slightly unusual form. It is truly a “brush that came out of the soil” and is unique.

 

As you know, it is a spore stem (spore spike) of a plant called horsetail that emerges from the ground in spring, and is a fern plant of the horsetail family Horsetail genus. From March to April in early spring, I will appear on the slopes of fields and rivers where there are still few greens. Horsetail and Tsukushi (horsetail) are connected by a rhizome, and horsetail has a role of photosynthesis, and horsetail (horsetail) has a role of flying spores.

 

By the time the horsetail comes out, the horsetail also begins to grow vigorously, so searching for the horsetail is also a struggle while squeezing the horsetail, but by the way, it was a battle while the height of the child was quite high. I have such a memory.

 

As I mentioned earlier, the horsetail (horsetail) is shaped like an inverted brush inserted into the ground, with a color close to beige, and a burnt brown hakama attached to the knots. increase. It grows from the rhizome in spring and withers when it shoots spores.

毎年寒がりで、ぎりぎりまでセーターを着ている、スタッフNでございます。

 

だいぶ暖かくなってまいりましたね。

毎年トレンチコートを買うか悩んでいるのですが、今年もユニクロのライトダウンで乗り越えそうです。

レザージャケットなんかもかっこいいですね。

皆さまはどんな装いでお出かけでしょうか？

 

先日神社にお参りに行ってまいりました。

本来なら、毎月１日と１５日に行きたいのですが、ずぼらな私は毎回忘れてしまいます。(３か月ぶりの参拝でございます)

 

 

 

神社・仏閣の参拝をする前に、自分自身を「清める」行為は必ず行うべきものですよね。神さまや仏さまの前に立つ前に、参拝時には手水舎（てみずや、ちょうずや）に立ち寄り、身体を清めるときに、左が先？ 右が先？ と毎回不安になってしまうこともしばしば。手水の作法は、神社であっても、寺であっても、原則は同じだそうです。神社と仏閣に共通する作法として、参拝前に手水の作法を改めて確認してみました。

 

 

 

1：心静かに立つ

参拝の前に手や口を清めるための、手水舎に到着したら、まずは心を落ち着けてまっすぐ立ちます。

なお、手水の作法は神社のものなので、お寺の場合は神社に準じて、同様に行えば問題ありません。

2：最初に水をくむのは右手で

手水の作法に移る前に軽くおじぎをします。これは、鳥居、門などをくぐるときなどにも必要な作法です。そして、まずは右手で柄杓（ひしゃく）を持ち、水をくみます。柄杓が水で満杯になる程度が水の量の目安です。

3：左手を清める。目安は3割

まずは左手を清めます。このときに使う水の量は、全体の3割が目安となります。基本的に神仏関連の作法は、左が上位にあるので、左からはじまることが多いです。

4：左手に持ち替え、次は右手を

清められた左手に柄杓を持ち替えて、今度は右手を清めます。同じく使用する水の量は3割程度を目安にするとよいでしょう。柄杓を持ち替えるときに、水をこぼさないように注意しましょう。

5：口を清めるために左手で水を受ける

手を清め終わったら、続いて口をすすぐため、再び清めた右手に柄杓を持ち替え、右手の柄杓から左手へ水を注ぎます。左手で水を受けるとき、柄杓に水を1割程度残すくらいまで水は使用してしまって大丈夫です。

6：口を清める

左手に受けた水を口に運び、口をすすぎます。手水の作法において、口に直接、柄杓を運ぶようなことはしてはいけません。過去にそのような行為をした覚えがあれば、注意してください。これで、手と口の清めは終わりです。

7：柄杓を清める

最後に柄杓に残った水で、使用した柄杓を清めます。柄杓を立て、柄に水を伝わせて、自分が持っていた柄の部分まで水を流します。このとき、衣服を濡らさないように、動作はゆっくりと行うのがよいでしょう。

8：柄杓を元に戻す

柄杓を清め終えたら、元の場所に戻します。次に使う人のことを考えて、丁寧に置くことを心がけてください。最期に手水舎から離れる際には最初と同じく、軽くおじぎをしてから立ち去ります。手水の作法は、“礼にはじまり礼に終わる”と覚えておきましょう。

 

以上が手水の作法でございます。

知っているようで知らないことがたくさんありました。

手水の前と後にも軽くお辞儀をするのですね。

お辞儀をするタイミングがわからず、気づけば６回くらいしてしまっているような気が致します。

 

さあ、いざ神社で実践・・・と行きたいところですが、残念ながら昨今のご時世のせいで、手水をすることができませんでした。

 

 

なんと、近づくと水が落ちてくる、全自動式になっておりました。

 

これはこれで楽なのですが、なんだか少し寂しい気も致しますね。

この使用になってから、全国からひしゃくが撤去されてしまい、神主さんや関係の方から、なんとかならないかという要望が来たそうです。

 

色々調べたところ、ミニマイひしゃく、マイひしゃくを入れる袋、マイひしゃく専用のスタンド、なんていうのもございました。

根付のストラップ付きのひしゃくは、でんでん太鼓のようで可愛らしかったです。

 

マイひしゃく、ひしゃく入れ、ひしゃくスタンドまでそろえれば、使いたくて毎月お参りに行きそうでございますね。

皆さまも、マイひしゃく持参で近所の神社に行かれてみてはいかがでしょうか？

今までとは違う新たな発見があるかもしれません。

I went to a shrine the other day.

Originally, I would like to go on the 1st and 15th of every month, but I’m sloppy and forget about it every time. (This is the first visit in 3 months)

 

 

 

 

Before visiting a shrine or temple, you should definitely “cleanse” yourself. Before standing in front of the gods and buddhas, stop by the Chozuya (Temizuya, Chozuya) when worshiping, and when you cleanse your body, the left is first? Right first? I often get anxious every time. It seems that the principle of hand water is the same regardless of whether it is a shrine or a temple. As a manner common to shrines and temples, I reconfirmed the manners of hand water before worshiping.

 

 

 

 

1: Stand quietly

When you arrive at the Chozuya to cleanse your hands and mouth before worshiping, first calm down and stand straight.

In addition, since the method of hand water is that of a shrine, in the case of a temple, there is no problem if you follow the shrine and do the same.

2: The first thing to draw water is with your right hand

Bow lightly before moving on to the etiquette of hand water. This is also necessary when going through torii gates and gates. Then, first hold the Hishaku with your right hand and draw water. The amount of water is a guideline for the amount of water that the cassotte is filled with water.

3: Clean your left hand. The standard is 30%

First, cleanse your left hand. As a guide, the amount of water used at this time is 30% of the total. Basically, gods and Buddha-related manners often start from the left because the left is at the top.

4: Switch to the left hand, then the right hand

Change the handle to the cleansed left hand, and this time cleanse the right hand. Similarly, the amount of water used should be about 30%. Be careful not to spill water when changing the handle.

5: Receive water with your left hand to cleanse your mouth

After purifying your hands, change the ladle to the cleansed right hand and pour water from the ladle of your right hand to your left hand to rinse your mouth. When you receive water with your left hand, it is okay to use the water until you leave about 10% of the water in the hishaku.

6: Clean your mouth

Bring the water you received in your left hand to your mouth and rinse your mouth. In the etiquette of hand water, do not carry the hishaku directly to your mouth. If you remember doing such an act in the past, be careful. This is the end of cleansing hands and mouth.

7: Purify the Hishaku

Finally, clean the used Hishaku with the water remaining in the Hishaku. Set up a hishaku, let the water flow through the handle, and let the water flow to the part of the handle that you had. At this time, it is best to move slowly so as not to get your clothes wet.

8: Put back the Hishaku

After purifying the hishaku, put it back in its original place. Please think about the next person to use and put it carefully. When you leave the Chozuya at the end, just bow lightly and then leave. Remember that the method of hand water is “beginning and ending with gratitude.”

Now, I’d like to practice at a shrine, but unfortunately I couldn’t do water because of the times these days.

 

 

 

It was a fully automatic system in which water fell when approaching.

 

This is easy with this, but I feel a little lonely.

Since this use, the Hishaku has been removed from all over the country, and it seems that the priest and related people have requested that something be done.

 

Meanwhile, “My Hishaku” was created by a company that manufactures and sells Kamidana in Gifu City.

 

 

As a result of various investigations, there were also mini-my-hishaku, a bag to put my-hishaku, and a stand dedicated to my-hishaku.

The Hishaku with the netsuke strap was cute like a Denden daiko.

 

If you have my own Hishaku, Hishaku Hishaku, and Hishaku stand, you will probably want to use it and go to visit every month.

Why don’t you bring your own Hishaku to a nearby shrine?

暖かかった日々も一転、冬の寒さが戻ってまいりました。

冷たい雨も降り、まだまだ春は遠いのかもしれません…でもこのブログだけでも春、先取りしたいですよね！！

 

今回は私が実際に行ってとても良かった京都のホテルと、お花見スポットについてお話させてください。

 

皆さま、京都は日帰り派ですか？それとも泊まり派ですか？

もちろん何か用事があって行かれる方は泊まりの方もいらっしゃるとは思いますが、名古屋の方だと意外と日帰りで遊びに行かれる方も多いのではないでしょうか。

 

私の場合は、日帰り京都旅が多い気がします。新幹線だと、約30分（のぞみの場合）で行けますし。

なのでしっかり京都観光をするというよりかは、行ってみたい場所を予め決めておいて目的地だけ訪れたり、何も計画なしに鴨川沿いを歩いてのんびりして夕方になったら帰る等…日帰りばっかりだったのです。

 

ですが、昨年たまたま泊まってみたいホテルを見つけてしまい、久しぶりに泊まりの京都旅行に出かけました。その時から泊まりでゆったり過ごす京都も悪くないなぁ、いやむしろ時間に追われないしいいかも！と思ってしまうようなとても充実した時間を過ごすことができました。

 

そんな素敵な気持ちにさせてくれたホテルが「エースホテル京都」。

 

 

こちらのホテルは2020年6月に京都に上陸したホテルで、もともとはシアトル発のホテルです。

エースホテル京都はあの国立競技場や、歌舞伎座などの設計で有名な隈研吾さんが建築デザインを監修し、内装のデザインをＬＡのコミューンデザインが監修を手掛けたそうでカジュアルで心地の良いデザインになっていました。

 

 

ホテルの中は、音楽とアートに満ち溢れ、ロビーには懐かしい邦楽や洋楽を含めた数種類のレコードが置いてあり、客室のTEACのターンテーブルで気軽に音楽を楽しむこともできるんです！

テレビのＣＭなどでは聴いたことのある、大瀧詠一の「君は天然色」などのレコードなどもあり、普段聴くことのない音楽にも触れることができ、とても楽しめました。

 

 

またロビーの一角にあるギャラリーでは様々な作品が展示してあり、私が訪れた時にはエースホテルと所縁のあるアーティスト、長場雄さんの作品がいくつか展示してありました。

この展示は時期によって変わるため、つぎの作品がもう楽しみでそのギャラリーだけでも訪れるのもありかもしれません。

 

 

 

そして春の京都といえば、歴史的建造と花々の共演、渡月橋や南禅寺など、定番のスポットも桜に包まれていつもとは異なる美しい姿を見せれくれます。

このブログでも桜のお話をたくさんさせていただいているので、もう少し飽きてしまったという方もいらっしゃるかもしれませんね…

ですが1年に1度のこの桜シーズン、せっかくなのでちょっと暇つぶしに見てみようかな？くらいの気持ちで一緒に楽しんでいただけたら嬉しいです。

 

皆さまは京都の桜の名所はここでしょ！！というおすすめの場所はございますか。

私はやはり平安神宮で見られる桜が大好きです。水面に浮かぶ桜が何とも言えない美しさです。

今はネットなどでも、現在の開花状況なども見られるので、一応本日の情報だと平安神宮の桜はまだ蕾で、大体3月下旬～4月中旬に見ごろを迎える予定とありました。

 

ちなみに平安神宮からエースホテル京都は電車で約20分で乗り換えなしで行けますので、京都に泊まりで旅行いかれる方、特に桜シーズンに行かれる方は是非、エースホテル京都に泊まって平安神宮でお花見というプランはいかがでしょうか。是非行かれた方は感想もお待ちしております～

Is Kyoto a day trip group, everyone? Or is it a staying group? Of course, I think that there are people who stay overnight if they have something to do, but I think that there are many people in Nagoya who go out on a day trip unexpectedly.

In my case, I feel that there are many day trips to Kyoto. With the Shinkansen, you can get there in about 30 minutes (in the case of Nozomi). So, rather than going sightseeing in Kyoto, you can decide in advance where you want to go and visit only the destination, or walk along the Kamo River without any plans and go home in the evening. It was.

 

However, I happened to find a hotel I would like to stay at last year, so I went on a trip to Kyoto where I stayed for the first time in a long time. It’s not bad to spend a relaxing time in Kyoto from that time, but it may be better not to be overwhelmed by time! I was able to spend a very fulfilling time that made me think.

The hotel that made me feel so wonderful is “Ace Hotel Kyoto”.

This hotel landed in Kyoto in June 2020 and was originally from Seattle. Kengo Kuma, who is famous for designing the National Stadium and Kabuki-za, supervised the architectural design of Ace Hotel Kyoto, and LA Commune Design supervised the interior design, so it is a casual and comfortable design. It was.

The hotel is full of music and art, and there are several types of records including nostalgic Japanese and Western music in the lobby, and you can easily enjoy music at the TEAC turntable in your room! There were records such as Eiichi Ohtaki’s “Kimi wa Tennen Color” that I had heard on TV commercials, and I was able to experience music that I wouldn’t normally listen to, and I enjoyed it very much.

 

In addition, various works were exhibited in the gallery in the corner of the lobby, and when I visited, some works by Yu Nagaba, an artist related to Ace Hotel, were exhibited. This exhibition changes from time to time, so you may be looking forward to your next work and visit the gallery alone.

 

Speaking of Kyoto in the spring, the historical construction and co-starring of flowers, the classic spots such as Togetsukyo Bridge and Nanzenji Temple are surrounded by cherry blossoms, and you can see a beautiful appearance different from usual. I’ve talked a lot about cherry blossoms in this blog, so some of you may be a little tired of it …

However, this cherry blossom season once a year is a big deal, so why not take a look at it to kill time? I hope you enjoy it together with the same feeling.

I still love the cherry blossoms seen at Heian Jingu. The beauty of the cherry blossoms floating on the surface of the water is indescribable. 急に暖かくなり、毎年この時期は何着ていたのだろうと悩ましい時期。しかし、このところの日差しや紫外線のせいで、悩んでいる間もなく半袖が登場する気がしてならないのですが、少し悩ましい季節になってまいりました。

 

そんな名古屋は本日も穏やかな日和。

 

先ほど少し名古屋市内の桜の名所、山崎川付近を通りかかりました。蕾は固く開花はもう少しといったところでしょうか。

 

他県の方はわかりにくいかと思いますので、少し補足いたしますと、

こちらの山崎川は平和公園近くから名古屋港まで流れる川でして、その途中の石川橋～新瑞橋付近（約2.5キロ）までが、「さくらの名所100選」に選定された、全国的にも有名な桜の名所。この約2.5キロの両岸には、約600本のソメイヨシノの並木が続いていて満開ともなりますと、川に降り注ぐような桜が、本当にキレイに続きます。

 

上流の石川橋方面は新しい桜並木が続いており、木はやや小ぶりですが、統一感のある美しい景色が楽しめ、中流のかなえこはし周辺は、鼎小橋（かなえこはし）という木造の橋が架かるエリアは、桜とのコントラストが美しい場所。この付近は例年ですとライトアップが観られるのですが、２０２１年は中止となっておりました。今年のお花見の情報はどうなるのか気になります。そして、下流（新瑞橋方面）は、川が大きく曲がっていくので、眺めの良い桜並木が美しい場所であります。

 

閑静な住宅街を流れる山崎川のそれぞれの場所でみられる美しい風景、たまたま立ち寄ったのですが、今年こそはなんちゃってブロガーとしてどこか桜の名所と言われる場所になんとしてもリポートしたいと思っておりましたので、こちらも候補にあげておくことといたしましょう。

 

そんな山崎川付近、住宅街ということもあり、ご近所のジョガーやワンちゃんの散歩などをされてたり、お話してたり、普段は普通に生活している方の憩いの川。

 

桜はまだまだですが本日もいつもの平和な風景ではありましたが、桜が咲くとこの人がたくさん訪れ、辺りは一変するのでしょう。ですがそんな中、例えば人の少ない早朝にジョギングやお散歩をして満開の桜の中を独り占めして通り過ぎたりして、そんな想像をいたしますと、なんと羨ましく思えてまいりました。

 

昨年はこのような状況下でありましたので、わたくしの生活圏内のいつメン桜がまあまあ登場いたしておりました。ですが、今年はいつもの違った皆さまにあっと驚く桜のリポートをしたいと密かに計画を企てておりまして、そんな中、山崎川という候補が急浮上。他にも、あっ！と驚くリポートを企んでいるのですが、如何せん私のリサーチだけは限界がございますので、皆さまのどこかおススメなどございましたらお知らせくださいませ。

 

山崎川の報告はもう少し後になると思いますが、またご報告いたしますので桜の写真少しお待ちください。

I just passed by the Yamasaki River, a famous place for cherry blossoms in Nagoya city. The buds are hard and the flowering is a little more.

 

I think it is difficult for people from other prefectures to understand, so I would like to add a little bit.

This Yamasaki River is a river that flows from near Peace Park to Nagoya Port, and the area from Ishikawabashi to Shinmizubashi (about 2.5 km) on the way is selected as one of the “100 Cherry Blossom Spots” nationwide. Also famous for cherry blossoms. About 600 Yoshino cherry trees line up on both banks of about 2.5 km, and when it is in full bloom, the cherry blossoms that fall on the river really continue to be beautiful.

There are new rows of cherry blossom trees in the upstream direction of Ishikawabashi, and although the trees are a little small, you can enjoy a beautiful view with a sense of unity. The area where the bridge is built is a place where the contrast with the cherry blossoms is beautiful. The area around here is usually lit up, but it was canceled in 2021. I am wondering what will happen to this year’s cherry blossom viewing information. And downstream (toward Shinmizubashi), the river bends a lot, so it is a beautiful place with a row of cherry blossom trees with a good view.

 

I happened to stop by the beautiful scenery seen in each place of the Yamasaki River flowing through a quiet residential area, but this year I would like to report to a place that is said to be a famous place for cherry blossoms as a blogger. I’ve been there, so let’s give this as a candidate as well.

 

Because it is a residential area near the Yamasaki River, it is a relaxing river for people who usually live normally, such as walking and talking with joggers and dogs in the neighborhood.

The cherry blossoms are still alive, but today was the usual peaceful landscape, but when the cherry blossoms bloom, many people will visit and the area will change completely. However, in the meantime, for example, I was envious of the imagination of jogging or taking a walk in the early morning when there were few people and occupying the cherry blossoms in full bloom.

 

Last year, we were in such a situation, so when men’s cherry blossoms in my living area appeared reasonably well. However, this year, I was secretly planning to report on the amazing cherry blossoms to different people, and in the meantime, a candidate named Yamasaki River suddenly emerged. Besides, oh! I am planning a surprising report, but my research is limited, so please let me know if you have any recommendations.
