年末にかけてどこも工事をしているところが多く、迂回することが多くなってまいりました。

今日は迂回先で白黒猫とシャム猫に会えたので少しほっこり幸せな気分に。

この前は、まだコロコロの小さな黒猫が４匹、路地裏の隙間を走っていくのを見かけました。

こんな寒空の下、どこへ行くのか心配ですが、怖がらせないようにあまり深追いしないでおきます。

先日、念願のゴッホアライブに行って参りました。

１２月１０日から２０２３年３月５日まで旧ボストン美術館で開催されている、アートでございます。

４０分間の映像作品を、ビーズクッションに座りながらゆったり見ることが出来ます。

うっかり、というかやはり寝てしまいました。

薄暗くて、ゆったりした音楽の中、ゴッホの作品を見ているととても心地のよい気分になってしまいました。

どこに座るかでまた違った見方が出来ると思いますので、何回でも楽しめると思います。

ゴッホのひまわり畑や、部屋など、ARでゴッホさんのキャラクターの写真が撮れたり、子供でも楽しむことができます。

後でInstagramを見てみますと、ひまわり畑に顔を寄せて可愛く映え写真を撮っている女の子がおりまして、なるほどこう撮るのかと勉強になりました。

ゴッホと言えば、前に展示会に行った際に、ゴッホの片耳ピアスがグッズで売っていたのが、衝撃的すぎて忘れられません。

今回は可愛らしいグラスなどでしたので安心です。

知っているようで知らないゴッホ、こんな絵もあったんだと再発見できる展示でした。

寝てしまったので、次回はしっかり見届けようと思います。

The other day, I went to the long-awaited Van Gogh Alive.

This is an art exhibition being held at the Old Museum of Fine Arts, Boston from December 10th to March 5th, 2023.

You can watch a 40-minute video work while sitting on a bead cushion.

I accidentally fell asleep.

Looking at Van Gogh’s work in the dark and relaxing music made me feel very comfortable.

Depending on where you sit, you can see things differently, so you can enjoy it as many times as you like.

You can take pictures of Van Gogh’s characters such as Van Gogh’s sunflower fields and rooms with AR, and even children can enjoy it.

When I looked at Instagram later, there was a girl who was taking cute pictures with her face in the sunflower field.

Speaking of Van Gogh, when I went to an exhibition before, Van Gogh’s one ear piercing was sold as goods, it was so shocking that I can’t forget it.

This time it was a cute glass, so it’s safe.

It was an exhibition where I could rediscover Van Gogh, who seemed to know but didn’t know, that there was such a painting.

I fell asleep, so I’ll make sure to check it out next time.

皆さま、こんにちは。スタッフMです。

今朝は寒さで目が覚めるほど冷えましたね。日本海側では断続的に雪が降り、５０ｃｍ以上積もったところもあるとか…

日本海側の方、急激に積雪が増加していますので車で移動される方は万全の雪道の装備で、お出かけくださいね。

こちら名古屋は日中太陽が当たると少し暖かいなと感じるくらいで、朝晩は外を歩いておりますと指が悴んでしまうほど寒くなりました。冷たい風も吹いていて私やはり寒いのは苦手。

午前中外で用事を済ませ、震えながらお店に戻り、ストーブをつけることが最近の日課でございます。

本山、覚王山あたりでおでかけされている方、店内暖かくしてお待ちしておりますのでどうぞお気軽にお立ち寄りください。

さて、今日は冬のこの時期あるあるについて少しお話させていただきます。

寒い時期になると朝すっきり起きられない、昼間のお仕事中に眠くなってしまうなど、冬になると眠くなってしまい日常生活に影響があり悩んでいる方も多いのではないでしょうか。

私もその一人でして…７～８時間しっかり寝ても、冬のこの時期になるとどうしても睡魔が来てしまい必死に睡魔と戦いながら過ごしております…

実はこの眠気、寝不足とは別に理由があるということを皆さまご存知でしたでしょうか？今日は冬に眠気があらわれる原因を少し調べてみたので共有させていただきますね。

調べてみたところ、やはり多くの方がこの冬の睡魔と戦っているようでして一番の大きな理由は「日照時間」が影響しているのだとか。

日照時間が短いこと、そして寒暖差が大きな原因だと言われています。

夜にスムーズな睡眠を促すためには、「メラトニン」と呼ばれる睡眠ホルモンが重要な役割を担っており、日中にはメラトニンの原料となる「セロトニン」という脳内ホルモンを作っておくことが重要だそうです。

セロトニンは日光を浴びることで分泌されますが、冬は日照時間が短くなるため、ほかの季節と比べると日光を浴びる時間も減りやすくなります。日光を浴びる時間が減ると、必然的にセロトニンやメラトニンの分泌量も減量してしまうことになります。

さらに、セロトニンには精神を安定させる働きもあるため、不足することで不安な感情やうつ状態を引き起こす可能性があることも懸念点だと言われています。

また冬はほかの季節と比べても昼夜の寒暖差が大きく、体温調節が難しくなりますので自律神経の乱れが起きやすくなり眠気を引き起こすとも言われています。

最近購入したアイテムで「まるでこたつ靴下」というこたつの中にいるような温かさがある靴下なのですが、履いてみて本当に驚きました。とっても温かくなります。やはり足元を温めるのは大切ですね。

あとは生姜湯などもいいですし、寝る前と起きてすぐ白湯を飲むと一日中体が温まり血液循環もよくなると言われています。

これからもっと寒くなる前に皆さまもぜひ一度、体を温めて冬の寒さを乗り切りましょう！

In addition, since serotonin also has a stabilizing effect on the mind, it is said to be a concern that a lack of it may cause anxiety and depression. Recently, I bought a pair of socks called “Kotatsu Socks” that make you feel like you’re inside a kotatsu. It gets very warm. It is important to keep your feet warm. このところ大黒さんが気になっておりまして。なんとも可愛らしい福々しい佇まいですよね。

大黒天、実はインド神話にルーツを持つ神様。

そのルーツを初めて知ったのですが、それにもましてご存知だったでしょうか、当初はなんと荒々しい破壊神の姿をしていたとのことです。それが中国を経て日本に伝わる中で打ち出の小槌に大袋を背負った現在の穏やかな姿になってきたのですが、現在では七福神の1人として知名度も高く、大黒天を祀るお寺も全国にたくさんありますね。

先にも述べました通り大黒天のルーツは日本ではなく、インドの神話にあります。大黒天はインドではサンスクリット語で「Mahākāla（マハーカーラ）」と呼ばれており、これはインド神話で破壊と再生を司る「シヴァ神」が、破壊神となったときの異名だそうです。

皆さま、こんにちは、スタッフMです。

本日は朝からしとしとと雨が降り一段と冷えます。一昨日くらいからカイロデビューもして冬の準備万端です。皆様も体調にはお気を付けください。

さて、毎年この時期になりますと発表される”今年の漢字”が京都・清水寺で今年も発表されました。

京都に本部を置く「日本漢字能力検定協会」が一般募集したところ、応募総数２２万３７６８票のうち、１万８０４票を集めたのが「戦（せん・たたかう）」の文字。

この「戦」が選ばれたのは、アメリカ同時多発テロが発生した２００１年以来２度目だそうです。

この字が選ばれた理由として、ロシアのウクライナ侵攻や、北朝鮮の相次ぐミサイル発射など戦争を意識したこと、そしてまた円安や物価高など身近な戦いが影響したこと、あとはここ最近話題のサッカーワールドカップや北京五輪等スポーツでの熱戦などが挙げられたそうです。

思い返してみれば、今年は悲しいことがたくさんあったような印象が強いですね…来年こそ、戦が終わり、皆が心安らかに日々を送れるような年になってほしいです。

私もこれを機に考えてみたところ、今年の漢字は「変」かもしれません。

今年何があったか思い出してみたときに、こちらのお仕事を始めたり、引っ越ししたり、姪っ子が生まれたりなどたくさんの変化がありました。

この１年バタバタであっという間に終わってしまうような…

私の来年の抱負は余裕を持つということでしょうか（笑）

早速この間、気持ちに余裕を持ちたいと思って本屋さんでマイブックというものを買いました。

１日１ページ、３６５日分の日付だけが入った本で、手帳として使ってもよし、日記をつけてみてもよし、１年後には２０２３年の思い出がぎっしり詰まった自分だけの本になるというものです。

以前ブログでも、スマホばかりに頼っている今、気持ちや言葉を文字にして書くことが減った今、自分の感情を記しておくことの大切さを改めて感じました。そこで毎日書くということを欠かさず続けるということ（←私大の苦手なのです）を目標にチャレンジしてみたいと思います。

来年の終わりにはもしかしたらマイブックを使って１年を思い出して”スタッフMの今年の漢字”を発表しているかもしれません。

The other day, I wanted to have some peace of mind, so I bought a book called My Book at a bookstore. It is a book with one page per day and only dates for 365 days. You can use it as a notebook or keep a diary. After a year, it will be your own book filled with memories of 2023. That’s what it means.

Even in my previous blog, now that I rely only on my smartphone, and now that I don’t write down my feelings and words in writing, I once again felt the importance of writing down my feelings. Therefore, I would like to challenge myself with the goal of continuing to write every day (← I am not good at it at my university).

At the end of next year, I may be using my book to recall the past year and announce “Staff M’s Kanji of the Year”.

みなさま、こんにちはスタッフYでございます。

12月に入りここ名古屋といえどはやり朝晩は寒いくなってきました。皆さまの地区はいかがでしょうか。そろそろ初雪などのニュースの届いた地区もございまして、季節はやはり足取りを進めることを忘れていなかったのだなと少々感じております。

さてさて、今朝のことなのですが名古屋市昭和区の辺りを寄り道を致しまして。通りかかった川原神社に折角ですのでお参りをいたしたく鳥居をくぐりましたところ…

境内では、幸せが大渋滞しておりました。

ここ川原神社、今から約1100年前に創建され、太陽、水、土の3柱の女神を祀られている神社の境内には、摂社、末社を合わせて11の社があり、川名弁天社は海上交通や道の守護神であり福の神、金運開運の神、音楽芸術の神、雄弁の神とさまざまなご利益が。狩野派の絵師・笙弘（しょうこう）が2年以上かけて描いた拝殿の天井絵も圧巻であり、歴史古い神社であります。

そんな神社の境内、本日は、結婚式、七五三数組と、お天気も相まって、至る所で撮影をしておりました。花嫁は美しい綿帽子と白無垢姿、七五三の袴を着た男の子は少々飽き気味笑、それをなだめるお母さんは美しい訪問着、お父さんはスーツでばっちり、などなど皆さま晴れ着姿にて様々なスポットでポーズを決めて撮影。

そんな晴れ着もさることながら、それに負けないくらいの笑顔とハッピーが伝わってまいりますね。また、撮影スタッフはもちろんのこと、付き添いのご家族、私のような通りすがりの参拝人などなど皆さん笑顔でして、境内中に幸せが大渋滞しておりました。

このところの日々の出来事に少々お疲れでありました私にとっては、この幸せのお裾分けをいただけるこのタイミングにここにこれたのはちょっとハッピーでいてラッキー。なんだか、ちょっと元気をいただけたようです。

それにしてもここ河原神社、以前も訪れたことがあるのですがここを訪れる日はいつも抜けるような青空でして、今日も皆さまの晴れ着と笑顔そして抜けるような青空がたいへんよく似合います。

そんな青空のもと撮影の邪魔をしないようにお参りをすませ神社を離れようと神社脇の道を歩いていたのですが、どこからともなく伶人が奏でる雅楽の音色が聴こえてまいりました。ご祈祷が始まったのでしょうか。美しい音色です。きっと本殿の中では、神前で巫女が舞をささげているのでしょう。

今日はどうしたか、お疲れ気味の私に雅楽の音色のサービスしていただいたのか（まったくもって私の勝手な解釈。笑）去り際までハッピーとラッキーをいただけました川原神社でありました。

It is now December and the mornings and evenings are getting colder, even here in Nagoya. How is it in your area? Some areas have received news of the first snowfall, which makes me feel that the season has not forgotten how to move forward.

Well, this morning, I took a side trip around Showa Ward in Nagoya City. As I passed by Kawahara Shrine, I passed through the torii gate to pay my respects.

I was so happy to see a huge traffic jam of people in the precincts of the shrine.

Kawahara Shrine, built about 1,100 years ago, enshrines the three goddesses of the sun, water, and earth, and has 11 shrines, including auxiliary and subordinate shrines. The ceiling paintings in the hall of worship, painted over a period of two years by Shoko, a painter of the Kano school, are also a highlight of the shrine’s history.

Today, wedding ceremonies and Shichi-Go-San (seven-five-three) couples were being photographed everywhere in the shrine’s precincts, thanks to the weather. The bride was dressed in a beautiful cotton hat and white kimono, the boy was a little bored with his hakama, the mother calmed him down with a beautiful visiting gown, and the father was dressed in a suit.

The smiles and happiness on the faces of the photographers were as infectious as their brightly colored kimonos. Not only the staff, but also the family members accompanying the photographers, and even passersby like myself were all smiling, and there was a huge traffic jam of happiness in the temple grounds.

As I was a bit tired from the recent daily events, I was happy and lucky to be here at the right time to share this happiness with others. I feel as if I have been cheered up a little.

I have been to Kawahara Shrine before, but the day I visit here always has a clear blue sky.

I was walking along the side of the shrine when I heard the sound of Gagaku music played by minstrels from nowhere. Was it the beginning of a prayer? It was a beautiful tone. Inside the main shrine, a miko (shrine maiden) must be offering a dance before the god.

I wonder if the sound of Gagaku music was a service for my tiredness today (my own interpretation, I know…). I was happy and lucky until the end of the day at Kawahara Shrine.

皆さま、こんにちは。スタッフMです。

２日前は今年最後の満月「コールドムーン」だったようでして、とっても大きくて綺麗に見えました。冬は星も綺麗に見えますので、皆さまも息抜きに少し夜空を見上げてみてくださいね。

さて、今回で最後となります。風光舎ブログ【ジブリパーク編】、本日は”青春の丘”のアンティークショップ”地球屋についてです。

以前のブログでもお伝えした通り、実際に地球屋があったらいつか絶対に訪れてみたいと思っていた夢がこんなにもすぐ叶うなんて…感無量でした。

地球屋は外観のみ写真撮影可になっていて、中は撮影できませんでしたのでしっかり目に焼き付けてきました。

入店すると、早速右手にジブリパーク限定のはがきや切手を購入できるようになっている場所があり、そちらで購入したはがきと切手を利用してジブリパークからお手紙を出すこともできるようになっていました。

購入時に下敷きとペンを貸出してもらえるので、店内の机かベランダを出たすぐの机で書くことができるようになっていて何も持っていかなくても安心でした。

そして入って左手には、オルゴールや小さな置物から洋食器などたくさん飾られていて、職業柄といったら大袈裟になってしまいますが、スタッフNと「この洋食器買い取りたいですね～」とかいろいろ語ってしまいました（笑）

たくさんの物で溢れる店内でひときわ目をひく大きなからくり時計。そうです、あの劇中にも登場した機械仕掛けのからくり時計もありました。

長針が００分・３０分を指すと、鉱山にいるドワーフたちが動き始めるのですが、ちょうど私たちも１６：３０～エルフの王女とドワーフの王が姿を見せる様子を見ることができました。優しくて可愛らしい音楽と共に美しく細やかに動く様子は必見だと思います！

（ちなみに後から知ったのですが、時計そのものは実際の時間より１０分遅れているそうですので、からくり時計をご覧になる方はご注意ください。）

そして地球屋といえば、からくり時計とバロン。

机の上にバロンを発見しました。こちらの様子をじっくり観察するような、何か見据えるようなエメラルドグリーンの美しい瞳は本物そのものでした。

バロンとからくり時計以外は実際に手に取ることもできるそうなので、取り扱いには気を付けながら箱を開けたりして中をじっくり見てしまいました。

奥に進みますと台所があり、冷蔵庫の中や引き出しの中も覗くことができてとってもリアル。さすがジブリパーク。

実際に弾けるバイオリンやピアノなどもあって、小さな子供たちやピアノを習っていたと思われる大人も演奏を始めて、雰囲気からすべて一体型で楽しむことができました。

皆さま、こんにちは。スタッフNでございます。

今日は変な夢を見て目が覚めました。

まず、タイムスリップしたNが、昔の若い八代亜紀さんの部屋にいてお話していたんです。

「今は令和っていう元号になったんですよ」と伝えると、「あら、そんなこと言うもんじゃないわよ」と注意されてしまいました。

なんだか変わった夢ですが、友人に話すと「疲れてるから早く寝た方がいい」と言われてしまいました。

その後に夢診断をしてみると、「過去にタイムスリップする夢は、疲れが溜まっていてゆっくり休みたいという気持ちを表しています。あなたには、自由で過ごしたい気持ちがあるようです。今は無理をすると余計ストレスが溜まるので、ゆっくり休んで疲れを取ることを優先してください。」と出てきました。

たしかに寒くなって体が冷えて、疲れがたまっているかもしれません。

今日はストレッチをしてゆっくり過ごしたいと思います。

ちなみに昨日はとても怖い夢を見まして、こちらのブログでは書けないほど怖かったので、内にしまっておこうと思います。

さて、先日行った刈谷市美術館の茶室「佐喜知庵」の写真をご紹介いたします。

午後1時から3時30分、一服300円、誰でも気軽に、抹茶と和菓子をいただくことができます。

たまたま開いている２時間半の間に行けたみたいでラッキーでした。

正座をして、目の前でいれていただいていただくタイプの茶室だと緊張するのですが、こちらは椅子も机もあり、隣の部屋から運んでくださるのでリラックスしてお抹茶を楽しむことができました。

Nは和菓子の好き嫌いが少しあるのですが、こちらのお菓子は友人の大好きなものだったらしく、喜んでおりました。

実際の茶室では残すのはきっとマナー違反だと思いますので、かえしに包んで持ち帰りますが、今回は誰もおりませんでしたので、友人にそっと渡しました。

他にも愛知県に気軽にお抹茶いただける場所があるのか調べてみました。

白鳥庭園 茶寮「汐入（しおいり）」

源流から大海までの『水の物語』をテーマにした東海地方最大級の規模を誇る池泉回遊式日本庭園で、和の雰囲気の中でゆっくりお茶を頂けます。

白鳥庭園 茶室「清羽亭（せいうてい）」

京都の数寄屋大工と尾張の大工が造り上げた本格的な数寄屋建築でございます。

毎月1回のみ庭園スタッフによる心のこもった「おもてなし茶席」が楽しめます。

二之丸庭園「二之丸茶亭」

名古屋城内、織田信長時代の那古屋城跡の近く二ある北庭と南庭からなる玉澗流の庭園でございます。見応えのある公園散策の後の一服におすすめです。

旧近衛邸（西尾市歴史公園内）

京から移築された摂家筆頭として左大臣を務めた近衛忠房邸でございます。

書院やお茶室を見学し、のんびりと庭園を眺めながら抹茶を楽しむ贅沢な時間を過ごせます。

希望すれば「黄金の茶碗」でもいただけるとか。

愛・地球博記念公園「香流亭」

日本万国博覧会で造園技術の粋を集めて造られた名園内にある茶室でございます。

散策の休憩に枯山水の庭を見ながら心穏やかな一服をいただけます。

日本庭園「有楽苑（うらくえん）」（名鉄犬山ホテルの敷地内）

国宝茶室「如庵」のある式折々の風情を楽しめる有楽苑でございます。

重要文化財である書院南縁側でいただくお抹茶は格別でしょうね。

丈山苑（じょうざんえん）（安城市和泉町中本郷180-1）

“京都一乗寺の詩仙堂の創建者で、文人として名高い石川丈山の生誕地に、本格的な和風庭園と書院で独特のくつろぎとゆとりの空間を演出いたしました。

四季折々の草木と吹く風を感じながら、一服の茶をいただけます。

古川美術館分館・爲三郎記念館「呈茶席“数寄屋カフェ”」

古川美術館の分館「爲三郎記念館」内にある呈茶席でございます。

初代館長古川爲三郎の終の棲家となった場所で、昭和９年創建の日本の伝統的な数寄屋建築です。

四季折々の美しい日本庭園を眺めながら、ゆったりとしたひとときを過ごせます。

豊田市美術館「童子苑（どうじえん）」

国内外の近代、現代美術を展望するに相応しい総合美術館でございます。

敷地の西側にある茶室で、四季折々の自然の表情を眺めながら一服することができます。

あいや西尾の抹茶ミュージアム

創業129年を迎える抹茶メーカーが営む、抹茶体験や製造工程の見学を通して、抹茶の新しい魅力に触れられる体験型博物館でございます。

見学後、自分好みにブレンドした茶葉を茶臼碾きした抹茶を、茶室で点て味わうことができます。

抹茶スイーツの試食付きも嬉しいですね。

行ったことのあるところもありましたが、まだ知らないところもたくさんございました。

Now, I would like to introduce a photo of the tea room “Sakichian” at the Kariya City Museum of Art, which I visited the other day.

From 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm, anyone can enjoy matcha green tea and Japanese sweets for 300 yen.

I was lucky because I happened to be able to go during the two and a half hours that it was open.

I would be nervous if it was the type of tea room where you would be seated on your knees and be served right in front of you. I made it.

N is a bit picky about Japanese sweets, but she was delighted with this sweet because her friend loved it.
