今日はポカポカ陽気も飛び越えて、暑いくらいですね。まだ桜が楽しめる時期なのに、もう「夏日」の声が聞こえてきました。こうなってくると、毎年のことながら今年の夏が恐ろしく思えてきます。

 

 

桜もいよいよ終わりに近づき、ひらひらと舞う可愛らしい桜の花びらとともに新学期が始まりました。

気分も新たに穏やかな気持ちで、笑顔で過ごしたいと日々思っているのですが、どうもこの時期はバタバタと慌ただしく、気持ちに余裕がないなと感じています。

 

こうしてくれたら、こう言ってくれたら…。誰かの行動や言動に振り回され、嫌な気持ちにされなければ、日々のイライラもだいぶ減るのですが。

日々のイライラは自分の思い通りにいかないから。私の思い通りは他人の思い通りでないことは分かっていても、勝手に期待して勝手にイライラ。

相手のせいにしがちなイライラは、たぶん全部余裕のない自分のせいなんですよね…。

そんな時は、丁寧にお茶でも入れて、ゆっくりして心を落ち着かせたいものです。

 

みなさんはどんな時にイライラしますか？

私は、今日は靴の中で靴下が脱げてしまいちょっぴりイライラしました。でも、買ったおにぎりに海苔が2枚入っていたので、それで良しとしました。

Hello everyone, this is Staff T.

It’s so hot today that it has eclipsed the poka-poka weather. It is still time to enjoy the cherry blossoms, but we are already hearing calls of “summer days. This is what makes me dread this summer, as I do every year.

 

The cherry blossoms are finally coming to an end, and the new semester has begun with the fluttering petals of lovely cherry blossoms.

Every day I want to spend my time with a smile and a renewed sense of calmness, but this time of year is so busy and hectic that I feel I don’t have much time to spare.

 

I wish someone would do this or say this…. If I didn’t feel so bad about being pushed around by someone’s actions or words, my daily frustration would be much less.

My daily frustration is because things don’t go my way. I know that what I want is not what others want, but I expect it to be and get frustrated on my own.

The frustration that I tend to blame on the other person is probably all my own fault for not having enough time….

I wish I could make a polite cup of tea, slow down and calm down.

 

 

When do you get irritated?

I am a little irritated because my socks are coming off in my shoes. However, the rice ball I bought today had two sheets of nori in it, so that’s good enough for me.
