一年を通してみますと様々な節句やイベントがあるのですが、それらを追いかけていますと一年なんて早く通り過ぎてしまう気がいたします。

 

さてさて、本日は雛祭り。桃の節句ともいいますが、節句やイベントにランキングを付けるなんておこがましいのですが、自分の中で桃の節句は大好きな節句ランキング上位に入るうれしい節句であります。

 

何が好きかと言いましても、なんとも言い難いのですが、あの色のイメージでしょうか。

 

 

 

 

どうやら自分は、それぞれの節句やイベントをどうやら「色彩」で認識しているようで、淡い緑、白、ピンクがこれから始まる季節への高揚感が増してきます。

昨日もちらし寿司や蛤のお吸い物などなどの準備のために買い出しにスーパーへ立ち寄ったのですが、雛祭りカラー、緑、白、ピンク…が売り場の各所で可愛らしさ満載でありました。

 

そんな三色。「かわいい」と一言で片づけてしまいそうになるのですが、緑、白、ピンク（紅色）はそれぞれ色には意味が込められているようであります。

 

その雛祭りカラーの代表的なものですと菱餅でしょうか。3色の菱形の餅が重なった形をしていますが、緑には健康や長寿、白には清浄や純潔、ピンクには魔除けという意味があり、また菱餅の色は、雪の下から植物が芽生え桃の花が咲く姿を表しているのだと言われております。メッセージと共に季節を奥ゆかしくとらえたところがなんとも雛祭りらしいお菓子ですね。

 

そんな三色を今日はいろいろなところに取り入れたいと思っており、先日から食材をいろいろ買い揃えているのですが、ちらし寿司にどうしても赤身のマグロを入れたい…。

 

よって、それだけは今日は仕事の帰りに絶対買おうと計画しておりますが、夕方のスーパーの争奪戦で赤身のマグロがなくなっていないことを願うばかりです。

There are many festivals and events throughout the year, but if you keep up with them, a year passes by so quickly. Today is Hinamatsuri (Girls’ Day). It would be a bit presumptuous of me to rank all the festivals and events, but Peach Festival is one of my favorite festivals and I am very happy to rank it high on my list of favorite festivals.

It is hard to say what I like about it, but I guess it is the image of the color.
It seems that I recognize each of the festivals and events by their “colors,” and the pale green, white, and pink make me feel more uplifted for the season to come.

Yesterday, I stopped by the supermarket to buy some chirashi-zushi, clam soup, etc., and the Hinamatsuri colors, green, white, and pink… were full of cuteness at every corner of the sales floor.
I almost put these three colors away as cute, but each color of green, white, and pink (crimson) seems to have its own meaning.

The most representative of the Hinamatsuri colors is the diamond-shaped rice cake, which is made up of three different colored diamond-shaped rice cakes, with green representing health and longevity, white purity and innocence, and pink to ward off evil. It is a confectionery that is very typical of the Hina Matsuri Festival in the way it captures the season in a profound way along with its message.

I want to incorporate these three colors into various places today, and I have been buying various ingredients since the other day, but I really want to put red tuna in my chirashizushi…. Therefore, I had planned to buy that much today.

I just hope they don’t run out of red tuna in the battle at the supermarket in the evening.
