こんにちは。昨日のブログでも話に出ましたが、お天気が心配な地域がまだまだありますようで、

該当の地域にお住まいの方々にとっては、今後の状況も不安でしょうし、心中お察し申し上げます。

今日の名古屋は、曇り空がひろがり蒸し暑い状況です。そして、時折ボツボツボツボツと大粒の

雨が降ったりしていて、なんともはっきりしないお天気ではあります。

そんな中、用事のために店を出た折、行く道に天満宮さまがありましたので、

みなさまのご安全をお祈りしに立ち寄らせていただきました。

 

 

こちらは、風光舎名古屋店の近くにございます『上野天満宮』さまです。

お参りに向かいますと、拝殿の目の前に七夕飾りが・・・。

短冊も置いてあり、自由に書かせてくださるようです。

 

 

 

 

息子たちが幼稚園の頃は、よく笹飾りをいただいてきたので、うちにも飾りましたが、

いただかなくなってからは飾りというものを何もしなくなってしまいました。

「あぁ、懐かしいな。昔は子供たちの将来の夢とか、～ができるようになりますように、とか何枚も書いたなぁ。」

 

でも、大きくなればなるほど、思い描いた通りにはいかないもんだと、親も子も現実を突きつけられます。

では、いまの願いって何だろうと考えてみると．．．やはり健康しか思い浮かびません。

家族が健康であれば笑っていられますし、御飯も美味しく食べられます。

でも誰かが欠けたらそうはいかないですし、誰かがどこか痛いところがあるだけで、心配になります。

「家族が健康で笑ってくらせますように」とシンプルなお願い事の中に、

幸せのすべてを集約したものが、私の今のお願い事です。

もし笹飾りをしたら、一枚の短冊で完了してしまいますね。(笑)

 

 

さて、七夕といえば、そうめんを思い浮かべるのは私だけでしょうか。

兵庫県の揖保乃糸や、奈良県の三輪そうめん、はたまた香川県の小豆島そうめん。

あの天使の髪の毛くらい細い麺がたまりませんよね！

実は、7月7日は「そうめんの日」らしいです。全国乾麺協同組合連合会という

乾麺メーカーの団体が「そうめんの日」に設定して、普及活動に取り組んでいるようですよ。

そして、日本では古くから七夕にそうめんを食べる風習があったようです。

その由来は、なんと平安時代にさかのぼるのだとか．．．。

 

およそ1100年前の927年、宮内の儀式や作法を集大成した延喜式が完成し、

そこにそうめんの原型とされる「索餅（さくへい）」が旧暦7月7日の七夕の儀式に供えられたという記述があります。

索餅は中国から伝わった麺料理で、小麦粉と米粉を水で練り、塩を加えて縄状にしたものです。

それを7月7日に供えると無病息災によいという言い伝えがあり、それが日本にも伝わったそうです。

そして時代を経るとともに、宮内行事が一般にも広まり、また索餅もそうめんに変わってきたみたいです。

 

これ以外にも七夕にそうめんを食べる由来があります。

一つは、そうめんを白い糸に見立てたというのです。

七夕はもともと乞巧奠（きこうでん）という祭りで、着物織りの技術の上達を願う意味がありました。

そこで、機織りと関連のある白い糸=そうめんを食べるようになった、という説。

もう一つは、そうめんの流麗な姿がまるで天の川のように見えることから、七夕にそうめんをたべるようになった、という説。

 

 

そんな雅な行事食を食べながら、七夕に無病息災を願う．．．。

そうめんはたくさん茹でて、めんつゆに入れる刻み葱、おろし生姜、

胡麻、ミョウガ、山椒、海苔、鰹節、大葉などの薬味を用意。

付け合わせには、煮込んだシイタケ、揚げたナス、錦糸卵、トマト、かまぼこ。

はたまた、関西風でハムやキュウリなどが好まれるでしょうか。

そうやって、みんなでそうめんを囲み、「織姫様と彦星様は今年は会えたかな？」

なんてお話をしながら今年も七夕を過ごせたら．．．と思います。

If your family is healthy, you can laugh and you can eat delicious food.

But if someone is missing, that’s not the case, and if someone hurts somewhere, I’m worried.

In a simple request, “May my family be healthy and make me laugh”

By the way, when I think of Tanabata, am I the only one who thinks of somen noodles?

It seems that a group of dried noodle makers has set “somen day” and is working on popularization activities.

And it seems that there has been a long tradition of eating somen noodles in Tanabata in Japan.

The origin dates back to the Heian period. .. .. ..

Approximately 1100 years ago, in 927, the Engi ceremony, which was a compilation of Miyauchi’s rituals and manners, was completed.

There is a description that “Sakuhei”, which is the prototype of somen noodles, was offered for the Tanabata ritual on July 7th of the lunar calendar.

Chomochi is a noodle dish that was introduced from China. It is made by kneading wheat flour and rice flour with water and adding salt to make it into a rope shape.

There is a legend that offering it on July 7th is good for disease-free breathing, and it is said that it was transmitted to Japan.

And with the passage of time, Miyauchi events have spread to the general public, and it seems that somen noodles have changed.

Besides this, there is also the origin of eating somen in Tanabata.

One is that somen is likened to white thread.

Tanabata was originally a festival called Kikoden, and it was meaningful to wish for the improvement of kimono weaving techniques.

Therefore, the theory is that they started to eat somen, which is white thread related to weaving.

Another theory is that somen came to be eaten in Tanabata because the elegant appearance of somen looks like the Milky Way.

While eating such an elegant event meal, I pray for a disease-free life in Tanabata. .. .. ..

Prepare condiments such as sesame, Japanese ginger, Japanese pepper, seaweed, dried bonito, and perilla.
