今年は空梅雨でしょうか、夏を思わせる暑い日が続いております。

名古屋は連日３０度超え、熱中症対策のためのひんやりグッズをここ最近探すのがマイブーム。

おすすめのものございましたら教えてください。

 

空梅雨と言っても今朝のニュースで九州や中国地方で雷雲が発達しているらしく、北陸や東北南部にも雷雲がかかっていて全国的に「雷注意報」が発表されているそうなのです。雷による停電や非常に激しい雨による道路の冠水などに注意が必要です。

 

今一度、雷雲が近づくサインや、実際に遭遇したらどうしたらいいのか少しまとめてみました。

雷雲が近づいてくるサインは実はわりと簡単で次の３つです。

「真っ黒い雲が近づく」、「ゴロゴロと雷の音が聞こえる」、「急に冷たい風が吹く」

 

このような変化を感じたらまもなく激しい雨が降ったり、雷が鳴ったりする恐れがありますので、早急に安全な場所へ避難が必要になります。

雷雲が近づくとき、避難する場所は近くのしっかりとした建物、車の中がいいそうです。木の下での雨宿りは木に落ちた雷が人に飛び移ることがあるそうなので危険なんだとか。

万が一、周囲に避難する場所がないときは両足を揃えて頭を下げてしゃがみながら両手で耳をふさいでください。

単独の雷雲による激しい現象は大体３０分から１時間程度で弱まることが多いので落ち着くまでは無理して出歩かないようにしてくださいね。

The signs of approaching thunderclouds are actually relatively simple, and they are the following three.

If you feel such a change, it will soon rain heavily or thunder, so it is necessary to evacuate to a safe place as soon as possible.

When thunderclouds are approaching, the best place to evacuate is in a nearby solid building or in your car. It is said that sheltering from the rain under a tree is dangerous because lightning that strikes the tree can jump to people.

In the unlikely event that there is no place to evacuate to, cover your ears with both hands while crouching with your feet together and your head down.

A violent phenomenon caused by a single thundercloud often subsides in about 30 minutes to an hour, so please do not force yourself to go out until it calms down.
