みなさまこんにちは、スタッフNでございます。

 

 

正月太りについてのブログがございましたが、Nも正月太りならぬ正月むくみをしてしまいました。

 

その後、風邪をひいてげっそりして現在に至ります。

 

むくみも嫌ですが、体調不良の方がしんどいので、ごはんを美味しく食べることができて、元気なのが一番だなと実感した今日この頃でございます。

 

 

 

家に引きこもっていたので、ずっと始めたいと思っていたピアノを始めることができました。

 

小さい頃習っていた時は、嫌で嫌で仕方なくて、レッスンの時間になると泣きながら逃げていたのを思い出します。

 

何から始めてよいのやらさっぱりで、youtubeを見始めたのですがよくわからず。

 

楽しくわかりやすくできそうなピアノレッスンのアプリを見つけまして、練習しております。

 

勉強も習い事も、昔は強制されていたためにあんなに嫌いだったのに、楽しさを知って自発的に行うとこんなにすっと受け入れられるので不思議です。

 

先日、藤井風のドキュメンタリー番組を見て泣いてしまいました。

 

音楽以外のことには驚くほど無頓着だという藤井風さん。

 

ピュアな岡山弁のキャラクターと、ギャップのありすぎるステージでのかっこよさも印象的ですね。

 

今週末には名古屋でもライブがあるそうで、チケットの当たった知人が羨ましいです。

 

私もあんな風に自由に楽しくピアノを弾いてみたいと思ったのかもしれません。

 

NHKの駅ピアノも好きでよく見ております。

 

Nの地元の駅にも駅ピアノがありまして、先日超絶技巧で演奏しているおじさまがいたのですが、皆遠くから見守るだけでした。

 

終わった後拍手もなく、もっと近くで聴いて拍手すればよかった、何ならアンコールをお願いすればよかったと後悔しております。

 

ストレスやエネルギーが有り余っている方は、音楽や絵で自分を表現することでも身体にいいそうです。

 

今までは、キックボクシングをしたりカラオケに行ったりして発散していたのですが、これからはしっとりと大人のストレス発散ができたらいいなと思います。

 

ここでピアノについて少し調べてみました。

 

 

「ピアノ」の正式名称は「クラヴィチェンバロ・コル・ピアノ・エ・フォルテ」というイタリア語でございます。

 

まさかこんなに長い名前だったとは驚きです。

「小さい音と大きい音を出すことのできるチェンバロ」という意味だそうです。

I don’t like the swelling, but I’m sicker when I’m not feeling well, so I’ve come to realize that it’s best to be able to eat delicious meals and stay healthy.

 

I was stuck at home, so I was able to start playing the piano, something I had always wanted to do.

 

I remember when I was taking lessons when I was little, I hated it and ran away crying when it was time for lessons.

 

I didn’t know what to start with, so I started watching youtube, but I didn’t really understand.

 

I found a piano lesson app that seems fun and easy to understand, and I’m practicing.

 

In the past, I used to hate studying and taking lessons because they were forced to do so.

 

The other day, I cried when I watched a documentary program about Fujii Kaze.

 

Kaze Fujii is surprisingly indifferent to things other than music.

 

The pure Okayama dialect character and the coolness on the stage with too much gap are impressive.

 

It seems that there will be a live in Nagoya this weekend, and I’m envious of my acquaintances who won tickets.

 

Maybe I wanted to play the piano freely and happily like that.

 

I also like NHK station piano and watch it often.

 

N’s local station also has a station piano, and the other day there was an uncle who was playing it with great skill, but everyone just watched from afar.

 

There was no applause after the performance, and I regret that I should have listened closer and applauded, or if I had asked for an encore.

 

If you have too much stress or energy, expressing yourself through music or painting is good for your body.

 

Until now, I’ve been doing kickboxing and going to karaoke to release my stress, but from now on, I think it would be nice to be able to calmly release my stress as an adult.
