お盆休みも終わり、遊び疲れも癒えぬまま現実に引き戻されている皆様いかがお過ごしでしょうか笑。

 

かく言う私もその一人なのですが、こちら名古屋はお盆明けからの豪雨。今朝からすごい雷と雨で、少しばかり緊張感のある出勤でありました。皆様もこのところの突然の豪雨どうかお気を付けくださいませ。

 

さてさて、先日のTVでの京都五山の送り火の放映、ご覧になられたかたもいらったのではないでしょうか。先月の祇園祭といい、徳島の阿波踊り、青森のねぶた祭りなどなど今年は各地方で、お祭りや伝統行事が少しずつ復活いたしましたね。人数制限や形態を変えたりいろいろ気を付けながらともお聞きしますが、各所のお祭りの景色、音色、熱気（気を付けながらですが）のニュースを目にしますと、やはり血が騒ぐのでしょうか、やはりうれしいものですね。

 

本日は、先日家族が行って参りました岐阜県郡上八幡市のあのお祭り、「郡上まつり」の様子をお伝えいたしますが、こちらも三年ぶりの開催とあって盛り上がっていたようですよ。

 

 

 

 

「郡上おどり」詳しくは知らなかったのですが、「阿波踊り（徳島県）」と「西馬音内の盆踊（秋田県）」とともに、日本三大盆踊りのひとつでありまして、1996年（平成8年）12月20日、重要有形民俗文化財に「郡上踊」が指定されており、400年もの歴史があるおまつりであります。

 

江戸時代の初期に郡上八幡城主・遠藤慶隆（えんどうよしたか）が領民の融和を図るため、各所の踊りを集め城下のお盆の祭として奨励したことが始まりと伝えられておりますのですが、知れば知るほど結構すごかったのですが、まずはその開催期間の長さ…。

 

毎年7月中旬から9月上旬までの期間に、31夜開催される日本でいちばん長期間のお祭りでして、クライマックスのお盆になりますと、13日～16日の4夜連続は徹夜おどり（20時～翌日明け方頃）が行われるのですが、本年度は20時から翌日1時までと時短での開催。ですがなにせ三年ぶりの開催、どんな形でもうれしいではありませんか。

 

参加した家族によると、この郡上おどり、誰でも（観光客でも）踊り手になることができますので、見物客よりも踊る人の方が多いというお祭りだったとのことでして、一度は参加して踊ってみて！とのこと。踊りの中心には「やかた」と呼ばれる踊りやぐらがあり、そこに上った唄の「音頭取り」とお囃子の「囃子方」が、生歌と生演奏で踊りを盛り上げ、踊り手はそのやかたの周りを回って踊ります。

 

その際誰でも参加でき、どのタイミングでも自由に踊りの輪に入ったり抜けたりすることができます。
踊りは10種類ほどあり、その多さも郡上おどりの特色。曲によって振り付けは異なりますが、周りを見ながら真似て踊っているうちに覚えられる簡単なものですし、踊る際の服装にも決まりはありません。浴衣を着て踊る人はもちろん多いのですが、強いて郡上おどりの唯一あったらいいアイテムといえば、「踊り下駄」ではないでしょうか。

 

郡上おどりは下駄で地面を叩いて音を出しながらリズムをとる踊りが多いため、踊り下駄はマストアイテム。この時期になりますと街中にこの下駄の音がなり響き、それがこの地域ならではの夏の風物詩でもあります。

その郡上おどりで使われる下駄は、郡上でとれる良質なヒノキを用いて作られおります。軽くて丈夫なヒノキは長時間踊っても壊れにくく、軽やかで綺麗な音を鳴らしますので、ピッタリなのでしょうね。しかも、その白い木肌が祭りの夜の闇に美しく、そして涼しげに映えております。

 

 

そしてこの時期の日中の風景がこちら。玄関先に下駄を乾かしている風景ですが、人も下駄も今宵の踊りに備えているのだな…の風景ともみてとれますね笑。

 

 

 

 

それゆえ30数夜踊っていては踊り下駄が持たない人もいるのだとか。郡上八幡には確かに下駄を扱うお店が数多くあり、下駄を履き潰したら踊りの途中にお店で新たに購入する方もいそうですよね。おどりの期間中、ワンシーズンで2〜3足の下駄を履き潰す人もいるようですので、いやはや恐れ入りました。

 

ちなみに家族によると、まつり明け翌日17日は、あらゆる街中のお店など（チェーン店ですら）がお休みとなり、街はまさに寝静まった風景になっていたとのこと。下駄やお囃子の音の記憶を吉田川の水の音に溶かしながら皆さま寝静まっているのでしょうか…。そうやって街はだんだんといつもの水の音の街に戻っていく様子もこれまた郡上の風景なのでしょうね。私も、いつか参加したくなりましたので、まずはマイ下駄を購入するところからでしょうか。

Today, I would like to tell you about the “Gujo Festival” in Gujo Hachiman City, Gifu Prefecture, which my family went to the other day.

 

I didn’t know the details of “Gujo Odori”, but it is one of Japan’s three major Bon dances, along with “Awa Odori (Tokushima Prefecture)” and “Nishimonai no Bon Odori (Akita Prefecture)”. ) On December 20, “Gujo Dance” was designated as an important tangible folk cultural property, and it is a festival with a history of 400 years.

 

It is said that in the early Edo period, Yoshitaka Endo, the lord of Gujo Hachiman Castle, collected dances from various places and encouraged them to hold the Obon festival in the castle town in order to promote harmony among the people of his domain. , The more I learned, the more amazing it was, but first of all, the length of the event…

Many of Gujo Odori dances involve striking the ground with wooden clogs to create a rhythm, so Odori clogs are a must-have item. At this time of year, the sound of geta clogs echoes throughout the city, and is a summer tradition unique to this area.

The clogs used in the Gujo Odori are made from high-quality Japanese cypress harvested in Gujo. The light and durable cypress is hard to break even when you dance for a long time, and it produces a light and beautiful sound, so it must be perfect. Moreover, the white bark of the tree looks beautiful and cool in the darkness of the festival night.

 

And here is the scenery during the day. It is a scene of people drying their geta at the front door, and you can see that both the people and the geta are preparing for tonight’s dance.

 

That’s why some people don’t wear geta after dancing for 30 nights. Gujo Hachiman certainly has many stores that sell geta, and it seems that some people buy new ones in the middle of the dance after wearing them out. During the dance period, some people wear two or three pairs of clogs in one season, so I’m sorry.

 

By the way, according to my family, on the 17th, the day after the festival, all the shops (even chain stores) were closed, and the town was completely asleep. ニュースで暑すぎて向日葵がかれてしまったそうです。

 

夏の代表なのに枯れてしまうなんて悲しすぎます。

 

甲子園の高校球児も心配ですし、早くちょうどいい夏の気温になってほしいものです。

 

さて先日、秋田県立美術館に行って参りました。

 

 

この時期の秋田県は愛知県と違ってからっとしており、とても過ごしやすかったです。

 

秋田県立美術館と言えば、世界的な画家藤田嗣治が、昭和１２年当時の秋田を描いた大壁画「秋田の行事」が有名でございます。

カンバス貼りの油彩の大きさは約3700号という驚きの大きさでございます。

 

 

フランスから帰国後の個展で知りあい、藤田の支援者となった秋田の富豪の平野政吉は、秋田を題材にして巨大壁画を注文します。

 

藤田が映画の監督・撮影のため秋田を訪れたさい、「世界一の絵を」と頼み、制作の依頼をしたそうです。

 

秋田県立美術館は、幅20m余にも及ぶ「秋田の行事」をはじめとする公益財団法人平野政吉美術財団の所蔵する作品の展示をメインとしながら、秋田市の中心市街地にある千秋公園を望む地といった特徴を活かし、「ここにしかない魅力のある美術館」をコンセプトに設計されました。

 

また、旧県立美術館の持つ最大の特徴であり県民の皆様の心に溶け込んでいる三角形屋根に呼応するように、三角形をモチーフとしたデザインになっています。

 

設計者は、独学で建築を学び、プリツカー賞、文化勲章など数多くの賞を受賞し、国内はもとより海外からも高い評価を得ている安藤忠雄でございます。

 

壁の支えや柱のない螺旋階段、水庭越しに千秋公園の美しい風景を存分に楽しむことが出来る解放感あるラウンジ空間、そして美術館と街とをつなぐ大きな三角形吹抜けのエントランスホールなど新しい県立美術館にはたくさんの見どころがありました。

 

特に、大きなガラス窓から映画のスクリーンを見ているかのようなミュージアムラウンジは、ずっとここにいたいと思えるほど素敵な場所でございました。

 

ソファーに座ってくつろぐことができます。コーヒーやケーキなどをご注文いただけます。

Later, in 1934, Hirano and Fujita met at the Nika Exhibition in Tokyo.

 

In 1936, following the sudden death of Fujita’s wife, Madeleine, Hirano envisioned the construction of a museum in memory of her.

He purchased many of Fujita’s large-scale works and proceeded with Fujita’s mural paintings.

However, construction of the museum was canceled during the war.

 

About 30 years later, in 1967, Hirano founded the Masakichi Hirano Museum of Art to display the works of art he had collected over the years, hoping to “enrich young people.”

８月に入って、一つ目の台風「ムーラン」が南シナ海で発生したそうです。進路を西よりにとってベトナム方面に進み、勢力を落として熱帯低気圧になる予想のため、日本への直接の影響はなさそうですね。

 

ところで、台風にはいつも番号と名前が付けられていますよね。今回の台風７号は「ムーラン」。その前の台風６号は「トローセス」と名付けられています。

私にとって番号の方が馴染み深いので、名前をあまり意識したことはありませんでしたが、（名前の存在も最近までは知りませんでした。）気象庁での公式サイトや天気予報などでは台風の番号と同時に名称も公表しているんです。

 

番号と共に、名前を付けるようになった由来はアメリカから伝わったとか…

アメリカではハリケーンに人名（女性名）をつけることが慣例となっていて、国土交通省によると、「１９４６年から１９５２年までの６年間はアメリカの占領下に置かれていたため、その慣例にならい、台風にも番号のほかに英語名をつける」ということになっているそうです。

 

その後も台風に名前を付けるという慣習は続きましたが、北西太平洋や南シナ海で発生した台風防災に関する各国の政府間組織として位置づけられている”台風委員会”が２０００年から、この領域で発生する台風に共通のアジア名を付けるということで統一されました。

台風委員会では、加盟している１４ヵ国などから提案された名前を一覧として１４０個の名称をリストにしたものが用意されています。実際にこのリストの１番から順番に、台風が発生した際の名前を付けていくそうです。

アジア名として採用する基準として「文字数が多くないこと」「音節が多くなくて発音しやすいこと」「他の加盟国や地域の言語で感情が害すような意味を持たないこと」などが条件のようで、ちなみにこのリストの中には日本から提案された１０個の名称もあります。

台風にもそれぞれ呼び方があることを知ってから、台風第○○号、と番号だけでなく、名前まで確認してしまう癖がついてしまいました。今回の台風「ムーラン」は、中国が用意した名前で花の名前に由来されているそうです。

 

名称は可愛らしくて、馴染みがあっても、台風はとても危険な災害ですので、やはり常に情報を確認しながら、外の様子などを見て早めに命を守る行動を心掛けなければいけません。

今日はムーミンの日でございます。

 

６月３日から【ム(6)ーミ(3)ン】の語呂合わせにちなんで、元々は日本のムーミンファンが6月3日に記念日を独自制定しておりました。

 

ムーミン誕生60周年となる2005(平成17)年には、全世界で通用する記念日にとの思いから、著者トーベ・ヤンソン氏の誕生日にちなんで8月9日に改定したそうです。

 

Nはムーミンが大好きでして、フィンランドでムーミンの言葉に感銘を受けてから、ムーミンを探してしまう毎日でございます。

 

ファンの方には怒られてしまうかもしれませんが、Nは昔スナフキンとミィに似てると言われたことがあります。

 

昔の写真を見てみると、わからないこともないような気も致します。

 

昔は自分のことが嫌いで、似てると言われた人を嫌う傾向にありましたが、今は愛着がわきます。

 

２０１９年に日本で２Ｄ３Ｄ新作アニメが公開されたのですが、今までの平面ではなく立体で、もちもちしているムーミンたちがとても可愛らしいです。

 

大人になってからアニメを見なくなった方も癒されるので是非見てほしいです。

ゆるいながらも時々突っ込みどころ満載なめちゃくちゃなことをしたり、急にはっとする名言を言ったり、意外に楽しめます。

 

今回ムーミンについて調べてみると驚きの事実が明らかになりました。

 

皆さまはムーミンというとどのくらいの大きさだと思われますか？

 

Nは、人間と同じ大きさだと思っておりました。

 

しかし、原作者である女性作家トーベ・ヤンソンによると、ムーミンの身長は電話帳くらいのサイズであるそうです。

 

とても小さいですよね。

 

ムーミンはカバとよく間違えられますが、ムーミントロールという妖精なので、そのくらいのおおきさなのかもしれません。

 

昭和版ムーミンというのもあったのですが、色が暗くて正直可愛いとは言えないキャラクターでございました。

 

昭和版ムーミンは、1969年～1970年、1972年1月～12月31日までにカルピスまんが劇場（後の世界名作劇場）で放送されたアニメ「ムーミン」の事でございます。

有名な「ねぇ！ムーミン」はこの昭和版のムーミンの主題歌だそうです。

しかし作者のトーベ・ヤンソンからは不評で、赤字でもあったためそれを口実に放送を終了したとか。

「楽しいムーミン一家」が作られて以降は、「楽しいムーミン一家」以外のムーミン（昭和版）の再放送やグッズ展開は自粛されているそうです。

ムーミンの著作権を持つムーミン・キャラクターズ社からも昭和版は認められていないそうです。

そして、人間だと思っていたスナフキンは、実はムムリク族という妖精だそうです。

 

そして埼玉県にあるムーミンバレーパーク、いつか行きたいです。

行った際はこちらのブログでも紹介致します。

Today is Moomin Day.

 

From June 3rd, Japanese Moomin fans originally established their own anniversary on June 3rd, after the pun of [mu (6) – mi (3) n].

 

In 2005, the 60th anniversary of the birth of Moomin, the date was revised to August 9th, the birthday of the author, Tove Jansson, in order to make it an anniversary that can be used all over the world.

 

N loves Moomin, and since he was impressed by Moomin’s words in Finland, he has been looking for Moomin every day.

 

Fans may get mad at me, but I was once told that N looked like Snufkin and Mi.

 

When I look at his old photos, I feel like there is something he doesn’t understand.

 

In the past, he hated himself and tended to dislike people who said he looked like him, but now he’s attached to him.

 

In 2019, a new 2D and 3D animation was released in Japan, but the Moomins who are three-dimensional instead of two-dimensional and sticky are very cute.

 

Even those who haven’t watched anime since becoming an adult will be healed, so please watch it.

It’s surprisingly fun to do crazy things that are loose but sometimes full of impetus, and suddenly say amazing quotes.

 

When I researched Moomin this time, a surprising fact became clear.

 

How big do you think Moomin is?

 

I thought N was the same size as a human being.

 

However, according to Tove Jansson, the original author, the Moomin is about the size of a telephone book.

 

Very small, isn’t it?

 

Moomin is often mistaken for a hippopotamus, but since it is a fairy named Moomintroll, it may be that big.

 

There was also a Showa version of Moomin, but it was a character that was dark and honestly not cute.

 

The Showa version of Moomin is the animation “Moomin” that was broadcast at Calpis Manga Theater (later World Masterpiece Theater) from 1969 to 1970 and from January to December 31, 1972.

 

The famous “Hey! Moomin” is said to be the theme song of this Showa version of Moomin.

However, it was unpopular with the author, Tove Jansson, and it was also in the red, so it was said that the broadcast was ended with that as an excuse.

Since the “Fun Moomin Family” was created, it seems that rebroadcasts and goods development of Moomin (Showa version) other than “Fun Moomin Family” have been refrained.

It seems that the Showa version is not recognized by Moomin Characters, which holds the copyright of Moomin.

 

Snufkin, who he thought was human, is actually a fairy called Mumlik.

 

And I want to go to Moominvalley Park in Saitama Prefecture someday.

I will introduce it on this blog when I go.

皆さま、こんにちは。スタッフMです。

 

２０２２年８月４日から第４３回　２０２２年FIM世界耐久選手権”コカ・コーラ”鈴鹿８時間耐久ロードレースが開催され、本日最終日は決勝ですね！

 

毎年１０万人のファンが来場する「鈴鹿８耐」は、８時間でコースを何周するかを競い、世界戦の中でも勝つのが難しいレースとして有名です。世界各国から集まるトップレーサーたちの８時間に渡る熱い戦いが見どころですよね。

 

近年はコロナ禍で、２０２０年、２０２１年の大会は中止となり、今年は３年ぶりに開催されるということで待ちに待っていた方も多くいらっしゃるのではないでしょうか。

スタッフMは勤務中のためライブでは見られませんが、スタッフMの父は大のバイク好きということもあり、テレビの前に張り付いて見ているようです（笑）

 

今年で４３回目の大会を迎えた「鈴鹿８耐」、はじまりは１９７８年（昭和５３年）。当時は国内の自動車・オートバイメーカーが排気ガス規制などの環境問題への対応に追われ、さらに石油危機もあり、モータースポーツが一時停滞していた時代だったそうです。

 

そんな閉塞感を打ち破ろうと、新しい耐久レースとして企画されたのがこの「鈴鹿８耐」でした。

当時ホンダはヨーロッパで人気を集めていた耐久レースにホンダRCB１０００のワークスマシンを参戦させていました。「不沈艦」と呼ばれるほど圧倒的な強さを見せていたワークスマシンを日本のオートバイファンにお披露目したいという本田宗一郎（ホンダソウイチロウ）の思いもあり、鈴鹿８耐は生まれました。

 

当時は台数集めに非常に苦労し、鈴鹿サーキットはどこにもない耐久レースを目指すべく、「夜の時間にゴールし、打ち上げ花火で締め括る」という演出にもこだわったそうです。

ただ、当時のレース専用バイクにはライトが装着されておらず、「懐中電灯をテープで固定してでも夜間走行でゴールするレース」にこだわり参加チームを説得したのが、当時のチームオフィシャルの藤井暉美（フジイテルヨシ）　。

この藤井暉美の情熱がチームに理解され、１１時３０分スタート、１９時３０分ゴールという伝統の８時間フォーマットで１９７８年の第１回大会が行われたそうです。

 

ちなみにこの第１回大会で優勝したのが、「ポップ吉村」こと吉村秀雄率いるプライベートチーム「ヨシムラ」のスズキＧＳ１０００でした。

最強と言われていたホンダワークスの優勝が予想されていた中で、度重なるトラブルに即座に対処し、独自のノウハウでレースを戦った「ヨシムラ」の優勝に、鈴鹿８耐人気は急上昇。空前のオートバイブームが訪れました。

 

その後、様々なアクシデントや、予想を覆すような展開、ドラマチックな優勝など今でも多くの伝説が語り継がれる「鈴鹿８耐」は国内最大級のレースイベントとなり、今大会まで変わらず愛され続けています。

 

自分で書いておきながら、レースが見たくてうずうずしてきました。

家に帰る頃にはきっと終盤の一番良いところだと思うので、今日は寄り道せずに帰りたいと思います。

Staff M is at work so he can’t see it live, but Staff M’s father is a big fan of motorcycles, so he seems to be stuck in front of the TV and watching .

 

 

This year marks the 43rd year of the Suzuka 8 Hours, which began in 1978 (Showa 53). At that time, domestic automobile and motorcycle manufacturers were busy dealing with environmental issues such as exhaust gas regulations, and there was also the oil crisis, and it seems that motor sports were temporarily stagnant.

The “Suzuka 8 Hours” was planned as a new endurance race to break through such a sense of stagnation. At that time, Honda entered the works Honda RCB1000 in endurance races, which were gaining popularity in Europe. The Suzuka 8 Hours was born out of Soichiro Honda’s (Honda Soichiro’s) desire to show Japanese motorcycle fans a works machine that was so overwhelmingly strong that it was called the “unsinkable ship.”

At that time, it was very difficult to collect the number of cars, and in order to aim for an endurance race unlike any other at Suzuka Circuit, he was particular about the production of “going to the finish line at night time and ending with a fireworks display.”

By the way, the Suzuki GS1000 of the private team “Yoshimura” led by Hideo Yoshimura, also known as “Pop Yoshimura”, won the first competition.

 

Honda Works, which was said to be the strongest, was expected to win, but the popularity of the Suzuka 8 Hours skyrocketed with the win of “Yoshimura”, which immediately dealt with repeated troubles and fought the race with its own know-how. An unprecedented motorcycle boom has arrived.

Since then, the Suzuka 8 Hours has become one of the largest race events in Japan, with many legends still being passed down, such as various accidents, unpredictable developments, and dramatic victories.

皆さま、こんにちは。スタッフNでございます。

 

祖母の家の片付けをしておりましたら、可愛いアクセサリーを見つけました。

 

古いものでしたが、アンティークとして使えば可愛いですし、何より祖母の形見として何か身に着けておきたかったので、良かったです。

他にも父の母子手帳が出てきたり、物持ちのいい、物を捨てられないタイプの祖母でしたが、こんなに懐かしいものが出てくるとは、驚きです。

 

またまた東京の知人が、白丸ダムの写真を送ってきてくれました。

 

 

 

ダム見学私は行ってことがありません（たぶん）。

写真をみているだけで、落ちたらどうしよう、怖いと思ってしまします。

しかし、いざ行くと圧巻の景色に、さぞ感動するんでしょうね。

 

白丸ダム（しろまるダム）は、東京都西多摩郡奥多摩町白丸、多摩川水系多摩川に建設されたダム。高さ30.3mの重力式コンクリートダムで、東京都交通局の発電用ダムでございます。

ダム湖（人造湖）の名は白丸湖（しろまるこ）と言います。

なんだか、ちびまる子ちゃんみたいで可愛いですね笑

皆さま、こんにちは。スタッフMです。

 

先日、お店に出勤しましたらニューフェイスが登場しておりました。

 

 

「沈存周」の茶托でございます。

 

中国美術品・骨董品においてなくてはならない存在と言ってしまってもいいほど、錫器の優れた名工として活躍していた「沈存周」。

 

主に茶器に画や詩を刻み、錫器の価値を一層高めてきた沈存周ですが、中国におけるお茶の歴史は三国時代からだといわれており、上流階級によって始まった文化でした。

唐・宋・元・明と少しずつ形式を変え、上流階級の文化から庶民の文化としても浸透していきながら沈存周が活躍した清の時代では茶文化の華が咲き、香りを楽しむお茶が増え、現在の中国茶の楽しみ方が形成された時期でした。

 

そういえば、風光舎名古屋店の近くの覚王山の辺りにも中国茶専門店があるようで、前を通るたびに気になっていたのですが、良い機会なので今度行ってみたいと思います。

 

話が逸れてしまいましたが、沈存周の茶器は実用性はもちろん、美術品、芸術品としての人気も高く、沈存周が亡くなった後の時代になってもその人気は衰えることなく、錫の茶器に「沈存周」の名を刻んだ中国茶器がたくさん作られています。

これは偽物という形ではなく、「沈存周」という名をブランド化したような形で作られたもので、沈存周以外にも著名な文人やアーティストなどが参加して名前を出していることもあります。

 

また、沈存周には別号の「仙子」という文字を刻んだ錫の茶器の制作を行っており、詩文を刻んだ作品は高い人気を誇っています。

 

後世などへ技術が受け継がれることはありませんでしたが、中国の錫製品、茶の歴史において、その名を欠かすことはできませんし、「沈存周」が持つ錫器、お茶への情熱は現代においても健在のようです。

 

当店には「沈存周」の茶托セットが２種類ほどございますが、どれも一つ一つ繊細で美しく、見ていて飽きない作品ばかりです。

Shen Shunju mainly carved paintings and poems on tea utensils, further enhancing the value of tinware, but the history of tea in China is said to date back to the Three Kingdoms period, a culture that began with the upper classes.

The tea culture gradually changed from the Tang, Song, Yuan, and Ming dynasties, spreading from the culture of the upper class to the culture of the common people. It was the period when the current way of enjoying Chinese tea was formed.

 

Come to think of it, there seems to be a Chinese tea specialty store near Kakuozan near Fukousha Nagoya store, and every time I pass in front of it, I’ve been curious about it, but it’s a good opportunity, so I’d like to go there next time.

 

I digress from the topic, but Shim Sunju’s tea utensils are not only practical, but also highly popular as works of art and works of art. There are many Chinese tea utensils engraved with the name “Shen Zhou”.

 

This is not in the form of a fake, but rather a form of branding the name “Shin Sunju”, and in addition to Shim Sunju, famous writers and artists have participated and made their names.

 

In addition, Shim Sungju also produces tin tea utensils engraved with the characters “Senzi,” another name of hers, and her poem-engraved works are highly popular. Although the technique was not passed down to future generations, its name cannot be overlooked in the history of Chinese tin products and tea, and the passion for tinware and tea that “Shen Zhou” has is still alive today. みなさまこんにちは、スタッフYでございます。

 

弊店のブログのみならず、様々なシーンで「このところの暑さで…」などと暑さが枕詞になってずいぶん経っているように思われますが、まだ8月に入ったばかりなのですね。

 

その間、ゲリラ豪雨なども各所で発生しており、今朝も最上川近辺の状況が心配でありました。どうぞみなさまお気を付けてお過ごしくださいませ。

 

そんな８月を迎えたわけですが、このところの猛暑を乗り越えるべく、ここは食べて飲んで力をつけようではないかということで、古美術風光舎名古屋店の暑気払いを、先日、千種区のイタリア料理店にて執り行いました。もちろん、いろいろ気を付けながらではありますよ。

 

 

 

 

まずは、カンパーイ。

このような夏の飲み会を、昭和世代では「暑気払い」と言ったものですが、最近はなんと表現するのでしょうか。古美術風光舎の店主含めスタッフは年代が様々ですので、各年代の「暑気払い」の呼び方を教えてもらえばよかったなと、今朝になって思った次第です。

 

「暑気払い」その名の通り「暑さをうち払う」ために、体に溜まった熱気をとり除くことをいいますが、暑気というように、暑さや熱そのものに限らず、弱った気（エネルギー）を元に戻して「元気」になろうというわけであります。

 

もっと昔の様子をみてみると、酒、薬、食べ物など口にするもののほか、薬湯（枇杷湯、桃湯、どくだみ湯など）、行水、川遊びなどで暑気払いをしていたようですが、現代では、もっぱら宴会をすることが多いですが、暑さに負けないように力をつけようといった意味は同じでしょう。

 

そんなわけで…

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

がっつりいただきましたよ…。

 

ここ名古屋、先日は本当に暑かったからでしょうか、体がエネルギーを欲したのでしょうか、（そんなことはない、普通に食べられるのか笑）大丈夫でした。全員完食でありました。店主、ごちそうさまでした。ありがとうございました。

It’s August, and in order to overcome the heat wave these days, let’s eat and drink and build strength.

The other day, we held a cooldown for the Antique Fukousha Nagoya store at an Italian restaurant in Chikusa Ward. Of course, there are many things to keep in mind.

 

 

 

First of all, Kanpai.

The Showa generation used to call this kind of summer drinking party “to get rid of the heat”, but how do we express it these days? Since the staff, including the shopkeeper of Antique Fukousha, are of various ages, I thought this morning that it would have been better if I could have been taught how to call “Shouki-harai” in each age group.

 

“Shokibarai” means removing the heat accumulated in the body in order to “get rid of the heat” as the name suggests. ) to return to the original state and become “energetic”.

 

Looking back on the past, in addition to drinking alcohol, medicine, and food, it seems that people used medicinal baths (Biwayu, Momoyu, Dokudamiyu, etc.), running water, and playing in rivers to get rid of the heat. In modern times, parties are often held exclusively, but the meaning is the same as to strengthen oneself so as not to be overwhelmed by the heat.
