着ていた上着をクリーニングに出そうかどうしようか悩んでいたら、昨日今日はまた肌寒く感じ、やっぱり…とまた引っ張り出して着たりしています。数少ないアイテムの中で、ああでもないこうでもないを毎年のように繰り返しているのですが、日々悩ましいかぎりです。

 

 

朝は肌寒くとも、日中はやはり熱中症にならないかと心配になる暑さになったりしますので、この時期から飲み物の消費量が半端なくなります。我が家では1年中麦茶を飲む日常だったのですが、数年前から作るようになった水出し緑茶も家族には割と好評です。

お水で出すと、苦味や渋みが抽出されず、旨みや甘みがゆっくりと抽出され、旨みと甘みが凝縮した、とろっとした美味しいお茶が手軽に楽しめるのです！…と格好つけて言ってみたいところですが、ひとえに私が面倒くさがり屋だから。

なんだかもう、お湯を沸かす→茶葉を入れる→煮出す→冷ます→容器に入れて冷蔵庫へという一連のくだりが面倒くさくて（笑）しかもお茶を煮出している時間が待っていられないんです。それでうっかり他事をしようものなら、火にかけたことを忘れてしまうという所までがセットになっているので、最近ではタイマーセットが必須です。

 

というわけで水出し緑茶は、日常使いの いつもの日本茶がお水で入れられる手軽さが、ズボラな私にはぴったり！玉露、煎茶、かぶせ茶、くき茶、ほうじ茶、番茶、玄米茶など、日本茶なら何でもお水で出すことが出来ますので。

作るのはとても簡単で、プロが淹れても私が淹れても美味しさは同じではないかと勝手に思っています（笑）

 

同じ理由で、水出し珈琲も良く作ります。夏はやはりアイスコーヒーの出番も多くなりますので、時短にもなり必須です。今年の夏は、以前気になって結局作ることなく終わってしまった「ミルク出し珈琲」も作って飲んでみようかなと思っております。

これまた作り方は簡単で、ミルクの中に挽いた珈琲を入れ一晩冷蔵庫で待つだけなのですが（分量はお好みですので調べてみてください）、ゆっくりと抽出された珈琲の香りとコク、そして少しトロッとした食感がなんともいえずクセになる珈琲なのだそうで、普通にアイスコーヒーにミルクを入れるよりも濃厚という口コミも。気になったアレンジには黒糖を入れる、バニラアイスにかけてアフォガード風にするなどがあり試してみたくなりました。

 

今年も絶対暑くなるのに違いないので、いろいろな冷たい飲み物を取り入れたいのですが、冷蔵庫のスペースを占拠してしまうという問題が…。とりあえず冷蔵庫内の断捨離からですかね。

I was wondering whether or not to take my jacket to the cleaners, but yesterday and today it felt chilly again, so I pulled it out again and put it on. I am constantly trying to decide what to do with the few items I have, and it is a daily struggle for me.

It may be chilly in the morning, but during the day it can become so hot that I worry about heat stroke, and this is when the amount of drinks we consume becomes almost insane. We used to drink barley tea all year round, but since a few years ago, we have started making mizudashi green tea, which is also popular with our family.

When I make it with water, the bitterness and astringency are not extracted, and the flavor and sweetness are slowly extracted, making it easy to enjoy this delicious, thick tea with concentrated flavor and sweetness! I’d like to dress up and say that, but it’s only because I’m a lazy person.

The whole process of boiling water, adding tea leaves, boiling the tea, letting it cool, putting it in a container, and putting it in the refrigerator is a hassle for me (laughs). (Laughs) Moreover, I can’t wait for the time to boil the tea, and if I accidentally do something else, I forget that I put the tea on the fire.

So, mizudashi green tea is perfect for me, a lazy person, because of the ease of using water to make my regular Japanese tea for daily use! You can serve gyokuro, sencha, kabusecha, kukicha, hojicha, bancha, genmaicha, or any other Japanese tea with water.

It is very easy to make, and I selfishly believe that the taste is the same whether it is brewed by a professional or by me (laugh).

For the same reason, I also often make watered-down coffee. In the summer, iced coffee is often served, so it is essential to make it in a short time. This summer, I am thinking of making and drinking “milk-dashi coffee,” which I was curious about before but ended up not making.

It is easy to make, all you have to do is put ground coffee in milk and wait overnight in the refrigerator (the amount is up to you, so please check the recipe). Some people say it is richer than regular iced coffee with milk. Some people say it is richer than regular iced coffee with milk, and some say it is richer than regular iced coffee with milk.

I am sure it will be hot again this year, so I would like to try a variety of cold drinks, but the problem is that they take up a lot of space in the refrigerator…. For now, I guess I’ll start by decluttering the refrigerator.
