昨日は、みなさま大丈夫だったでしょうか？

こちら名古屋も、突然の風雨に見舞われ、大荒れの天気に。こんなんにひどい風雨になるとは、

予想だにていませんでしたよ。

しかし、今日、お雛祭りの日の名古屋は一転して快晴。

ハレの日に相応しいお天気となりましたね。

ところで、ハレの日って何でしょう？

ハレの日とケの日とは、何なんなんだ？また、スタッフY、また知りたい癖が発動しました。

みなさんは“ハレとケ”という言葉をご存知ですか？

“ハレ”とは「晴れ／霽れ」、“ケ”とは「褻」と書きます。ハレ（晴れ）は冠婚葬祭や年中行事などの特別な日を

さし、ケ（褻）はそれ以外の普通の日常的な生活をさしています。

「ハレの日」は特別な日なので、普段そんなに口にすることができない肉やお酒、豪華な料理がならび、

着るものや化粧まで特別にするのが習わしでした。今でも「晴れ着」や「晴れ舞台」、「晴れの門出」など、

お祝い事や記念日などに用いますよね。そういえば、昔お正月に晴れ着きて初詣に行きましたよね。

お祭りの前の日なんてそわそわしていました。（世代がばれますね）

 

 

昔は、「ケの日」はいつもの日常なので、朝起きて仕事をし、ご飯とみそ汁、ちょっとのおかずと漬物程度の

食事をして寝るというほとんど同じ毎日の繰り返しです。

もちろん「ハレの日」はそうそうないため、ほとんど毎日「ケの日」です。しかし、さすがに「ケの日」

ばかりでは気分も滅入ってしまいます。そこで定期的に飲めや歌えやの宴をおこない、「ハレの日」を通じて

気晴らしをし、疲れたカラダと心を回復させていたのです。

この「ハレとケ生活」が、日常は質素な食生活で健康を保ち、たまの呑み食いでストレスを溜めないという、

絶妙な生活バランスだったのです。この極めて合理的で持続可能なライフスタイルを、ぜひ見習いたいですね。

しかし、現代はそれすらなくなってしまい、高級な食事が格安で毎日のように食べられるようになりました。

「ハレとケ」という区別もなくなってしまい、食べ物も着るものも、両方が中途半端な状態です。

 

 

ですが、今日はハレの日。

お雛祭りを少し楽しんで、明日からは昔のよきサイクルを真似して、少しケの日にしたいと思います。

The weather was suitable for Halle’s day.

By the way, what is Halle’s Day?

What are Halle’s Day and Ke’s Day? Also, Staff Y, the habit I want to know again has been activated.

Do you know the word “Hare and Ke”?

“Hare” is written as “sunny / hazy”, and “ke” is written as “褻”. Halle (sunny) has special days such as ceremonial occasions and year-round events

By the way, ke (褻) refers to other ordinary daily life.

“Hare’s Day” is a special day, so you can find meat, sake, and gorgeous dishes that you can’t usually eat.

It was customary to specialize in clothes and makeup. Even now, “Sunny clothes”, “Sunny stage”, “Sunny gate”, etc.

It’s used for celebrations and anniversaries. Speaking of which, you used to go to Hatsumode on New Year’s Day.

The day before the festival was fidgeting. (The generation will be revealed)

In the olden days, “Ke no Hi” was a daily routine, so I woke up in the morning to work, and had rice and miso soup, a little side dish and pickles.

It’s almost the same daily repetition of eating and sleeping.

Of course, “Hare’s Day” is not so often, so it is “Ke’s Day” almost every day. However, as expected, “Ke no Hi”

Just doing it will make you feel depressed. There, we regularly hold drinking and singing parties, and through “Hare’s Day”

It was a distraction and healed a tired body and mind.

It is said that this “Hare and Ke life” keeps you healthy with a simple diet and does not accumulate stress with occasional swallowing.

It was an exquisite balance of life. I would love to emulate this extremely rational and sustainable lifestyle.

However, in modern times, that is no longer the case, and high-end meals are now available at low prices on a daily basis.

The distinction between “Hare and Ke” has disappeared, and both food and clothing are in a half-finished state.

However, today is Halle’s day.

I would like to enjoy the Hinamatsuri a little, and from tomorrow I will imitate the good cycle of the old days and make it a little day.
