今朝の名古屋は冷えましたが、みなさまのお住いの地域はいかがでしたか？今日は日中は小春日和とのことですので、お出かけはもちろんですが、年末に向けてお掃除やお片付けにも絶好の機会ですね。

とはいえ、室内にいるとひんやりしますので、冷え性の私のパソコンのキーをたたく指先は冷え切っております。

ですのでカイロは私には必需品なのですが、最近は使い捨てではない「充電式カイロ」を重宝しています。

 

一番気に入っているところは、なんと言っても電源を入れるとすぐに温かくなるところ。使い捨てカイロは温まるのを待たないといけませんが、充電式カイロはすぐ使いたいときや、急に外出するときなど、温まる時間を逆算しなくて済むのは地味に嬉しいポイントです。

 

また、電源のON・OFFで好きな時に使いたい時だけ温められるところも便利です。通勤や短時間の屋外にいる時だけなど、一日の中で使いたいタイミングが何度かあるのですが、使い捨てカイロだと途中でやめたくてもやめられません。自分のタイミングで使えるのはとても便利です。

温度を一定に保てるのもお気に入りのひとつ。使い捨てカイロは熱くなりすぎて少し苦手でしたが、温度調節機能を備えているモノなら、屋外や屋内など周りの温度にあわせて使い分けられて便利です。

そしてなんと言っても、充電式カイロは、1回切りの使い捨てカイロと違って、何度でも充電して使えるところです。1回充電すれば約0.3～0.4円程度で使えるので、使い捨てカイロよりもかなりコスパが良いかもしれません。ゴミが出ないので、環境に優しいのもいいですね。

 

また充電式カイロは、モバイルバッテリーとして使えることがほとんど。外出時のスマホ充電にぴったりです。他にもLEDライトや、マッサージ機能など、温める以外の機能が備わっているものもあるようですよ。

 

 

良いところばかりお伝えしましたが、デメリットももちろんあります。

ひとつは、使う前に充電する手間がかかるので、めんどくさいと感じる場合もあること。当たり前ですが、もし充電を忘れたまま外出すると、急に電池切れを起こしたり、使いたいときに温まらなかったりしてがっかりしてしまうことも。

次に、使い捨てカイロより厚みも重さもあるため、持ち歩くときは荷物になるということです。また使用時間が比較的短く、2〜6時間程度。使い捨てカイロは一般的に10時間以上持続しますので、一日中屋外にいる時などは不向きかもしれません。

 

 

使い勝手の良し悪しはありますが、持ち歩くのがうれしくなるかわいいデザインのモノや、ギフトにもぴったりなおしゃれなモノまであって、見た目がかわいいものばかり。使い捨てカイロはどれもみんな同じものを使っているので、好きなデザインを選んで、お気に入りのカイロを持ち歩けば、毎日の気分もあがるかもしれませんよ。

今年の冬も、充電式カイロであたたかくエコで乗り切りたいと思います。

It was cold in Nagoya this morning, how was it in your area? It is supposed to be a mild spring day today, so it is the perfect time to go out and do some cleaning and tidying up before the end of the year.

However, it is cool when I am indoors, so my fingertips are cold when I tap the keys on my computer.

So a body warmer is a necessity for me, and recently I have been using a “rechargeable body warmer” that is not disposable.

What I like most is that it gets warm as soon as I turn it on. With disposable warmers, you have to wait for them to warm up, but with rechargeable warmers, you don’t have to count backwards to find a time when you want to use them right away, or when you are suddenly out and about, which is a very nice point.

Another convenient feature is that you can turn the power on and off to warm up only when you want to use it. There are several times during the day when I want to use it, such as when commuting to work or when I am outdoors for a short time, but with disposable warmers, I cannot stop even if I want to in the middle of the day. It is very convenient to be able to use it at my own time.

Another favorite feature is the ability to maintain a constant temperature. Disposable body warmers get too hot, which is a bit of a problem for me, but if the warmer has a temperature control function, it is convenient to use it according to the surrounding temperature, such as outdoors or indoors.

And the best thing about rechargeable warmers is that, unlike single-use disposable warmers, they can be recharged and used over and over again, and a single charge costs about 0.3 to 0.4 yen, making them much more cost-effective than disposable warmers. It is also good for the environment since no waste is produced.

In addition, most rechargeable body warmers can be used as mobile batteries. It is perfect for charging your phone when you are out and about. There are also some that have other functions besides warming, such as LED lights and massage functions.

 

 

 

We have told you all the good things about them, but there are, of course, some disadvantages.

One is that it takes time to charge the battery before use, which can be a hassle. Of course, if you go out without recharging the battery, you may be disappointed when the battery suddenly runs out or the warmer does not warm up when you want to use it.

Second, because they are thicker and heavier than disposable body warmers, they can be a burden to carry around. They also have a relatively short usage time of 2 to 6 hours. Disposable body warmers generally last 10 hours or longer, so they may not be suitable for use when you are outdoors all day.

 

Although they may or may not be easy to use, there are cute designs that make you happy to carry them around, or even stylish ones that make great gifts, and they all look cute. Since all disposable body warmers are the same, choosing your favorite design and carrying around your favorite body warmer may make you feel better every day.

I hope to get through this winter warmly and ecologically with a rechargeable body warmer.
