今日はなんだかカラッとして涼しく、とても過ごしやすい名古屋です。

お店の前を歩く人もいつもよりも多く感じます。

昨夜、zoomをしていたのですが、北海道の友人は寒すぎてニットを着ていましたし、山形の友人は「ここんとこずっと寒すぎる～」と言っていました。

でも福岡の友人は「今日は２７度あって暑い一日だった」と言っていて、縦に長い国、日本の面白さを感じました。

さて、そんな私は涼しくなったからか、以前から興味を持っていた、着物を着てみたいという衝動に駆られています。

友人にそう伝えると、何人かが「今は全く着ていないから、着る？」と着物を譲ってくれることになりました。

浴衣は見よう見まねでなんとか着られる程度の私ですが、着物となると難易度が上がりますね。

そして、小物もなんとまぁ、たくさんの種類があること。

着物と帯の色の組み合わせだけでもバリエーションが豊富なのに、帯揚げや半襟の色まで組み合わせ自在となると、もう本当に悩んでしまいますね。

知れば知るほど奥が深い着物の世界に、お洒落なワンピースを着るような感覚で飛び込んでみようかな、なんて思います。

かなり我流にはなるでしょうが、好きな色や柄の組み合わせで遊ぶように着物を着てみたいです。

And there are many kinds of accessories.

There are a lot of variations just by combining the colors of the kimono and the obi, but if you can freely combine the colors of the obiage and the half-collar, you will be really worried.

It will be quite selfish, but I would like to wear a kimono so that I can play with my favorite color and pattern combination.

少し前に岐阜県多治見市にある「セラミックパークMINO」に行ってきました。

主に陶芸に関わる作品やイベントが開催されている施設です。

陶芸にはあまり興味はありませんでしたが、チケットを頂いたのでせっかくなら行こうかなと思い行ってきました。

「国際陶磁器フェスティバル美濃’２１」と岐阜県現代陶芸美術館の「台湾現代陶芸の力」を見てきました。

しっかりと展示作品も見てきたのですが、それ以上に衝撃を受けたのは建物です。すごく広々としていて驚きました。

建物内も広いのですが、屋外がとても広く余裕のある空間でした。景色も良く、展望台もあり（登りませんでしたが）、自然に囲まれているからできることだなと思いました。

都市から少し外れた場所にある美術館（施設）はだいたい広くて余裕のある作りですよね。

施設内ももちろん美しいですが、特に屋外が魅力的なように感じます。

The inside of the building is large, but the outdoors were very spacious and spacious. The scenery is good, there is an observatory (I didn’t climb it), and I thought it was possible because it was surrounded by nature.

The museums (facilities) located a little outside the city are generally large and spacious.

The inside of the facility is of course beautiful, but I find the outdoors particularly attractive.

当日は天気も良く、雲がもくもくとしていました。

写真のように周りは木に囲まれているので空気もおいしい（はず）です。

屋内より屋外のスペースの方が広いような気もしましたし、それくらいの開放感があります。

施設が広いので、もちろん一日で施設すべて見ました！とはいかず、天気も変われば見える景色も変わると思うので何度行っても楽しめそうな気もします。ただ個人的には歩き疲れるかも…と思ったり…。

陶磁器もたくさん見てきました。

「国際陶磁器フェスティバル」というだけあって、色々な国の作家さんたちの作品がありました。

少し物珍しい作品があり作者を見てみると海外の方だったり、そういう発見の面白さもありました。

食器のような日常的なものから作品です！と言わんばかりの迫力や繊細さのあるものまで幅広くありました。

どうやって作ったんだろう…というものもあり面白いです。陶芸についてあまりよく知りませんが、見て楽しめるものが多かったので十分に楽しめました。

途中で係の方が一つの作品について少し説明をしてくれたのですが、確か銀賞をとった作品に男性用の便器が使われているようでした。

とにかく本当に幅広かったです。

岐阜県現代陶芸美術館では、国際陶磁器フェスティバルとはまた違った作品がありました。

それを考えると、セラミックパークMINOに行ってわたしは想像以上にたくさんの陶芸作品を見ることが出来たのだなと思いました。

施設にあるショップでは陶磁器も買うことができます。本当にどれも素敵で欲しくなってしまいました。

わたしの行ってきた展示はすぐに期間が終了してしましますが、展望台があったり眺めが良かったりで、いつ行っても楽しめるのではないかなと思います。

このところ、スーパーに行きますと果物のコーナーの充実ぶりがたいへん目につきますね。

ここ最近品種改良されたものも多く、梨一つとってもその種類の豊富さにも毎年感動いたしますが、新しい品種が食べたくて気になってしかたありません。月並みですが「実りの秋」「食欲の秋」なんていうように、秋は、他の季節よりも食べ物の季節感が特に色濃くあらわれた季節だなと、先日も梨を食べながら思った次第です。

さらに、なんと「丁寧なくらし」のできないこの私が、どうしても栗御飯が食べたくなりあの栗の固い皮と格闘。まあまあ面倒だし包丁が危ないのではありますが、そのリスクを冒してまで栗の皮と闘えるくらいのあの食欲の原動力とはなんなのでしょうか。きっと秋の食欲を突き動かす得体のしれないなにかがあるのでしょう。（大袈裟な…）

その「秋の食欲を突き動かす得体のしれないなにか」とは？なんなのだ。と、気になってきまして。つまり秋の食欲ことなのですが、毎年のようにどこかできいては毎年すぐ忘れるをくりかえしておりますので、ここで恒例のおさらいといきましょう。少しお付き合いくださいね。

それは、精神状態を安定にするための、ある神経伝達物質が大きく関係しているそうです。それがセロトニン。セロトニンは別名「幸せホルモン」とも呼ばれており、満腹感を与えて食欲を抑える働きがあります。この成分は、日光に当たる時間と比例していて、陽の光を浴びる時間が短いと減り、長ければ増えるのだとか。つまり秋は日照時間が短いので、夏に比べて太陽の光を浴びる時間が短く、かつセロトニンの分泌量も減るので、食欲が増えると言われています。人間もかつて体内時計で動いていた動物だったでしょうから、日照時間感知センサーはまだ残っているのでしょうね。

またまた気温の低下も関係しているのでしょうか。

寒い環境に身を置くと、脂肪を燃焼して体温を保持しようとします。基礎代謝が上がればその分多くのエネルギーを消費してしまうので、失った分を補おうとして食欲が増すようです。また空腹は、エネルギー補給を訴える体のシグナルでもありますので、ダイエットをするなら冬場が最適、と言われるのもうなずけますね。

そして、涼しくなり夏バテが解消されることも要因でしょうか。

暑さによる夏バテで、食欲が減ってしまった方も多いのではないでしょうか。秋に入ると、うだるような暑さから一変、過ごしやすい気温に落ち着くので、本来の食欲に回復することが多いようで、夏バテが解消されて、食欲が増したように感じるのだと考えられます。これらすべての条件が揃うのですから、秋という季節は、食欲が増すようにできているのですね。難しいことはさておき、秋に食べたいものは何ですか？　と、60歳以上の男女に聞いたところ「秋刀魚（サンマ）」（69.0％）と答えた人が最も多く、次いで「梨」（50.0％）、「新米」（49.5％）、「栗」（46.3％）、「松茸（マツタケ）」（44.6％）であるとの結果となったようです。さらに「秋刀魚」と答えた人を男女年代別に見てみると、男性の30代（74.3％）と60代（74.2％）、女性30代（74.8％）が多く、逆に女性の50代（57.6％）と60代（58.8％）で少なかったようです。また「梨」と答えた人を見てみると、女性の20代（70.7％）と30代（55.9％）で多く、逆に男性の50代（39.5％）と30代（44.0％）で少なかったとのこと。全体的には男性よりも女性の方が、若年層より中高年層の方が秋の味覚に敏感のようですね。

とはいえ、こればかりは個人的な嗜好のほうが要因が強そうな気も致しますが、ちなみに、私の食べたいものはここにあがったすべてであります笑。

こんにちは、スタッフYです。

古美術風光舎名古屋店のあります名古屋市では、先日から10月らしからぬ30度越えの日々でありました。私の車焼けはおさまる気配はなく、日差しにも少々まいっておりました。ですが、今朝は先日の雨が残っており、雨交じりの曇りのお天気。いつもならどことなく鬱屈とし気分になるのですが、久しぶりの涼しい感覚とあのぎらぎらした日差しから逃れられた安堵で、少しほっとしながらパソコンに向かっております。

ありがたいことに、ここ最近少し行動が自由になり、気をつけながらでありますが、以前からしたためておりました「やりたいことリスト」をささやかながら実現させております。

そのなかでも、まず実現できたのが美術館巡り。昨今の状況下で、夢ばかりが暴走していたのでしょうか、久しぶりの美術館に訪れると、ささやかな夢が叶った嬉しさがこみ上げ、頬が緩みます。

行動規制のかかった期間ではありましたが、今思いますと、いろいろな美術館や美術のことなどを調べたりする後学の期間となり、知識の貯金ができた時間だったなと振り返って思ったりも致します。

ここ最近のスタッフY調べでは、美術館や博物館、図書館などの施設は様々な工夫や方向性、そして形や名前にとらわれない存在としての試みがどこも面白く、ますます目が離せないなと、特に気づかされました。

先日、上京した際に訪れた東洋文庫もそうでした。

こちらを知るきっかけはなんとInstagram。その理由は後で述べるとして、

この東洋文庫、由緒正しいい東洋学の研究図書館であります。三菱第三代当主岩崎久彌氏が1924年に設立した、東洋学分野での日本最古・最大の研究図書館であり、世界5大東洋学研究図書館の一つに数えられております。その蔵書数は国宝5点、重要文化財7点を含む約100万冊であり、内訳は、漢籍40％、洋書30％、和書20％、他アジア言語（韓・越・梵・イラン・トルコ・アラビア語等）10％と、その蔵書数は圧巻。

職員は研究員も含め約80名で、2つの超域研究、10の研究班をもち、歴史・文化研究および資料研究を行っております。又、人間文化研究機構との共同研究組織2つ、文部科学省からの受託事業、更には、フランス国立極東学院、ハーバード・エンチン研究所・同図書館、台湾の中央研究院、EUの東洋学研究コンソーシアム、ロンドン大学アジア・アフリカ研究学院校（SOAS）図書館、ベトナム漢喃研究院と協力協定を締結しており、その研究成果は学報等の刊行物で発表し、一般向けに東洋学講座等の講演会なども行っております。

図書館は閉架式の閲覧室を設け、貸し出しは致しておりませんが、一般に無料で閲覧もできるようです。又、データベース化にも力を入れており、書誌データはインターネット検索ができ、順次貴重本・絵画等の全文データ・画像データ・動画データ等をインターネットで公開致していております。

話は戻りますが、こちらをなぜInstagramで知ったかのと申しますと、図書館と併設しております東洋文庫ミュージアムが2011年10月に東京都文京区駒込にオープンしていており、そちらのミュージアムの写真をInstagramで発見したというわけです。が、いけませんね、また形から入ってしまいました。

こちらのミュージアム、多くの方に東洋学への興味を持ってもらうことがミュージアム開設の目的のようでして、開設までの経緯を更に遡ると、もちろんその母体は、三菱第三代当主の岩崎久彌が1924年に設立した日本最古の東洋学研究図書館である「東洋文庫」の存在。

皆さまご存じ、当時の日本てこんな感じたぶん…

北海道まだのっていませんの図です。

その中でも東洋文庫の創設者である岩崎久彌が、3万5千ポンドという高額で、モリソンから購入した約2万4千点からなる貴重な洋書・絵画資料のコレクションである「モリソン書庫」は圧巻です。モリソンは、ジャーナリストでもあり、冒険家でもあり、医者でもあり、中華民国総統府の政治顧問でもあった人物であり、その収集は多岐にわたっております。そこまでお金持ちではなかったそうですが、コレクター気質があり、時には借金をしながらも膨大な数の本を集めていたとのこと。自宅には、プライベート図書館もあったそうで、それを東洋文庫ミュージアムにて再現、展示。それが「モリソン書庫」であります。

その「モリソン書庫」や「ムセイオンの泉」など訪れた人をうならせる展示がさまざまあり、しかも展示物は撮影OKという太っ腹ぶり。それもあり、今や知る人ぞ知る資料館、東洋文庫ミュージアムとなっております。

そんなモリソンが特に力を入れて集めていたのが、
黄金の国ジパングでお馴染み、マルコ・ポーロの 『東方見聞録』らしいのですが 。初めて知ったのですが、出版年や発売された国は様々でして、実に54種類。その様々に翻訳された 『東方見聞録』 をコレクションしていたそうです。そのおかげで日本は世界に黄金の国ジパングとして憧れの国として知れ渡るのですが、東方見聞録は、印刷技術などの歴史としても意味の深い本のよううです。そちらも気になりますね。

『東方見聞録』のコレクションは今回は展示されておりませんが、展示された際にはいつか、各国の『東方見聞録』を見比べに必ずや再訪したいと思っております。

とまあ、東洋文庫ミュージアムはInstagramで知ることになったわけですが、それは内部はもちろんのこと外装も美しさに定評があるのも要因の一つ。設計は三菱地所設計が担当、2013年度グッドデザイン賞を受賞している建物であり、美術館カフェも併設しております。さらに撮影自由とのこと。私もインスタ映えを狙って頑張って参りましたが、写真の出来はそれなりでして笑、どうぞお察し下さい。

The same was true of the Toyo Bunko, which I visited when I came to Tokyo the other day.

This Toyo Bunko is a historical research library of oriental studies. Founded in 1924 by Hisaya Iwasaki, the third generation of Mitsubishi, Japan’s oldest and largest research library in the field of oriental studies, and one of the five largest oriental studies research libraries in the world. It seems that the purpose of opening this museum is to make many people interested in oriental studies, but if you go back further to the history of the opening, of course, the mother is Hisaya Iwasaki, the third owner of Mitsubishi. The existence of “Toyo Bunko”, the oldest oriental studies library in Japan, which was established in 1924.

Among them, the “Morison Library”, which is a collection of valuable foreign books and painting materials consisting of about 24,000 items purchased from Morrison by Hisaya Iwasaki, the founder of the Toyo Bunko, for a high price of 35,000 pounds is a masterpiece. is. Morrison was a journalist, an adventurer, a doctor, and a political adviser to the Presidential Office Building of the Republic of China. He said that he was collecting a huge number of books while sometimes borrowing money. It seems that there was also a private library at his home, which was reproduced and exhibited at the Toyo Bunko Museum. That is the “Morison Library”.

As I learned for the first time, there are 54 different countries in which they were published and released. It seems that he was collecting the various translated “Toho Memoirs”. Thanks to that, Japan has become a world-famous and longing country as Zipangu, a golden country, but the Toho Memoirs seems to be a book with a deep meaning in the history of printing technology. I’m also curious about that.

It is not on display this time, but when it is on display, I would like to see the “Toho Memoirs” of each country someday.

Well, I got to know this Toyo Bunko Museum on Instagram, but that is also because the exterior as well as the interior has a reputation for beauty. Designed by Mitsubishi Jisho Sekkei, the building has won the 2013 Good Design Award and also has a museum cafe. Furthermore, it is said that shooting is free. みなさま、こんにちは。スタッフｍです。

先日、ついに趣味のゴスペルチームがライブに出演いたしました。

今日は、その様子を書かせていただきます。

神奈川県の某所にて、先日、あるライブがありまして、そこに私たちのゴスペルチームも参加させていただきました。

もともと、そのライブに出演することが目的で練習してきた私たちは、１カ月という短期間に全力を注いで歌ってきました。

それまでzoomでしか練習できなかったのですが、やっと前日リハーサルと当日のリハーサルで本当の意味の声を合わせて歌う「合唱」をすることができました。

前日リハーサルの一発目。

みんな、やっと会えたね、という気持ちで歌ったからか、鳥肌が立つほど感動しました。

今までバラバラで練習してきたのに、こんなにもまとまるのか、と驚きましたし、３層のハーモニーが心地よくて、これまでのたくさんの練習時間が報われたと思う瞬間でした。

それでも、細かく見ていくと課題がまだまだありました。

そこで、リハーサルの１時間でそれを何度も合わせながら、改善していきました。

そしていよいよ本番。

それまでの出演者さんたちのわくわく感や会場の雰囲気の温かさから、緊張感よりも楽しみたい感覚の方が強くなりました。

それは私だけでなく、ゴスペルメンバーも一緒だったと思います。

ピアノ伴奏が始まると、自然と体が動き、顔も笑顔になっていき、普段以上の声も出てきます。

そしてソロが盛り上がると、コーラスも盛り上がり、相乗効果で舞台全体がヒートアップしてきます。

すると、聴いてくれる方たちにもその熱が伝わり、手拍子で一体感が生まれます。

会場全体が一つになる感覚でした。

自分自身のことを言うと、本番が一番楽しく、いい意味で何も考えずに歌えました。

それまでは、コーラスの音やリズムが合っているか、ソロの入り方など、色々なことに意識を注いでいたので、自分のことは後回しでした。

でも、本番ではメンバーの各自の力を信じ、私は私のことに集中しました。

そして、音を外したらどうしよう、なんて好からぬことは考えず、とにかく楽しく歌うことだけをイメージして歌いました。

それが功を奏したのか、本当に楽しくて、一瞬で終わってしまったな、という感覚でした。

舞台が終わった後は心地よい疲労感と、やりきった爽快感でいっぱいでした。

参加してくれたメンバーからは「来年もやりたい！」という声がたくさん届き、また観客で見ていてくれた方からは「次は参加したい」という声もチラホラ聞こえてきました。

私の中でも課題が見つかったので、それを克服しつつ、来年にむけて楽しく動き出そうと思います。

何週にも渡り、綴ってきた私の趣味のお話。

The other day, my hobby gospel team finally performed live.

Today, I will write about the situation.

There was a live concert the other day at a certain place in Kanagawa prefecture, and our gospel team also participated in it.

Originally, we practiced for the purpose of appearing in the live, and we sang with all our might in a short period of one month.

Until then, I could only practice at zoom, but at last I was able to sing a “chorus” with the true voice in the rehearsal the day before and the rehearsal on the day.

I was so impressed that I got goosebumps, probably because everyone sang with the feeling that I could finally meet them.

I was surprised at how well it was organized even though I had practiced separately until now, and it was a moment when I thought that the harmony of the three layers was comfortable and the many practice times so far were rewarded.

Still, when I looked closely, there were still issues.

So, I improved it by adjusting it many times in one hour of rehearsal.

And finally the production.

Due to the excitement of the performers and the warmth of the atmosphere at the venue, the feeling of wanting to enjoy became stronger than the feeling of tension.

I think it was with me as well as the gospel members.

When the piano accompaniment begins, the body moves naturally, the face smiles, and more voice than usual comes out.

And when the solo gets excited, the chorus also gets excited, and the whole stage heats up due to the synergistic effect.

Then, the heat is transmitted to the listeners, and a sense of unity is created by clapping their hands.

It was a feeling that the entire venue became one.

As for myself, the performance was the most fun and I could sing without thinking in a good way.

Until then, I was conscious of various things such as whether the chorus sounds and rhythms matched, how to enter the solo, etc., so I was put off.

But in production, I believed in the power of each member and I focused on me.

And I didn’t think what to do if I removed the sound, I just imagined singing happily.

I felt that it worked, it was really fun, and it ended in an instant.

After the stage was over, I was filled with a feeling of comfortable fatigue and a feeling of exhilaration.

Many members who participated said “I want to do it again next year!”, And some people who watched it in the audience said “I want to participate next time”.

I found a problem in myself, so I will overcome it and start moving happily toward next year.

The story of my hobby that I have spelled out for weeks.

皆さま、こんにちは。

最近ふと気づいたのですが、いつも香ってくる金木犀の香りがなくなっていました。

金木犀の木を見上げてみると、もう花が散っていました。早いですね。

短い間でしたが、金木犀の香りを浴びながら過ごし、少しだけリラックスすることができました。

個人的には金木犀の香りが好きなので、もう散ってしまって残念ですが、短いからこそ恋しくなるんですかね。

金木犀の香りの香水やお香、ハンドクリームなどが季節の商品として店頭に置かれているところは見たことはありますが、買ったことはありません。本当に金木犀の香りが好きでたまらない人はきっと購入されるのでしょう。

ですが本物には敵わないような気もします…。

歩いている時に予期せずふわっと香ってくる甘い香り…まるで美味しいパン屋さんの前を通った時に美味しそうな匂いがする現象と同じですね。

ですが、好き嫌いは別れるものでこの金木犀の甘い香りが嫌いな方もいらっしゃるようですね。

この甘い香りで気持ち悪くなったり、頭痛がする方も…。多くはトイレの香りみたいで嫌いと思う方々ですかね？

わたしはトイレ？？？と思うのですが、昔は今のように下水道が整備されておらずトイレが悪臭を放っていたようで、その臭いを消すために強い香りの金木犀が実際に使われていたそうです。

１９７０年代から１９９０年代前半まで金木犀が主流で「トイレの香り=金木犀の香り」になっていました。

正直、このイメージが定着してしまっている人は金木犀の香りがしたらトイレを思い出してしまうのでなんとも言えないですよね…。

他にも金木犀の香りを好まないのが昆虫です。

金木犀の香りに含まれる「γ-デカラクトン」という成分が昆虫を寄せ付けないようにするようです。アブラハムやダニ類、モンシロチョウなどを寄せ付けないことが分かっているのですが、唯一ホソヒラタアブというアブだけはこの香りの成分を好むそうです。

ちなみにγ-デカラクトンは甘いモモの香り成分で、ベリー類や乳製品などに含まれている成分だそうです。

また、金木犀を使った桂花茶というお茶もあるそうです。金木犀の香りを楽しみながら、金木犀に含まれる「オレキシン」という成分で食欲を抑えることが出来るかもしれませんね。

その他にも金木犀の花が入った金木犀ジャムや、料理に金木犀の花びらをまぜて和食などに甘味として加える方法もあるそうです。でも、金木犀の香りが嫌いな人（トイレを思い出してしまう人）からしたらとんでもないことですよね…。

そして、金木犀は中国原産の木なのですが、中国では金木犀を白ワインに着けて熟成させた桂花陳酒というお酒が有名です。

このお酒は世界三大美女と言われている楊貴妃が好んで飲んでいたという言い伝えがあることから、美容にいい、アンチエイジングの効果が期待できるなどと言われているそうです。

実際のところどうかは分かりませんが…。

楊貴妃になってみたい方は、試してみてはどうでしょうか？

今年は金木犀が早く咲き、早く終わってしまったように感じます。

少し名残惜しいのですがまた来年忘れた頃にきっと香ってくるのでしょう。楽しみです。

Personally, I like the scent of Kanagi sashimi, so it’s a pity that it’s already scattered, but I wonder if it’s because it’s short that I miss it.

I’ve seen perfumes, incense, and hand creams with the scent of Kanagi sardines placed in stores as seasonal products, but I’ve never bought them. If you really like the scent of Kanagi, you will surely buy it.

However, I feel that it is not comparable to the real thing …

A sweet scent that unexpectedly scents when you are walking … It’s the same phenomenon that you smell delicious when you pass in front of a delicious bakery.

However, it seems that some people dislike the sweet scent of Kanagi-sai because their likes and dislikes are different.

For those who feel uncomfortable or have a headache with this sweet scent. Many people don’t like the scent of the toilet, right?

Am I a toilet? ?? ?? I think that, in the old days, the sewerage system was not maintained and the toilet seemed to give off a foul odor, and it seems that a strong scented Kanagi sardine was actually used to eliminate the odor.

From the 1970s to the first half of the 1990s, Kanagi scent was the mainstream and became “toilet scent = Kanagi scent”.

To be honest, people who have established this image will remember the toilet when they smell the scent of Kanagi, so I can’t say anything.

Insects also do not like the scent of Kanagi.

It seems that the component “γ-decalactone” contained in the scent of Kanagi sardine keeps insects away. It is known that Abraham, mites, and cabbage white butterflies are repelled, but it seems that only the marmalade hoverfly, Abu, prefers this scent component.

By the way, γ-decalactone is a sweet peach scent component, which is contained in berries and dairy products.

There is also a tea called Keikacha, which uses Kanagi sashimi. While enjoying the scent of Kanagi-sai, you may be able to suppress your appetite with the ingredient “Olexin” contained in Kanagi-sai.

In addition, there is also a method of adding Kinmokusei jam containing Kinmokusei flowers and adding Kinmokusei petals to Japanese food as a sweetness. But for those who don’t like the scent of Kanagi (people who remember the toilet), it’s ridiculous …

Kanagi-sai is a tree native to China, but in China, a liquor called Keika Chenshu, which is made by aging Kanagi-sai in white wine, is famous.

There is a legend that Yang Guifei, who is said to be one of the three beauties of the world, liked this sake, so it is said that it is good for beauty and can be expected to have anti-aging effects.

I feel that Kanagi 犀 bloomed early this year and ended early.

It’s a little regrettable, but I’m sure it will smell when I forget it next year. I’m looking forward to it.
