急に暖かくなり、毎年この時期は何着ていたのだろうと悩ましい時期。しかし、このところの日差しや紫外線のせいで、悩んでいる間もなく半袖が登場する気がしてならないのですが、少し悩ましい季節になってまいりました。

そんな名古屋は本日も穏やかな日和。

先ほど少し名古屋市内の桜の名所、山崎川付近を通りかかりました。蕾は固く開花はもう少しといったところでしょうか。

他県の方はわかりにくいかと思いますので、少し補足いたしますと、

こちらの山崎川は平和公園近くから名古屋港まで流れる川でして、その途中の石川橋～新瑞橋付近（約2.5キロ）までが、「さくらの名所100選」に選定された、全国的にも有名な桜の名所。この約2.5キロの両岸には、約600本のソメイヨシノの並木が続いていて満開ともなりますと、川に降り注ぐような桜が、本当にキレイに続きます。

上流の石川橋方面は新しい桜並木が続いており、木はやや小ぶりですが、統一感のある美しい景色が楽しめ、中流のかなえこはし周辺は、鼎小橋（かなえこはし）という木造の橋が架かるエリアは、桜とのコントラストが美しい場所。この付近は例年ですとライトアップが観られるのですが、２０２１年は中止となっておりました。今年のお花見の情報はどうなるのか気になります。そして、下流（新瑞橋方面）は、川が大きく曲がっていくので、眺めの良い桜並木が美しい場所であります。

閑静な住宅街を流れる山崎川のそれぞれの場所でみられる美しい風景、たまたま立ち寄ったのですが、今年こそはなんちゃってブロガーとしてどこか桜の名所と言われる場所になんとしてもリポートしたいと思っておりましたので、こちらも候補にあげておくことといたしましょう。

そんな山崎川付近、住宅街ということもあり、ご近所のジョガーやワンちゃんの散歩などをされてたり、お話してたり、普段は普通に生活している方の憩いの川。

桜はまだまだですが本日もいつもの平和な風景ではありましたが、桜が咲くとこの人がたくさん訪れ、辺りは一変するのでしょう。ですがそんな中、例えば人の少ない早朝にジョギングやお散歩をして満開の桜の中を独り占めして通り過ぎたりして、そんな想像をいたしますと、なんと羨ましく思えてまいりました。

昨年はこのような状況下でありましたので、わたくしの生活圏内のいつメン桜がまあまあ登場いたしておりました。ですが、今年はいつもの違った皆さまにあっと驚く桜のリポートをしたいと密かに計画を企てておりまして、そんな中、山崎川という候補が急浮上。他にも、あっ！と驚くリポートを企んでいるのですが、如何せん私のリサーチだけは限界がございますので、皆さまのどこかおススメなどございましたらお知らせくださいませ。

山崎川の報告はもう少し後になると思いますが、またご報告いたしますので桜の写真少しお待ちください。

This Yamasaki River is a river that flows from near Peace Park to Nagoya Port, and the area from Ishikawabashi to Shinmizubashi (about 2.5 km) on the way is selected as one of the “100 Cherry Blossom Spots” nationwide. Also famous for cherry blossoms. About 600 Yoshino cherry trees line up on both banks of about 2.5 km, and when it is in full bloom, the cherry blossoms that fall on the river really continue to be beautiful.

There are new rows of cherry blossom trees in the upstream direction of Ishikawabashi, and although the trees are a little small, you can enjoy a beautiful view with a sense of unity. The area where the bridge is built is a place where the contrast with the cherry blossoms is beautiful. The area around here is usually lit up, but it was canceled in 2021. I am wondering what will happen to this year’s cherry blossom viewing information. And downstream (toward Shinmizubashi), the river bends a lot, so it is a beautiful place with a row of cherry blossom trees with a good view.

I happened to stop by the beautiful scenery seen in each place of the Yamasaki River flowing through a quiet residential area, but this year I would like to report to a place that is said to be a famous place for cherry blossoms as a blogger. I’ve been there, so let’s give this as a candidate as well.

Because it is a residential area near the Yamasaki River, it is a relaxing river for people who usually live normally, such as walking and talking with joggers and dogs in the neighborhood.

The cherry blossoms are still alive, but today was the usual peaceful landscape, but when the cherry blossoms bloom, many people will visit and the area will change completely. However, in the meantime, for example, I was envious of the imagination of jogging or taking a walk in the early morning when there were few people and occupying the cherry blossoms in full bloom.

Last year, we were in such a situation, so when men’s cherry blossoms in my living area appeared reasonably well. However, this year, I was secretly planning to report on the amazing cherry blossoms to different people, and in the meantime, a candidate named Yamasaki River suddenly emerged. Besides, oh! I am planning a surprising report, but my research is limited, so please let me know if you have any recommendations.

2日連続、激しい雨音に起こされてしまい少し寝不足気味でして…特に日中は日差しが暖かいのでウトウトしてしまいますが、お店の看板猫（奥村　土牛作　シャム猫）に見張られているので少しでも眠ってしまったときには、あの真ん丸なおめめで怒られてしまいそうです。

余談はさておき、以前スタッフⅯのブログで皆さまに東郷青児の作品についてご質問させていただきました。（まだ読んでいない方は３月７日「絵画の魅力を知る」を読んでみてください。）

また今度のブログでお伝えさせていただきます！と言ったからには、今回のブログでは東郷青児の生い立ちなどを交えながらお話させていただこうと思います。

東郷青児は日本の洋画家で、本名は東郷鉄春。夢見るような甘い女性像が人気を博し、本や雑誌、包装紙などに多数使われ、昭和の美人画家として戦後一世を風靡しました。

特に代表作の、19歳で描いた「パラソルさせる女」（1916年）は、初出品にして二科賞を受賞し、日本美術界で最初期の前衛絵画とみなされています。

24歳から7年にわたるフランス滞在では、ピカソから独自のスタイルを貫く姿勢を学び、西洋絵画の伝統技法を研究するほか、仕事を通じて装飾やデザインも習得しました。

この時代には、まだ海外が日本人にとって身近でなかったはずですが、さすが東郷青児！！

帰国後、東郷はモダンな女性の新しい理想像を生み出し、壁画や挿絵などに多彩な仕事を残しています。

個人的に東郷青児の作品でお気に入りが「ピエロ」という作品なのですが、1926年に制作され淡い色調でゆったりと描かれ、薄い赤茶色のピエロ服を着て、どっしりと椅子に腰かけた休憩中のような雰囲気。（いや、疲れきっているようにも見えたり…）

大きな体格をゆったりカーブで描いて、力強さと余裕を感じさせ顔は暗くて人ではないような大きくとがった鼻が印象的です。

ただこの絵は、ピカソの「腕を組んで座るサルタンバンク」に似ているとも言われています。

きっと東郷にとってピカソは憧れの存在で、とても影響していたのでしょう。

このように作家の生い立ちや、作品について調べることは、やっぱり終わりがないですね。

調べれば、調べるほど、どんどん奥深くなっていき、その当時の描写が浮かびます。

また様々な作品によって、世界中を旅しているような気持ちにもなります。

ぜひ皆さまも、一度、絵画と世界を旅してみるのはいかがでしょうか。

Seiji Togo is a Japanese Western-style painter whose real name is Seiji Togo. The dreamy and sweet image of a woman became popular, and was used in many books, magazines, wrapping paper, etc.

In particular, his masterpiece, “Woman Who Makes Parasol” (1916), drawn at the age of 19, won the Nikka Award for the first time and is regarded as the earliest avant-garde painting in the Japanese art world.

During his stay in France from the age of 24 to 7 years, he learned from Picasso his unique style, studied traditional techniques of Western painting, and learned decoration and design through his work.

At this time, foreign countries should not have been familiar to Japanese people yet, but Seiji Togo! !!

After returning to Japan, Togo created a new ideal image of a modern woman and left a variety of work in mural painting and illustrations. Personally, my favorite work by Seiji Togo is “Clown”, but it was made in 1926 and is drawn loosely in pale colors. Atmosphere like. (No, it looks like I’m exhausted …)

The big physique is drawn with a loose curve, and the face is dark and the big pointed nose that is not a person is impressive. However, this painting is said to be similar to Picasso’s “Sartan Bank sitting with his arms crossed”. I’m sure Picasso was a longing for Togo and had a great influence on him.

いよいよ春本番！のような暖かいお天気の土日は、皆さまお出かけされた方も多かったのではないでしょうか。

私もお散歩がてら、東山植物園に行ってまいりました。実は昨年から登山や、お散歩にハマっておりまして、中でも東山植物園は歩きやすく、そして何より季節の美しいお花たちがたくさん咲いていて良いコースなのです。

昨年、2回ほど東山植物園に行き、行くたびに年パスを買おうか悩んでいたのですが、これからどんどん暖かくなり、桜まつりや、ナイトズーなどの楽しみも増えてくるだろう…と考えついに今回、年パスを買ってしまいました。

といっても、こちらの年間パスポートは、東山植物園と動物園どちらも利用でき、2,000円で買えて通常の入場料が500円なので4回行ってしまえば、もう元が取れるのです！！

現在の植物園は梅が既に散りつつあり、桜の蕾たちが今か今かと咲き誇る準備をしており、少し寂しい風景だったのですが…

それでも今がタイミングとでも言いたそうな「ミツマタ」が綺麗に咲いていて、とても美しかったです。

ミツマタは、古くから和紙の原料として利用され、春早くにポンポンのような花が枝の先に咲き、その後に同じ場所から3本の枝が伸びます。そのため、ミツマタの枝は常に3本セットで先端が3つに枝分かれしています。この独特な枝ぶりから「ミツマタ」の名がついたと言われています。

とても愛らしくて可愛いですよね。

このお花の特徴どこかで見たことあるなぁと思っていたのですが、よくよく調べてみるとミツマタはジンチョウゲの科のミツマタ属に属するそうです。

どおりで、実は私の実家にジンチョウゲが咲いていて、ちょうど今満開に美しい花を咲かせているんです。

それがまたこの子も、ものすごい存在感で、梔子、金木犀と並んで三大香木と呼ばれていて、上品な甘い香りがします。そして見た目も華やかで、鮮やかな紅白色の花が縁起が良い感じがします。

やはり、お花の香りは心を落ち着かせてくれる効果がありますよね。見ているのも飽きないですし。やっぱり春って良いですね。

Even so, “Mitsumata”, which seems to be the timing now, is in full bloom and it was very beautiful.

Mitsumata has been used as a raw material for Japanese paper for a long time, and in early spring, flowers like pompoms bloom at the tips of the branches, and then three branches grow from the same place. Therefore, the branch of Mitsumata is always a set of three and the tip is branched into three, and it is said that the name “Mitsumata” was given because of its unique branching.

Characteristics of this flower I thought that I had seen it somewhere, but upon closer examination, it seems that Mitsumata belongs to the genus Edgeworthia in the family Daphne odora.

As you can see, Daphne odora is actually blooming in my parents’ house, and it is in full bloom right now.

This child also has a tremendous presence, and is called the three major fragrance trees along with gardenia and Kanagi 犀, and has an elegant sweet scent.

And it looks gorgeous, and the bright red and white flowers feel auspicious. After all, the scent of flowers has the effect of calming the mind. I never get tired of watching it. After all spring is good.

先日、まだ訪れてたことのなかった三重県菰野町のアクアイグニスへ行って参りました。

ご存じない方に少しお伝えいたしますと、アクアイグニスは三重県菰野町に2017年に誕生した『癒し』と『食』をテーマにした複合温泉リゾート施設でございます。敷地面積約49,000㎡(14,848坪)の中に、都内でも有名なパティシエやシェフが一斉にスイーツや石窯パン・イタリアン・和食などのお店を出店。地元の食材なども生かした食事などが楽しめたり、源泉100％掛け流しの片岡温泉・宿泊棟・離れ宿・そしていちごハウス等が集結し、日帰りでもご宿泊でも存分に楽しめるスポットとなっております。そして背後には鈴鹿山系が聳え、その雄しい山々を望みながらのドライブにて訪れるというなんとも、アクセスまでのロケーションも充実したリゾート施設であります。

そんなアクアイグニス、タイミングが合わず行く機会を逸していたのですが、ふと温泉に行ってみたいと趣味のドライブを兼ねてふらりと訪れてみましたが、そちらのアクアイグニス内にございます片岡温泉がですね…大変良かったです。

熱湯の湯気がちょっと苦手なわたくしは、どちらかというと半身浴でゆっくりと入りたい派。そんなゆっくりと半身浴したい方には丁度良いお湯でありました。

お湯は地下1200ｍより湯口で丁度42℃前後の源泉を毎分780ℓ、加水・加温・循環せずにシャワーも含め贅沢にかけ流し。泉質であるアルカリ性単純温泉により美肌効果ありだそうです。たしかに、肌がスベスベでした。

それもそのはず、科学的にも不要な角質をとり“ツルツル肌”をつくる効果や毛穴の汚れをとったりメラニンを分解したりすることによる“美肌効果”が認められているそうです。

そんな理想的なお湯ではあるのですが、入る前に「最近、長湯のため倒れるお客様がおりますので、長湯にご注意ください。」との注意書きが目に留まりました。泉質・温度共に私の理想的なお湯のせいでしょうか、この私でさえ快適が過ぎて長く浸っておりましたので、温泉にいかれる方はくれぐれもご注意を笑。

とまあ目的は温泉へ行くことだったのですが、ここ菰野町はですね、そう、みんな持ってる土鍋の名産地であります。そう、萬古焼です。

萬古焼は、現在三重県四日市市と菰野町を中心に生産されている焼き物でございまして、萬古焼には細かくさまざまな名称があるのですが、なかでも「四日市萬古焼」は、1979年に国の伝統工芸品に指定されます。

その特徴とは、まず分類として「半磁器」に分けられる点。半磁器の萬古焼は、非常に硬く丈夫で耐水性が高いのも大きな特徴といえるでしょう。また萬古焼は、釉薬を使用しません。つまり、素材そのものの色を活かした器作りをしているという特徴があります。その色味は、紫色（小豆色）をしており、紫泥焼きと呼ばれることも。

その萬古焼の歴史は、江戸時代中期に桑名の豪商・茶人であった沼波弄山（ぬなみろうざん）が始めたとのこと。この頃の沼波家は「萬古屋」という陶器の廻船問屋を営んでおり、弄山は幼少期から茶道に触れ、商人と茶人という二つの顔を持っていたようであります。

そんな弄山、茶道の趣味が高じて朝日町小向に開窯したことが始まりだったようでして、非常に教養のある人物であり、京焼の技法を元にさまざまな作品を作り出します。

弄山が亡くなり萬古焼は一時中断しましたが、江戸時代後期になり森有節が復活させております。それは、古萬古の雰囲気を再現した焼き物でしたが、だんだんと独自の表現を見出し、やがて流行。煎茶が流行しつつあったのはこの時期でもあり、有節は煎茶急須を研究し木型による急須を誕生させます。

この急須は非常に薄い作りであり、内側に龍の陰刻がされた急須でして、さらにピンク色の釉薬の開発や華やかな色絵が施された急須は西洋でも評判になり、明治時代にはパリ万博や京都博覧会などへ出品され、多くの賞を受賞し高い評価を受けたようです。

その頃桑名周辺地域では「桑名萬古」と呼ばれる有節萬古に似た焼き物が多くつくられますが、これは明治維新後、商業の中心地となった四日市で作られる萬古焼に吸収されていくことになります。

そして現代に残る「四日市萬古」は山中忠左衛門が、水害の被害を受けた地区住民の救済のために窯をつくったことが始まりとのこと。それから四日市萬古は、どんどん産業として発展しますが明治時代中期になると原料の白土が採れなくなり停滞していきます。そこで赤土を使ったろくろ引きの紫泥急須が生み出され、四日市萬古焼の主力製品となっていきます。

そんな紆余曲折を経て、1978年四日市萬古焼急須は、国から伝統的工芸品に指定に。同じく三重県で生産されます伊勢茶と萬古焼急須との組み合わせは抜群でして、萬古焼の生産地域の周りはお茶畑も広がっており、同じ土では育まれたもの同士相性も抜群といったところでしょうか。

また1911年には、水谷寅次郎が磁器土と陶土を合わせた半磁器の開発に成功。下絵付けの発色が良く土の温かみが感じられ、さらに大物をつくることができるこの半磁器は、開発した翌年に大正時代となったことを記念し「大正焼」と名付けられますが、半磁器の開発により萬古焼の器は全国的に需要が増え、有数の陶磁器産地になり、昭和後期に入ると、耐熱性を上げる技術も進み、そこでできた土鍋は国内生産量日本一になっていきます。

そう、それが皆様ご存じの土鍋であります。現在では、国内のシェア80～90％近くを占めているほどですので、萬古焼を確かめたい方はすぐにご家庭のキッチンへ向かってください笑。

萬古焼を含め、焼き物もこうして紆余曲折を経て生き延びているのかと思いますと、土鍋や急須として現代に生き残っている姿がだんだん進化の最先端に見えてきてきました。

とまぁ、萬古焼のことを少しご理解いただけたと思いますが、肝心の萬古焼、どんな焼き物かと申しますと特別な装飾や技法など特に決まった型のものはございません。「萬古の印があることがいちばんの特徴」と言われるほど形や色はさまざまで、自由な発想のもと、ものづくりが行われている焼き物です。成形方法もさまざまで、水ゴテ・排泥鋳込み・型萬古などたくさんあり、焼成も土の種類によって焼き方を変えています。

店舗にも明治～大正時代の萬古焼がございますが、自由さが特徴の萬古焼と申し上げた通り、こちらの中皿もいたって自由なデザイン。もちろんお皿の裏には、ちゃんと「萬古」が入っております。

そしてこちらのお皿、明治～大正時代ということですから現代の萬古焼の進化途中でありましょうか。このお皿ができた頃、ここから土鍋や急須に進化し、日本中のキッチンに鎮座することとなろうとは、まだ知る由もございませんね笑。

I missed the opportunity to go to Aqua Ignis because of the timing, but I suddenly wanted to go to a hot spring, so I visited it as a hobby drive, but Kataoka Onsen in that Aqua Ignis. But … it was very good.

I’m not good at steaming hot water, but I’d rather take a half-body bath and take a leisurely bath. It was just the right hot water for those who want to take a half-body bath slowly.

Hot water is 780 liters per minute from a source of just around 42 ° C at the sprue from 1200 m underground, and it is luxuriously poured including a shower without adding water, heating, or circulating. It is said that the alkaline simple hot spring, which is a spring quality, has a beautiful skin effect. Certainly, my skin was smooth.

That should be the case, and it seems that the effect of removing dead skin cells that are scientifically unnecessary to create “smooth skin” and the “skin-beautifying effect” of removing dirt from pores and decomposing melanin are recognized.

It is such an ideal hot water, but before I entered it, I noticed a note saying, “Recently, some customers have fallen down because of the long hot water, so please be careful about the long hot water.” Perhaps it’s because of my ideal hot spring quality and temperature, even I was so comfortable that I was soaked for a long time, so please be careful if you go to the hot springs.

Well, the purpose was to go to a hot spring, but here in Komono-cho, yes, it’s a famous clay pot production area that everyone has. Yes, it’s Banko ware.

Banko ware is currently produced mainly in Yokkaichi City and Komono Town, Mie Prefecture, and there are various detailed names for Banko ware. Among them, “Yokkaichi Banko ware” was created in 1979. It is designated as a national traditional craft.

The characteristic of Banko ware is that it can be classified into “semi-porcelain”. Banko ware made of semi-porcelain is extremely hard, durable and highly water resistant. Banko ware does not use glaze.
In other words, it has the characteristic of making vessels that make use of the color of the material itself.
Its color is purple (reddish color), and it is also called purple mud grilled.

いやぁ、このところ急に暖かくなり、人や車などの動きがどことなく騒がしくなったような、街中が動き出したような気が致します。古美術風光舎名古屋店前の姫池通も今朝からなにやら渋滞であります。この陽気、じっとはしていられないぞ。

それがですね今朝方見つけてしまいした。今季最速の散りゆく桜を。もちろん何桜のなのか名前もわかりませんが、早咲きにもほどがありますね…。

その桜を発見致しましたのは古美術風光舎名古屋店のご近所、上野天満宮付近にございます「水の小径」の一角。

以前からよく通り抜けはしておりましたが、その意味も知らず素敵な径だなとふらふら通り抜けておりました。どことなく緩やかにカーブをした小径にところどころ休憩するスペースや、モクレン、ユキヤナギ、ボケ、梅、桜、サルスベリなどなど馴染みのある植栽を配しており、逆にいかにもといった感じはございません。どこかのお庭を通り抜けているかのような小径でして、すっかり住宅地に大変馴染んでおり、ご近所の方のまさにお散歩コースでありましょう。

その植栽の一つの桜が、早くも舞い散った花びらにて道路に花柄を描いていたのですが、散りゆく桜をみてしまうと「ちょっとまってくれ」と、桜好き日本人のDNAがそうさせるのか焦って写真におさめてしまいました。待て。桜の開花はまだまだこれからですので、焦ってはなりませんね。

そんな水の小径、よくよく調べますと（手前みそではございますが）美味しいと評判の名古屋の水道水にとって大切な役割を果たしております。

実はこの小径、名古屋市の緑道整備計画のひとつとして、守山区のあります鍋屋浄水場水源から古美術風光舎名古屋店の歩いて３分の至近にございます東山浄水場にいたるまでの大きな上水道の上を小径とし、それを人工の川にみたてて再現されております。北端にはダムの模型を配した水源広場を、南端の浄水場には浄水場を模した広場を設け、この二つの間を木曽川に見立てた小径にしているとのことでして、どうりで緩やかなカーブに植栽もどことなく意識的にしておるなと思ったり。

他にも公園には木曽川にある石を使用し、先ほど述べたように樹木も上・中・下流を区分して植栽するなど細かな配慮がされているようでして、通学路としても利用しており、近くの子供たちの水のふれあう遊び場、憩いの場所として活用されております。

こんな小径を通り抜けて学校へ通っているとは、ここで見つけた草花のことや友達とのやりとりの断片が、きっと彼らの幼少の頃の淡い思い出となっていることでしょうね。

とまあ、そんなことも知らずにふらふらと通り抜けていたのですが、どことなくわざわざ通り抜けたくなるのですが、でもさりげなく住宅街になじんでいたりと気になる小径ではあります。

そんなことも知らずにわざわざ通り抜ける私のような人がいるとしたら、この緑地計画は成功といえるのではないか。と、思いながら桜の花びらをよけながら小径を通り抜けていった今朝でありました。

これからしばらく、わたくしを含め春に浮足立ったスタッフメンバーからの春のニュースリレーが登場いたします。春を迎えるシーンや印象がこんなにも人様々なのかと、楽しみながら読んでみてくださいませ。本日はおとなしめの、でもちょっと気の早い桜のお話でした。

I discovered the cherry blossoms in a small corner of the “small diameter of water” near Ueno Temmangu, a neighborhood of the antique art Fukosha Nagoya store.

I used to go through it often, but I didn’t know what it meant and I was wandering through it because it had a nice diameter. There is a space for resting in a small diameter that curves gently, and familiar plants such as magnolia, spiraea, quince, plum, cherry blossom, and crape myrtle are arranged, and on the contrary, there is no feeling of anything. With a small diameter that makes you feel as if you are passing through a garden somewhere, you are completely familiar with the residential area, and it will be a true walking course for your neighbors.

One of the cherry blossoms in the plant was already drawing a floral pattern on the road with scattered petals, but when I saw the falling cherry blossoms, a Japanese person who loves cherry blossoms said, “Please wait a moment.” I was impatient to take a picture of it. wait. The cherry blossoms are still in the future, so don’t rush.

Actually, as one of the green road maintenance plans for this small diameter, Nagoya City, there is a large water supply from the water source of the Nabeyaueno Water Purification Plant in Moriyama Ward to the Higashiyama Water Purification Plant, which is a 3-minute walk from the antique art Fukosha Nagoya store. 三寒四温の季節柄、日に日に寒さも和らいできました。

今週末は各地で20℃前後でとても暖かくお散歩日和になりそうですね。

この季節、花粉が非常に多くなります..幸い、私は花粉症ではありませんが、日本人の4人に1人は罹患しているといわれる花粉症はくしゃみや鼻水などの症状で、仕事や生活にも影響を及ぼすそのひどさは、もはや国民病ですよね。

先日、とある韓国人のお友達に花粉症ひどい方？と質問すると、花粉症って何？と言われました。

え？？

花粉症…「季節的はアレルギー性鼻炎？」と伝えると、韓国には”花粉症”なんてないと言われてしまいました。

花粉症のない国なんてあるのか！？と不思議に思いましたが、調べてみると韓国以外にも、東南アジアや、ハワイ、グアムなども花粉症はないようです。

もしかしたらアレルギー性鼻炎？という名の何かがあるかもしれないので、絶対にない！とは言い切れないかもしれませんが・・・

ただ韓国の場合は、花粉症ではなく「黄砂（PM2.5）」がひどいようで、前が見えなくなってしまうぐらい、都心一体が霞んでしまうときもあるそうです。

そのため、大気の状況がひと目でわかるアプリなどがあり、具体的にはPM2.5の指数がどれくらいなどと表記してあり、何よりパッとアプリを開いた瞬間に顔のマークで視覚的わかりやすく作られています。マークは１良い、２良好、３普通、４悪い、５相当悪い、６すごく悪いと分けられてあり、すごく悪い場合は顔マークが悪魔のイラストになっているんです。

もちろん日本も大気汚染の問題は他人事ではないので、花粉症に加えて気を付けなければいけないですが…せっかく暖かくなってきましたし、たくさんの色とりどりの花が咲く姿を眺め、優しい気持ちで春の訪れを感じてみたいと思います！

先ほどお仕事で外をまわっておりましたら、先週残念がっていました梅の開花をそこかしこで発見してまいりました。やっと拝見することができましたよ、私の理想の梅の画が。

そんな中、先ほど通り過ぎましたとある和風の邸宅の玄関引き戸の脇に目が留まりました。ピンク色の可愛らしい梅が木塀の外に枝を伸ばしており、木塀がまるで襖絵の背景かのごとく、そしてその襖絵に梅の花やあの節くれた枝が見事に描かれているかのようで、大変美しい一画でありました。

その襖絵を少し楽しませてもらおうと、そのお宅をゆっくり通り抜けましたら、なんと梅の香りまでもがほんのりと一緒についてきてくれ、「ああ、これこれ」と理想の梅の画を堪能致しました。そちらのお宅の方、誠にありがとうございました。

そんな梅をそこかしこで堪能したおりましたら、やはり早咲きのさくらにも遭遇。いよいよ、春のお花リレーの始まりでしょうか、これは忙しい季節になってまいりましたよ。

そして我が古美術風光舎の店内も、春を追っかけるべくお雛様から春の画となっております。

「幼女」　　　　　石渡風古作

石渡風古は神奈川県生、河合玉堂に師事し人物画を得意とした明治ー昭和(1891～1961)の日本画家。そんな風古作のこの作品、風古の得意ないえいえ大好きな要素をぎゅっと詰め込んだ作品だなといつも眺めております。ひらひら舞い散る桜と、野に顔を出し始めた土筆、そして幼女と、幼女の着物、花びらに夢中になって放り出したお人形…どの要素もゆっくりとじっくりと目を留め、いつまでも眺めていたい作品ですね。

でですね、作品を眺めておりましたら、この掛軸の表装に目が留まりました。こちらの表装は作品と一体となるような淡いクリームの色に小花をちらしたような地の織柄。そうです、こちらの作品は掛軸。この作品が、掛軸であることを一瞬忘れておりましたが、逆にこの作品が額縁だったらどうかなと想像してしまったわけですよ。

作品を損なわない優しい額縁にするとしても、この柔らかさや空気感は出せるだろうかと脳内でいろいろな額縁を勝手にあてはめてみたり、はずしてみたり。ですが、この作品の柔らかい情景を表現するには、やはり掛軸かなと素人ながらなんとなく判断いたしました。ちょうど、この柔らかい表情の幼女に優しくお着物を着せてあげたくなる感覚に思えてきたからでしょうか。とにかく、優しく柔らかいお着物を着せたような画にしたいんですよ…と、勝手に表具師スタッフYは勝手に語る。

いずれにせよ作品をひきたてる表装ではありますが、昨今あまり掛軸を飾るところもないお宅も多いでしょうし、掛軸のイメージが若い方にはどうも敬遠されていることはわかります。しかし風古さんの作品を眺めておりますと、掛軸、一周廻ってありなんじゃないかなとも思えてまいりました。

それはこの作品の数ある優しい要素がある意味どの時代にもあてはまる普遍性のようなものからなのかわかりませんが、この作品は掛軸であってほしなと思いましたし、掛軸がいいなとも思いました。

普段、掛軸に馴染みのない皆さま、皆さまのお宅の掛軸もございましたら、今一度見直してみてくださいませ。「一周廻ってあり」がみつかるかもしれませんよ。

Fuko Ishiwatari is a Japanese painter from the Meiji-Showa period (1891-1961) who was a student in Kanagawa prefecture and studied under Kawai Tamado and was good at portraiture. I always see this work of Kosaku, which is not good at Kosaku, but is packed with my favorite elements. The fluttering cherry blossoms, the horsetail that has begun to appear in the field, the little girl, the little girl’s kimono, the doll that was thrown out crazy about the petals … Hey.

Well, when I was looking at the work, I noticed the hanging scroll. This decoration is a woven pattern of the ground that looks like florets scattered in a pale cream color that is integrated with the work. That’s right, this work is a hanging scroll. I forgot for a moment that this work was a hanging scroll, but on the contrary, I imagined that this work would be a picture frame.

Even if I make a gentle frame that does not spoil the work, I try to apply or remove various frames in my brain to see if I can get this softness and air feeling. However, in order to express the soft scene of this work, I somehow decided that it was a hanging scroll, even though I was an amateur. Maybe it’s because I feel like I want to gently put on a kimono for this soft-faced little girl. Anyway, I want to make the picture look like wearing a gentle and soft kimono …, says Zhuangbiao staff Y.

私は断然猫派でございます。

ペット市場では猫が犬を追い越し、空前の猫ブームだそうです。

そんな猫にちなんで、今回は私の大好きなお店をご紹介したいと思います。

なんと、本物の猫ちゃんもガラス越しに会うことができるのです。

グレーのシャルルさん、長毛の海さん、アメリカンカールのジッタさんが日替わりで登場致します。

私のお気に入りはシャルルさんです。お目目がまん丸で可愛らしいです。

運が良ければ頭の上のガラスを歩いたり、下から肉球を拝むこともできます。

気まぐれなので裏に引っ込んでしまう時もありますが。

猫さんの写真は撮れなかったので、次回機会があればこのブログにも載せたいと思います。

今回の展示は、３月恒例となりました「金子國義展」でございました。

新たに2作品を加えた展示だそうです。

金子 國義（かねこ くによし)は、埼玉県蕨市出身、１９３６年７月２３日生まれの日本の油彩画家でございます。

残念ながら、2015年3月16日午後、虚血性心不全のため東京都品川区の自宅で死去されています。

78歳でございました。

織物業を営む裕福な家庭の四人兄弟の末っ子として生まれました。蕨第一国民学校（現・蕨市立北小学校）入学した際は、図画工作に優れた子供だったそうです。

「麗しのサブリナ」を観て、コスチューム・ディレクター、エーデス・ヘッドによって、コスチューム・ファッションの魅力に開眼させられ、「ハーパース・バザー」、「ヴォーグ」誌などを買って読み、スタイル画に熱中致します。

ソニア・アロアのバレエ公演を観て憧れ、ひそかにバレエのレッスンに通いだしたそうです。

ミッションスクールの聖学院中学校・高等学校を経て、1959年、日本大学藝術学部デザイン学科入学した後は、歌舞伎舞台美術家の長坂元弘に師事し、舞台美術を経験致します。

大学卒業後、グラフィックデザイン会社でコマーシャル、エディトリアルデザインなどの仕事に従事すしますが、3ヶ月でクビになり、独学で油絵を描き始めます。

そして1966年、『O嬢の物語』の翻訳を行っていた澁澤龍彦の依頼で同作の挿絵を手がけることになります。

翌1967年、澁澤の紹介により銀座の青木画廊で個展「花咲く乙女たち」を開き画壇デビュー致しました。

世紀末的・デカダンスな雰囲気を漂わせる妖艶な女性の絵を得意とする個性的な画家でございます。

活動・表現領域は幅広いですが、一般には「富士見ロマン文庫」（富士見書房）、『ユリイカ』をはじめとする多くの書籍・雑誌の装幀画・挿絵を手がけたことで知られました。また、1998年には神保町に画廊「美術倶楽部ひぐらし」を開設致しました。

コシノジュンコとは、古くからの親交があり、のちに親友となった安井かずみを金子に紹介したのもコシノだそうです。

L’Arc〜en〜Cielのhydeとは、プライベートも含めて親交が深く、hydeからのラヴ・コールでソロ・アルバム「FAITH」のジャケットアートワークや、彼の好きなコウモリをモチーフにした浴衣のデザインをしたそうです。

十八代目中村勘三郎襲名に続き、六代目中村勘九郎襲名披露の口上の美術を手がけたことも有名です。

エロ・グロテスクな絵が多い印象の金子國義ですが、このお店では猫や不思議の国のアリスの絵が展示されておりました。

実は私、このお店に来るまで金子國義を存じ上げませんでした。

しかし、このエキゾチックな顔立ちと強烈な画風、一度見たら忘れられません。

毎月新しい作家さんの展示があるので勉強になります。

と言いつつ、メインは可愛い猫さんと期間限定メニューだったり致します。

作家さんとコラボした限定デザートが毎回とても凝っていて可愛いのです。

猫といえば、古美術風光舎にも奥村土牛の絵が置いてございます。

凛々しいお顔立ちとグラデーションのお体がなんとも美しい作品です。

先日金曜ロードショーで放送された「リメンバーミー」はご覧になりましたか？

私は初めて観たのですが、作中のカラフルな世界観がとても綺麗で色の組み合わせや死者の国の輝き方とか、色合いがすごく素敵でした。

実際に、この作品の舞台モデルとなったメキシコ・Guanajuato（グアナファト）は「世界で最もカラフルな街」として世界中で有名で、ビビットカラーの家々が立ち並び、「おとぎの国のよう」「おもちゃ箱をひっくり返したような街」とも言われているんです。

もっと詳しく、あのシーンが良かった！！などとお話したいところですが、ネタバレになってしまうといけないので、皆さま一度観てみてください。

今回、リメンバーミーを観た方はお気づきの方もいらっしゃるとは思いますが、作中で渡辺直美さんが日本語吹き替え版声優を務めました、物語の舞台となる「死者の国」で主人公・ミゲルが出会う芸術家フリーダ・カーロが出てきました。

彼女は「情熱の画家」と呼ばれ、鮮やかな自然や動物、濃く印象的な眉毛の自画像に見覚えのある方もいるのではないでしょうか。

また時代を切り拓いた革新的な女性の象徴として世界中の人々から愛される存在として知られていますよね。民族芸術の第一人者、セルフポートレイトの先駆者…画家として様々な顔を持つ彼女はまた、壮絶な人生を送った人物でもあります。

幼少の頃、交通事故で生死をさまよう大怪我を負い、３か月の間ベットでの生活を余儀なくされ、痛みと孤独に耐える毎日を送っていました。

私も初めてフリーダ・カーロの作品を見たとき、とても衝撃的だったことを覚えています。

ですが、その作品の背景や解説などを調べると、その作品の魅力にハマってしまいました。

ひとつの映画から、芸術を知り、また芸術家の生い立ちや背景をを知ると、気持ちが強く伝わってきて時間も忘れて調べ始めてしまいます..

さて、今週は全国的に卒業式のニュースを多く耳にしました。当店近くにも大学をはじめ学校が多数あります。お店の前を誇らしげな顔の学生さんや安堵の顔の親御さんがにこやかに歩いて行かれるのを目にしました。

ご卒業、ご卒園の皆さま、おめでとうございます。

卒業といえばお祝いを頂いたり,贈ったりされた方も多いかと思います。

ここ最近のお品事情が気になり調べてみました。なんと、というか、やはりというか。ランキング一位は万年筆・ボールペンでした。なるほど私も頂いたことも差し上げたこともあります。そして頂いた万年筆やボールペンの様相を割と覚えているものですね。この一位はかなりの年月守り抜かれていそうです。ボールペンは幼い時から日常的に馴染み深い文具です。ボールペンの歴史は1943年にハンガリーで生まれその二年後米軍兵士によって1945年に日本にお目見えとなりました。その時には米軍兵士のほとんどが所有していたとのことで、その普及のスピードに驚かされます。そして日本でも1949年オート社が初めて鉛筆型ボールペンのならびに証券用インクを開発し1964年には世界で初めて水性ボールペン開発し、その後今のように多種多様なボールペンが生まれてきました。

では万年筆はどうでしょうか。ご自分で購入されて使い始める方はどのくらいでしょう。贈られて初めて手にされるかたもかと思います。今この万年筆男女を問わず20代30代に愛好家が増えているそうで、SNSにも万年筆クラスタがあり、銀座の伊東屋は「万年筆の聖地」となっているそうです。

万年筆の歴史は953年にエジプトで生まれ、ヨーロッパに渡っていった。その後アメリカで1883年から多種多様な装飾を施された物が販売されるようになりました。日本では1911年セーラーで国産されるようになりました。

現在本当に素敵な万年筆もボールペンもたくさんあります。自分のものとしして選ぶ時はもちろん、贈り物を選ばれるにもワクワクだと思います。

I was curious about the recent product situation and tried to find out. I mean, after all. The first place in the ranking was a fountain pen and a ballpoint pen. I see, I have also received it.
