毎年恒例桜リレーバトン受け取りまして、本日も桜の話題からスタート。

風光舎近く（大体お店から徒歩１０分くらい）に桜の有名スポット「山崎川」がございます。

橋から眺める桜はもう絶景と言っても過言ではないくらいの美しさ、スタッフYもきっとお散歩がてら見に行かれたことでしょう。

 

写真を撮っていたら近くを通りかかった女性と少しお話したのですが、会話の最後に「いつもの散歩道で新しい素敵な出会いをさせてくれるのもこの桜のおかげ、この桜が咲き続けていたらきっと平和が続くね」とおっしゃっていて、こちらこそ素敵な言葉と素敵な出会いに感謝でした。

 

心温まる桜ストーリーはここまでにして、昨日とある番組を見ておりましたら豊橋市より手筒花火の生中継をしておりまして初めてしっかり見たのですが、ものすごい迫力で感動してしまいました。

もともと手筒花火は豊橋が発祥の地ということで、あまり詳しく知らなかったので同じ愛知県民として少し調べてみましたのでご紹介させていただきます。

 

 

直径１０ｃｍ、長さ約８０ｃｍの節を抜いた孟宗竹に縄を巻き締め、黒色火薬に鉄粉を加えた火薬を詰めて噴出する東三河地域独自の花火だそうです。揚げ手が筒を脇に抱えるように持ち、巨大な火柱を噴出させ、最後に「ハネ」と呼ばれる炎が大音響とともに足元に噴き出す勇壮な花火の迫力と美しさは圧巻です。

五穀豊穣、無病息災、悪疫退散、家運隆盛、武運長久を祈る奉納行事として豊橋市内の数多くの祭礼で揚げられています。そしてまたこの手筒花火は揚げ手が自ら竹の切り出しから火薬の仕込み、詰め込みまですべて行うことが特徴だそうです。

手筒花火の原型は、情報の伝達手段である「狼煙（のろし）」と言われていて、豊橋市内にあります吉田神社の古文書に「吉田天王社の祭礼花火に始まる」「永禄３年（１５６０年）、当時の吉田城城代により花火が始まった」とあり、かなり古い歴史を持ち、なかでも手筒花火は、吉田神社が発祥の地と言われています。

戦国時代に登場した花火は、江戸時代の元禄期以降庶民に広まったと言われ、この地域が盛んになったのは、ちょうど現在放送されている大河でもおなじみ”徳川家康”が三河衆に火薬の製造を任せたことが花火の発展につながったと言われているのだそう。

 

ちなみに１年を通して一番手筒花火が揚げられる月は１０月ということで、夏の暑さも落ち着き、快適に手筒花火を見ることができる１０月に一度生で見てみたいです！

I received the annual cherry blossom relay baton, and today I started with the topic of cherry blossoms.

There is a famous cherry blossom spot “Yamazaki River” near Fukousha (about 10 minutes on foot from the shop).The view of the cherry blossoms from the bridge is so beautiful that it is no exaggeration to say that it is a magnificent view.

 

When I was taking pictures, I had a little chat with a woman who was passing by. It will continue.” I was grateful for the wonderful words and the wonderful encounter.

 

So far with the heartwarming story of the cherry blossoms, yesterday I was watching a program where Tezutsu fireworks were being broadcast live from Toyohashi City. .

Originally, hand-held fireworks originated in Toyohashi, so I didn’t know much about them, so I did some research as a fellow Aichi citizen, so let me introduce you.

 

It is said to be a fireworks unique to the Higashi-Mikawa region, which is 10cm in diameter and about 80cm in length, wrapped in moso bamboo with a knot removed, wrapped in a rope, and filled with black gunpowder mixed with iron powder. The lifter holds the cylinder under his arm, spouting out a huge pillar of fire, and finally, the flames called “Hane” burst out at his feet with a loud sound.

It is held at many festivals in Toyohashi City as a dedication event to pray for a bountiful harvest, good health, warding off of plague, prosperous family fortunes, and longevity in war. Another characteristic of this Tezutsu fireworks is that the lifter himself does everything from cutting the bamboo to preparing the gunpowder and packing it in.

 

The prototype of hand-held fireworks is said to be “noroshi,” which is a means of information transmission, and the old documents of Yoshida Shrine in Toyohashi City say, “It begins with festival fireworks at Yoshida Tenno Shrine.” Fireworks started in 1560 by the lord of Yoshida Castle.” It has a long history, and the Yoshida Shrine is said to be the birthplace of hand-held fireworks.

Fireworks, which appeared in the Warring States period, are said to have spread among commoners after the Genroku period of the Edo period. It is said that entrusting the production of fireworks led to the development of fireworks.

 

By the way, October is the month when the Tezutsu Fireworks are most popular throughout the year.

本日ここ名古屋のお天気は快晴。そして桜は満開になっていました！

 

「なっていました！」とは？といいますと、先日、用事で上京したのですが残念ながら上京した期間ずっとお天気がぐずついてあいにくのお天気でして。よって一足先の東京の桜の花見をすることはかないませんでした。せっかくタイミングよく上京できたのに、お天気ばかりはどうにもなりませんから致し方ありませんね…。

 

しかし、帰ってきたと思いましたら、なんとここ名古屋は晴天。そして気が付くと桜は満開。今朝ようやっと青空のもと満開の桜を眺めた気がいたしました。しかも都心と比べて少々田舎でありますので空いっぱいに桜を眺めることができ、そんな青天と桜色を眺めていると、「しあわせだな…。」などと今年も思わず口から洩れているのですから、これはやはり「日本人桜が大好き遺伝子」の仕業でしょうか。

 

さて、今年の桜の花見なのですが、いまのところ日程やお天気のタイミングがどうもうまく合わないもので、いわゆる名所といわれるところにはまだ訪れたおりません。そのかわりと言っては何なのですが、今年は個人的に素敵だなと思う、名もなきそこにある桜をちょっと探したりしております。

 

たとえば、先日も二階に店舗のあるお店に行ったのですが、そこのお店の全面ガラス張りの向こうにちょうど満開の桜の花がガラスのフレームいっぱいに咲いておりなんとも贅沢な空間。この時期限定ですがここにお店を構える価値はあるなと思わせるくらいの桜の存在感とはなんなのでしょうね。

 

それからお部屋や通りや店舗の窓からちょうど眺められるであろう桜をみつけては、「あの二階のお宅、窓からの桜サイコーだな。」とか、「ちょうどあの桜のしたでおひとり様贅沢花見できるのでは？。」とか「あの桜の下でコーヒー飲みたいな。」などと想像を掻き立てては、そのお宅やお店に入った感じやはたまた自宅の窓やお庭や個人的なスポットで花見をしている想像をし、今日も羨ましく思っておりました。

 

先日も、小さな通りの上を覆うように咲いた桜が夜の街灯の中、静かにゆっくりはらはらと散っていく様子には思わず足を止めまして、最近はこんな独り占めの瞬間を見つけることも楽しみではあります。

 

そんなわけで何千本の名所にも訪れてみたいのですが、たった一本でも贅沢を感じる一本を探すのもこれまた違った楽しみ。生まれてから何十年と桜と共に歳月を繰り返しますと、桜との付き合い方も少しずつ変化していくんだなと気づかされたこの春でありました。

 

あー、でもどこか桜の名所は是非とも行ってみたいですよ笑。

The weather here in Nagoya today was clear and sunny, and the cherry blossoms were in full bloom! The cherry blossoms were in full bloom!

The other day, I went to Tokyo for an errand, but unfortunately, the weather was very unpredictable during the whole period I was in Tokyo. So I was not able to see the cherry blossoms in Tokyo one step ahead of the others. I could have come to Tokyo at the right time, but the weather was just too unpredictable….

However, when I returned home, to my surprise, it was sunny here in Nagoya. And before I knew it, the cherry blossoms were in full bloom. This morning I finally had a chance to see the cherry blossoms in full bloom under a blue sky. And since we live in a somewhat rural area compared to Tokyo, we can see the cherry blossoms filling the sky, so when I looked at the blue and cherry blossoms, I thought to myself, “I’m so happy….” I am still saying things like, “I am so happy…” when I look at the blue and cherry blossoms.

 

As for this year’s cherry blossom viewing, I have yet to visit any of the so-called famous cherry blossom viewing spots because the timing of the schedule and the weather have not worked out well so far. Instead, this year, I am looking for cherry blossoms that I personally think are wonderful.

 

For example, the other day I visited a store with a store on the second floor, which had a full glass wall with cherry blossoms in full bloom filling the glass frame, which was a very luxurious space. What is it about the presence of cherry blossoms that makes you think it is worth having a store here, even though it is only during this season?

 

I would see the cherry blossoms from the window of a room, a street, or a store, and think to myself, “The house on the second floor has the best view of the cherry blossoms from the window. or “I can enjoy a luxurious cherry blossom viewing by myself right under the cherry blossoms. I’d love to have a cup of coffee under the cherry blossoms. I was imagining how it would feel to be in a house or a store, or in a window of my house, or in my garden, or in my private spot, watching cherry blossoms, and I was feeling envious today.

The other day, I couldn’t help but stop to look at the cherry blossoms that covered a small street, falling slowly and quietly under the streetlights at night.

 

I would like to visit thousands of cherry blossom viewing spots, but finding just one that makes me feel luxurious is also becoming a different kind of pleasure.

Oh, but I would definitely like to visit some cherry blossom viewing spots.

皆さま、こんにちは。スタッフMです。

早速ですが、今朝通勤しておりましたら何か違和感が・・・。本山の交差点で信号が消えていたのです。

ただでさえ雨で視界が悪いのに、大きな交差点で歩行者信号も含めすべての信号が消えていて、あたりを見渡しても警察の方などもおらず、とても危険な状態でした。

途中急に信号がついたりして、走行していた車が急に赤信号のとまれの状態になり急いで一旦停止、私たちの信号待ちをしていた車が青信号になったのです。

少し走り出すとまた信号が消えてしまい、あれはどういう状況だったのでしょうか。朝からとてもヒヤッといたしました。

 

 

こういった状況になることはめったにないと思われますが、もしも交差点の信号機が消灯してしまった場合の対処法を一度振り返ってみたいと思います。

 

基本的に停電や損壊等によって滅灯（消灯）している交差点を通行するときは、警察官が交通整理をしている場合はその指示に従って通行しますよね。

もしいなかった場合はというと、その交差点の広さや交差道路・対向車線の見やすさ、交通量に応じて「交差道路を通行する車両」「反対方向から進行してきて右折する車両」「交差点又はその直近で道路を横断する歩行者」に特に注意をして、安全な速度と方法で通行します。

 

もしそれでも信号機の灯火が消えている交差点で交通事が発生してしまった場合は…あまり考えたくありませんが、「信号機により交通整理の行われていない交差点」として、過失割合が検討されるそうです。たとえば、交差する道路の双方が同じくらいの道幅で、速度も同じくらいであった場合の基本の過失割合は「左方車：右方車＝４０：６０」になるそうです。

 

「左方車」は自分の左側から来る車両、「右方車」は自分の右側から来る車両を指し、信号機のない（交通整理の行われていない）交差点で、双方の道路が優先関係のつかない同じ条件の場合は、原則として左方車が優先されるそうです。（道路交通法３６条１項）過失割合の算定も、この「左方優先」がベースになりますが、事故現場の状況や、時間帯、交差点進入時に減速したかなどで、過失が修正されることもあります。

 

どんな理由であれ、非常時には先を急がずに譲り合って進むことがとても大切という事ですね。

※ちなみに今入ってきた情報では、本山の交差点の信号機元通り点灯していたそうです。

今朝からビッグカップル誕生で話題が持ち切りでございますね。

 

 

水卜アナと中村倫也さんご結婚おめでとうございます。

 

こんなに好感度が高い夫婦いるでしょうか。

 

２人とも大人気で全国民に愛されている方ですから、皆さま喜んでいるでしょう。

 

ファンの方は少し悲しいかもしれませんが、ロスで仕事を休まないよう気遣って土曜日に発表したのではないかとの噂もございました。

 

それにしても週刊誌にばれずにここまで来たので、驚きです。

 

Nは、先日映画「水曜日が消えた」を見たばかりですし、ドラマ「凪のお暇」の人たらしDJは本当にかっこよくて沼りそうでしたし、「闇金ウシジマくん」の洗脳サイコパス男はトラウマになるくらい怖かったので、ファンではないですがとても嬉しいです。

 

美味しいものを食べる水卜アナを、笑顔で見守る中村倫也さんの姿が思い浮かびますよね。

 

幸せのお裾分けをしていただいてNもとても暖かい気持ちになりました、ありがとうございます。

 

先日、NHKでさかなくんと甲本ヒロトさんの番組を拝見いたしました。

 

 

甲本ヒロトさんといえば、ザ・クロマニヨンズのボーカルですが、Nも昔ライブに行ったことがあります。

 

 

ライブもかっこよかったですが、ライブハウスの前方でなりふりかまわずあばれているおじ様たちもロックでした。

 

 

フェスでは全裸になったりやりたい放題で驚くことも多いですが、本能のままに生きているような感じが魅力的で素敵なんですよね。

 

ここで、話題になった、甲本ヒロトさんの名言を３つ紹介したいと思います。

 

１つ目は

「『不快害虫』っていう言葉がある通り、人間が嫌だなって思っちゃうのは仕方のない事だと思う。でもそれは虫たちの事を良く知らないからかもね。虫の事を知れば知るほど僕は好きになっちゃうんだ。だから知る事が大事なんじゃないかな？知れば知るほど嫌いになるかも知れないけど。でもみんながみんな仲良くする必要もないと思うんだ」

 

人なので、嫌いなことは仕方ないですよね、でもなんでそうなったのか、なぜそうしたのか考えるだけで見方が全然違うと思います。

 

Nが昔一番好きだった授業が「犯罪心理学」でした。

 

犯罪を犯した人を「頭のおかしいやつ」「自分とは世界の違う人」と考える人は多いですが、知れば知るほど私たちと紙一重だということがわかるのです。

 

自分も環境が違って同じ立場だったら、同じことをしていたかもしれないという場合もあります。

 

小説「ファーストラヴ」「流浪の月」は皆さま読まれましたでしょうか。

 

世間一般や、多数の意見が事実だとは限らないということを思い知らされた小説でした。

 

最近読んだ、湊かなえさんの「落日」も噂と事実が異なることが起きるという小説で、とても衝撃を受けました。

 

小説の中の噂を信じる大多数にNも入っていたからです。

 

 

昔、体調不良で仕事をやめなければいけなかったことがあったのですが、クビになったということになっていたことがありました。（笑）

 

噂は怖いですね。

 

 

自分がしたことを相手のせいにする方もいらっしゃいますが、Nはその方が傷つけられた経験があって自分を守ろうとしているのがわかるので、素直に怒れない時があります。

 

しかし、甲本ヒロトさんの言うようにみんながみんな仲良くする必要はないので、適切な距離感で生きていきたいですね。

 

２つ目は

 

日本中の悩んでいる人に届けたい言葉ですね。

 

Nも昔、みんなと仲良くしないといけないと思い、心を殺して嫌いな人に話しかけて仲良くしていた時期がありました。

 

嫌でも我慢しないといけない、やさしくしないといけない、平等に接しないといけない、と勘違いしておりました。

 

孤独というのは、一人の時ではなくて、大勢の中にいて一人の時なんですよね。

 

学生時代に電車移動で、仲良くない人たちと連想ゲームをしたことがあったのですが、あれが一番きつかったです。

 

仲間外れにするといじめのようだから誘ったのだと思いますが、私も間違えてしらけさせてはいけないプレッシャーと、私の番になると静かになり、ただ真顔で視線を集め、間違えても変な空気になり、電車のため逃げ場もない。

 

誰も望んでいないのに、そのように無理して振る舞わないといけない状況は苦しいですよね。

 

よく、「〇〇のためを思ってしてあげたのに」「私も〇〇がしたいと思ってたからしたのに」と２人ともしたくないことをしていた状況もありますよね。

 

もちろん考えることは必要ですが、他人の気持ちはわからないので、自分の気持ちに正直にいることが大切ですね。

 

 

まあ、大人になって自分の気持ちがわからないから悩むんですけどね。

 

さかなくんの広い海にいるといじめは起こらないけど、狭い水槽の中に閉じ込めるといじめが起こるから、広い海に出ようという話も素敵なので是非調べてみてください。

 

今日は和菓子をいただいたので、合いそうなお皿と写真を撮ってみました。

 

可愛いお皿に美味しいお菓子をのせて、いただく優雅な時間も素敵だなと思います。

The other day, I saw Sakana-kun and Hiroto Koumoto’s program on NHK.

昨日はあいにくの雨で少し肌寒かったのですが、今日の名古屋は？と言いますと、すっかり晴れて暖かい春のお天気です。週末のお天気について調べていたら、今日の東京はなんと”今年初の夏日”で、３月に夏日２５℃以上になるのは２０１３年以来１０年ぶりなのだそうですよ。

３月に夏日になってしまったら、夏本番はどうなることやら…。少し心配ですが、この暖かさも今日までで、明日からは寒気が流れ込んでくる予想で、冷たい雨が降るそうです。

季節外れの夏日から一転、真冬に戻ったような寒さとなる可能性がありますので、お花見に行かれる方などは花冷え、寒の戻りにくれぐれもご注意ください。

 

 

今日のブログは久しぶりに”スタッフMの古美術学習の日”とさせていただきたいと思います。

本日ご紹介させていただきますのは、当店HPの【商品紹介】にもございます「幕末伊万里　膾皿」。

 

膾皿とは直径１５cmほどの、縁が少し立ち上がった深さのあるお皿です。深さがあるので、煮物などの汁があるおかずでも盛り付けが簡単で、かつ銘々皿としてもちょうどいいサイズ感なんです。昔はどの家庭にも人数分あって、盛り合わせた料理の取り皿として頻繁に使われてきたお皿です。

裏には「太明成化年製」と描かれており、この銘款は１６３０年～１６４０年代頃に多く用いられたそうです。「太明成化年製」は「大明成化年製」の写し間違いと言われていて「大明成化年製」の「大明」は明の尊号、「成化」は明の第９代皇帝・成化帝の時代(１４６５年～１４８７年)の元号です。

 

明末(～１６４４年)の中国磁器には古い年号が銘のように高台に書き込まれていて、それをお手本として日本で描いた写し落款いわゆるサインが「大明成化年製」なのです。中国ではそれぞれの文字に深い意味が込められていますが、日本では中国風を演出する裏模様のような扱いでしたので上記のように文字の写し間違いと思われる「太明成化年製」(「大」の文字が「太」となっている)も存在しています。バリエーションも豊富で、「太明」「成化年製」「大明成」「大朋」「小明」など様々あり、また他の元号を用いた銘もあるんです。

 

 

とても華やかな器ですが、派手になりすぎず、盛り付ける食材を選ばないと思います。

Today, we would like to introduce you to the “Bakumatsu Imari Mushizara”, which is also available on the [Products] section of our website. In the olden days, every household had a plate for each person, and it was often used as a serving plate for an assortment of dishes.

そんなことを考えながら、先ほど飴の袋を開けたら、１つと半分が入っておりました。

 

ラッキーと思いつつも、もしかしたら半分しか入っていない飴の袋があるのかもしれません。

 

今日のブログは何を書こうかと悩んでおりましたが、何を書いたところで、日本人の頭の中はWBCでいっぱいだと思われます。

 

私のようなにわかもおりますので、大谷翔平選手について調べてみました。

ここまでは有名でニュースなどでも取り上げられていると思いますので、今日はプライベートについて調べてみました。

 

 

高校時代の好きな教科は歴史で、「特に幕末が好きですね。日本が近代的に変わっていくための新しい取り組みが多くて、歴史的に見ても大きく変わる時代。革命や維新というものに惹かれるんです」と語っているそうです。

 

 

日本ハム時代には外出をほとんどせず、「二刀流をやろうとしていることを考えたら、我慢しなくてはいけないことがいっぱいある」という方針から、外出する際は監督の栗山英樹に許可を得なければならなりませんでしたが、本人は「制限されてもされなくても変わらないと思う。何したいとか特に無いですし、いいのかなと思います」と話していました。

 

収入の内、1か月に自由に使える金額は、日本ハム時代から2018年時点にわたって両親からお小遣いとして渡される10万円のみで、それもほとんど使わずに貯蓄していたそうです。

好物はクレープで、ファイターズ時代にはコンビニエンスストアで生チョコクレープをよく購入していたそうです。

 

本人は洋菓子が大好物と語っていますが、栄養管理のため比較的油分の少ない和菓子を食べるようにしているとか。

 

渡米後もこしあんクレープを好んでいたそうです。

今朝お店まで歩いている途中、すれ違う方々みなさんスマホを片手にWBCを観戦しているようで、もちろん私もラジオ越しに応援していたのですが、試合に動きがあると一斉に私たちの動きが止まるのです（笑）それくらい皆で熱い応援を送っていたということですね。

そんな私たちの想いも現地で戦う選手たちに届いたのか、村神様こと村上選手がソロホームランで同点に追いつき、あれから一気に流れが変わったように感じました。

続いてヌートバー選手のファーストゴロの間に１点勝ち越し、粘り強いピッチングでアメリカの攻撃を封じ、４回裏に岡本選手に２号ソロが飛び出し２点もリード。

解説でも語られていましたが、”日本は追い込まれた先の強さがある”と。今回の試合でも昨日の試合でもまさに感じましたね。

 

８回裏にダルビッシュ選手が２号ソロで１点差に詰められてしまったものの、最後大谷選手がエンゼルス同僚のトラウト選手との対戦の末、空振り三振を奪い、１点リードを守り抜き、１４年ぶり＆３大会ぶりとなる通算三度目のWBC制覇となりました。

やはりスポーツは私たちに感動と勇気を与えてくれます。

そしてSNSなどでは、最後ダルビッシュ選手→大谷選手の流れが「完全に漫画のフィナーレで感動する」や、「夢リレー」などと様々な歓喜のコメントで溢れていて未だに興奮冷めやらぬ状態でブログ綴っております。いや、きっと数日は余韻に浸ってしまいます・・・

 

最後、栗山監督、ダルビッシュ選手、大谷選手、そしてヌートバー選手の胴上げまでしっかり見届けて、いざ勤務に。

余談ですが、WBC決勝をテレビなどでライブ観戦したくて学校や仕事を休みたい人へ向けて、「MLB Japan」の公式Twitterが特製の”休暇届”を用意したそうです（笑）

ドラマのような展開だったようですね。

 

にわかの私もアメトークで予習しましたので、なんとなく状況をつかむことができました。

 

 

毎日知人がテレビを見て「ヌートバー！かっこいいヌートバー！大好きー！」と叫んでいるので、嫌でも覚えてしまいました。

そこまで言うので気になって調べてみますと、明るいお母さまもインタビューで出てきまして、ママ友事情などお話されていて、どこの家庭でも母親は同じ思いなんだなあと感じ、とても面白かったです。

 

今日は家で皆さまＷＢＣを見ておられると思っていたのですが、東山動物園も人だかり、覚王山祭りで周辺も人が多かったです。

 

そういえば今日は祝日なのですね、通りで人が多いわけでございます。

 

本日３月２１日は、１年に３回しかない大開運日だそうです。

 

今日のWBC勝利だけで日本は朝から大開運日の効果が出ている気が致します。

 

昼過ぎからはあいにくの雨ですが、きっとメキシコ選手の涙なのでしょう。

 

 

 

 

 

先日知人の両親の財布のプレゼント購入に付き合っておりましたら、もうすぐ大開運日なので使い始めるにはピッタリだとのことでした。

 

それに合わせて財布を新調する方も多くいらっしゃいました。

 

 

しかし、長財布で小さめとのことで、中々要望に応えられるものがなく、財布のプレゼントはやはり難しいですね。

 

話を色々聞いていて、一緒に財布を選んでいるうちに、Nも何かプレゼントをしたくなってきたのですが、顔も知らない他人から送られても戸惑うだけなので、気持ちだけ送っておきます。

 

 

ブログでも桜のお話が出ましたが、東山動物園では春まつりが開催されているようです。

 

４月１日からは宵の八重桜さんぽと称して、２０時３０分まで開園しているそうです。

 

 

こんなに近くにありながら、仕事の日は閉演時間がすぎてしまうので、行けない東山動物園。

 

この機会に帰り際に行けたらいいなと思っております。

 

動物園が夜までやっていたら、きっとNは毎仕事終わりに通っていることでしょう。

 

知人から可愛らしい和菓子をいただきました。

 

綺麗なお皿に並べて写真を撮りたかったのですが、その場でいただいてしまったので残念ながら撮れませんでした。

 

 

桜を見ながら、和菓子とお抹茶をお着物でいただいたら素敵だろうなとふと思いましたが、自転車で爆走しながら桜並木を駆け抜けていく方がＮにはピッタリな気がいたします。

 

今日は和菓子について調べてみました。

 

和菓子とは、日本の伝統的な菓子全般のことを意味し、主に小豆や餅粉などを原料としているので、ふんわりとやさしい甘さが特徴でございます。

 

一方、洋菓子は小麦粉や卵、バターや生クリームなどの乳製品が多く使われ、しっかりとした甘さが特徴でございます。

 

また、季節の花・動物などをモチーフにしたりと形も見た目も様々で面白いです。

 

Nは動物好きなので、猫やあざらし、ライオンなどあのまん丸の中に可愛くおさまっている和菓子動物がたまりません。

 

インスタグラムでたまに流れてくる有名な和菓子職人の投稿をいつも眺めながら、取り寄せするか悩んでおります。

 

では、和菓子にはどのような種類があるのでしょうか。

 

• 餅物：赤飯、おはぎ、大福
• 焼き物：今川焼き、カステラ、どら焼き、きんつば
• 揚げ物：揚げ月餅、あんドーナツ
• 蒸し物：わらび餅、ういろう、蒸し饅頭
• 掛け物：あんみつ
• あん物：ぜんざい
• 練り物：ぎゅうひ、煉り切り
• 流し物：ところてん、羊羹

 

などなど、思った以上に様々なものが和菓子として出ておりました。

 

私たちが和菓子としてイメージするのは、練り物でしょうか。

 

赤飯はごはんではなく和菓子なのですね。

 

小さい頃、今川焼やたい焼きがいつも冷凍庫に常備されておりまして、毎日食べていた気がいたします。

 

あとは、甘いものを食べ過ぎてしまい、我慢しているときも、なぜか和菓子ならセーフな気がする。

 

と自分に言い聞かせておりました。

 

ケーキはアウトだけど、おはぎとか大福ならなんかセーフな気がする感覚、お分かりになりますでしょうか。

 

実際に、和菓子には小豆や寒天などの食物繊維が多く含まれています。

 

食物繊維は血糖値を抑えてくれるので、カロリーは低いのに満腹感があって、食べ過ぎを抑えてくれます。

 

また、食物繊維は体内の老廃物を掃除して便秘を解消する効果があるので、美容・健康効果が期待できるそうですよ。

 

 

和菓子にたくさん使われているあんですが、実は日本ではなく中国大陸にあるそうです。

 

「あん」は今から約1400年前、大和時代に遣隋使が大陸の文化とともに持ち帰ったものだとされています。

 

しかしそこから、現在の私たちがよく知っている「あん」の姿になるまでには長い歴史がありました。

 

日本の和菓子の歴史は、縄文時代までさかのぼるとされています。

 

木の実を粉砕して、水でアクを抜き丸めたものが、団子の始まりといわれています。

 

その後、唐（現在の中国）との交流や茶の湯文化の発展などの影響を受けながら和菓子は進化してきたのです。

 

「日本三大菓子処」といえば、金沢（石川県）・京都（京都府）・松江（島根県）だそうです。

 

世界一古い和菓子は、京都市北区紫野にある今宮神社にございます。

 

その脇の参道にあるあぶり餅屋「一文字和助（いちもんじわすけ）」こと「一和（いちわ）」の創業は、長保2年(西暦1000年)。

 

平安時代から続く日本最古の和菓子を、昔と変わらぬ製法で作り続けている老舗中の老舗だそうです。

 

ここまで読んでいたら、きっと和菓子が食べたくなってきたのではないでしょうか。

とうとう来ましたね、みなさまこの季節が。そう、桜咲き始めましたね。

 

ここ名古屋でも先日17日、名古屋地方気象台にて名古屋市で桜が開花したと発表されました。午前９時頃、古美術風光舎のご近所の名古屋地方気象台（名古屋・千種区）にあるソメイヨシノの標本木で５～６輪咲いているのが確認され、平年より7日早く、2021年、1990年、1989年と並んで、観測史上最も早い開花となりました。

 

さあ、どこの桜を見に行こうかワクワクしてきましたね。皆様、今年は桜との思い出いかが計画しておりますでしょうか。

それはそうと。今年に限ってなのですが、NHKの大河ドラマの舞台がここ愛知県も登場するということで、舞台となる地名や場所をマメにチェックしております。聞いたことのある地名やあれ？あそこの城跡か？と思い出すところもございまして、先日所用で車を走らせておりましたら、ナビにて「大高城跡」の文字がでてまいりました。

 

これって、あの徳川元康（松潤）が兵糧入れをしたあのシーンの「大高城」でありますが、たぶんこのあたりだろうとは知ってはいたものの、いつもだったらスルーするのですが、今回ばかりはあのシーンが蘇ってきましてどうしても行きたくなりました…。少し立ち寄ってみよう。

 

ナビ通りに行っていましたがやはり昔の城下。古い道がかなりディープでありましたが、なんと入り口の表示のあるところまで何とか到着。（たどり着くのに思いのほか大変でした…。）

 

 

 

 

 

 

ご覧ください、兵どもが夢の跡。

わかってはおりましたが現在はこのように公園といいますか広っぱになっており、また、ここの桜は開花はまだまだですね。ですが、ここは想像力を存分に奮い立てましょう。

 

ここ大高城、築城年代ははっきりしませんが南北朝期に池田頼忠が城主を務め、永正年代には花井備中守や、水野為善とその息子の忠守が居城したことが伝えられております。天文年間も引き続き水野氏が治めたが、織田信秀の支配下にあった。天文17年（1548年）、今川義元の命で野々山政兼がこの城を攻めたが、落とすことができず政兼は戦死。

 

しかし信秀の死後、息子の織田信長から離反した鳴海城主の山口教継の調略で、大高城は沓掛城とともに今川方の手に落ちます。この脅威に対して信長は「丸根砦」と「鷲津砦」を築き、大高城に圧力を加えます。その後、永禄2年（1559年）朝比奈輝勝が義元の命をうけ大高城の守りに入ります。

 

そして翌永禄3年（1560年）には、大高城の包囲を破りそのまま鵜殿長照が守備につき、5月18日（6月11日）夜に大高城に松平元康が兵糧を届け、長照に代わり元康が城の守備につきます。そう、元康はこの大高城を一時おさめていたようです。

 

やがて信長の攻撃による義元の死（桶狭間の戦い）を確認した元康は岡崎城に引き下がりますが、大高城は再び織田家の領土となります。ただしもっと早く、永禄元年（1558年）に元康の「兵糧入れ」が行われたと記す史書もあったり、永禄2年（1559年）とする史書もあり、その史書の記述が間違いである可能性もありますが、大高城が今川方に落ちた直後にも元康が兵糧入れを行ったのではないかと考える研究者もいるようであります。

 

現在は昭和13年（1938年）に国の史跡に指定され、現在は「大高城址公園」として整備され、かつて張り巡らせてあった二重の堀などの発掘調査もおこなわれたりしております。現存する主な遺構は、本丸及び二の丸の曲輪跡、それらの間に存在する土橋と空堀など。それらは現在でもみることができます。

 

そしてなんといってもこの地のり。大高城は少し高台にありますので、織田勢が対抗し構えた「丸根砦」と「鷲津砦」は、本当に目と鼻の数キロ先ですので、この高台からも観ることができます。今は何もない広っぱなのですが、当時、互いに高台から見ることのできる城や砦を築き「狭間」において牽制し合い、あつく戦ったことをなるほどと思わせる地形です。ほんとうに狭間ですね。

大河ドラマを見たり前情報をいれていきますと、間違いなく戦国武将の気分になれる城跡ですので、ご興味のございます方は、「丸根砦」と「鷲津砦」と共に訪れて、臨場感を味わってほしいものです。

 

 

 

 

またこの地域は、江戸・明治期から続く酒造の蔵元が３軒残っておりまして。私も大好きなお酒でして、偶然にも先日新酒を手に入れておりました。いずれも徒歩5分圏内に密集している珍しい地域でありますので、これは武将体験の後「殿、城下にて酒蔵巡りはいかがかと…。」と、なる流れではないか。是非この流れで訪れてほしい大高城址跡でした。

I had followed the navigator’s directions, but it was still the old castle area. The old road was quite deep, but we managed to reach the entrance. (It was a lot harder than I thought it would be to get there…)

I knew it was a park or a large field, and the cherry blossoms here are not in full bloom yet. But let’s let our imagination run wild.

 

Although the date of construction of the castle is not clear, it is said that Ikeda Yoritada was the lord of the castle during the Nanbokucho Period, and that Hanai Bichu, Mizuno Tameyoshi, and his son Tadamori resided here during the Eisho Period. The Mizuno clan continued to rule during the Tenbun period, but the castle was under the control of Oda Nobuhide. In 1548, Nonoyama Masakane attacked this castle by order of Imagawa Yoshimoto, but was unable to bring it down and Masakane was killed in battle.

 

However, after Nobuhide’s death, Otaka Castle, along with Kutsugake Castle, fell into the hands of the Imagawa side through the scheming of Yamaguchi Noritsugu, lord of Narumi Castle, who had defected from his son, Oda Nobunaga. In response to this threat, Nobunaga built “Marune Fort” and “Washizu Fort” to put pressure on Odaka Castle. Later, in 1559, Yoshimoto ordered Terukatsu Asahina to defend Odaka Castle.

 

The following year, in 1560, the siege of Odaka Castle was broken and Nagateru Udono took up the defensive position. On the night of May 18 (June 11), Motoyasu Matsudaira delivered rations to Odaka Castle, and Motoyasu took over Nagateru’s position. Motoyasu seems to have temporarily taken control of Odaka Castle.

 

After confirming the death of Yoshimoto by Nobunaga’s attack (Battle of Okehazama), Motoyasu withdrew to Okazaki Castle, and Odaka Castle once again became the territory of the Oda family. However, there is a historical book that states that Motoyasu’s “supply run” took place earlier, in the first year of Eiroku (1558), and there is also a historical book that dates it to the second year of Eiroku (1559). However, there are some researchers who believe that Motoyasu may have also supplied the troops immediately after the fall of Odaka Castle to the Imagawa.

 

The site was designated as a national historic site in 1938, and is now maintained as “Odaka Castle Site Park.” Excavations of the double moat that once stretched across the site are also being conducted. The main existing structures are the remains of the Honmaru and Ninomaru wards, the earthen bridges between them, and the empty moat. They can still be seen today.

 

The most important thing is the location. Since Odaka Castle is located on a slightly elevated hill, the “Marune Fort” and “Washizu Fort,” where the Oda forces held their positions, are just a few kilometers away and can be seen from this hill. The terrain is so flat that it is hard to imagine that the Oda forces fought each other in a “narrow space,” building castles and forts that could be seen from the hill. It is really a narrow space.

If you watch the historical drama or have some previous information about the area, you will definitely feel like a warrior of the Warring States period.

 

In this area, there are still three sake breweries that have been in business since the Edo and Meiji periods. I also love sake, and happened to pick up a bottle of new sake the other day. All of them are located within a 5-minute walking distance from each other, which is very rare in this area.

 

There was also a cedar ball on the wall announcing the new sake.
