先週、ワクチン２回目接種が終わりました。正直に言うと、とても辛かったです…。

ワクチンの種類によって違うかもしれませんが、１回目と２回目の後では全然違いました。人によっては、「そんなにつらくなかった」、「いやいやもっとつらい」と思う方がいらっしゃるかもしれませんが、ここから先は個人の感想になります。そんな人もいたんだと思って優しい目で見ていただけると助かります。

 

１回目の接種では、腕が熱くなり痛い…そして、腕が上がらないというだけだったのですが（それでも十分に不便ですが）、２回目を接種したあとは高熱が出て動けない…という状態になりました。感覚的には、インフルエンザのピークにすぐなったという感じでしょうか？

わたしの記憶にあるインフルエンザは、５日間隔離するイメージなのですが、２日目あたりが本当に動けないどうしようというピークで、残り２，３日はわりと元気だった気がします。症状的には、やまを描くような感じですかね？

それに比べると、ワクチン接種の副反応の症状は、崖を描くという感じだと思います。

わたしは接種をして１２時間後くらいにそうなりました。接種直後は普段と変わらなかったのですが、急に体調が悪くなりました。

３８．９度まで発熱したのですが、次の日には３６．８度になっていました。痛み止めと解熱剤を飲んでいたのでそれも関係あると思いますが。

わたしより先にワクチン接種をうけていた友人がいたので、どんな感じだった？と自分が打つ前に聞いていたのですが、「すごく熱が出る！」と言っていたのでそれは身体もだるいの？と聞いたら「まぁ、普通に風邪の症状と一緒だね」と言っていたので、そうなんだ～と思っていましたが、確かに頭痛や寒気という風邪の症状なのですが、風邪のレベルの症状ではなく、インフルエンザレベルの症状だと思いました。きっと友人の言いたかったことは、風邪の症状と同じで体温が高いほど症状も重いよということなのかなと解釈しました。わたしは実家暮らしなので大丈夫でしたが、もし一人暮らしだったらどうなっていたんだろうと思いました。

体がだるいので立ち上がる気力もなく、節々が痛むので眠りづらくもなりました。しかし、喉はものすごく乾くので水分補給はしたい…といった感じです。夏なのにものすごく悪寒がするので、毛布をたくさんかぶって眠ったのが不思議な感覚でした。

ですが、ピークを越えると恐ろしい速さで元気になりました。お腹は空きますし、すたすたと歩けました。友人の話では１日休むだけで大丈夫とのことでしたが、ここまで発熱すると、もしかして明日もこのままかもしれない…と思ってしまうくらい不安になりましたが、友人の話通り１日で大丈夫でした。個人的には、解熱剤が効いたのかなと思っています。解熱剤がなくても、１日で大丈夫だったのかすごく気になります。

 

 

わたしの大学では、かなり早い時期にワクチン接種希望者を募って実施日まで決まっていたのですが、ワクチンの数が足りなかったのか、何かの不備が起こってしまい中止になっていました。結局どうなっているのかは分かりませんが…。

わたしの知り合いの中にはワクチン接種をしたくないという人もいて、理由を聞くと安全性が確かじゃないからと言っていました。

結局は何が正しい情報なのか分かりませんが、医療従事者の方もワクチン接種をしているのでわたしもしようといったところです。

 

これからワクチン接種をするという方がいましたら（特に２回目は）、誰か看病してくれる人が１人でもいる状態が望ましいなと思いました。そんな人いないなという場合は、手の届くところに飲み物や冷えピタなどをすべて事前に設置しておくことをお勧めいたします。

The first inoculation caused my arm to get hot and hurt … and I just couldn’t lift my arm (although it’s still inconvenient), but after the second inoculation, I got a high fever and couldn’t move. became. Does it feel like you’ve reached the peak of the flu?

The flu that I remember is an image of isolation for 5 days, but the peak of what to do about the second day is really immobile, and I feel that I was fine for the remaining few days. Symptoms are like drawing a mountain, right?

Compared to that, I think the symptom of the side reaction of vaccination is like drawing a cliff.

It happened about 12 hours after I was inoculated. Immediately after the inoculation, it was the same as usual, but suddenly I became ill.

I had a fever up to 38.9 degrees, but the next day it was 36.8 degrees. I was taking painkillers and antipyretics, so I think that is also related.

What was it like because I had a friend who had been vaccinated before me? I was asking before I hit it, but I was saying, “I get a lot of heat!”, So is it tiresome? When I heard that, he said, “Well, it’s the same as the symptoms of a cold,” so I thought that was the case. I thought it was a flu-level symptom. I’m sure my friend wanted to say that the symptoms of a cold are the same, and the higher the body temperature, the more severe the symptoms. I lived in my parents’ house, so it was okay, but I wondered what would happen if I lived alone.

My body was sluggish, so I didn’t have the energy to stand up, and my joints hurt, which made it harder to sleep. However, my throat is so dry that I want to rehydrate. Even though it was summer, it was extremely chilly, so it was a strange feeling to wear a lot of blankets and sleep.

However, when I crossed the peak, I got well at a terrifying speed. I was hungry and could walk easily. My friend told me that it’s okay to just take a day off, but when I got so feverish, I was so worried that I might be like this tomorrow … but as my friend said, it’s okay in one day. was. Personally, I wonder if the antipyretic was effective. I’m really wondering if it was okay in a day without the antipyretic.

At my university, we recruited vaccination applicants at a very early stage and decided until the implementation date, but it was canceled due to some deficiency, probably because there were not enough vaccines. I don’t know what’s going on after all …

Some of my acquaintances didn’t want to get vaccinated, and when asked why, they said it wasn’t safe.

In the end, I don’t know what the correct information is, but medical professionals are also vaccinated, so I’m about to try it.

 

If anyone is going to get vaccinated (especially the second time), I thought it would be desirable to have at least one person to take care of me. If there is no such person, we recommend that you install all drinks and cold pita in advance within reach.
